The Organic Bed & Breakfast “Vivere la vita” is located in the heart of the hills of Valtenesi, land of vineyards and olive groves on the beautiful shores of Lake Garda. “Vivere la vita” is in a bioclimatic building with prefabricated wooden structure in Polpenazze del Garda with a wonderful view at the lake.
Our rooms are decorated according to the philosophy of Feng Shui with bed linen and towels made ??from organic cotton; ecofriendly products, not tested on animals, are used to clean the rooms, too.
In morning guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with organic products from local producers or from the Fairtrade market.
If the weather is mild, breakfast is served on a terrace with a beautiful lake view.
In our Bed & Breakfast there is a olistic Centre of Physiotherapie where you can be pampered and regenerate.

Our breakfast is exclusively prepared with local organic products. In the morning you will find homemade bread and cakes, biscuits, fruit juice, jams, honey, yogurt, fruits and cheese, and a good cup of coffe or tea. On request possibility of vegan breakfast.

Hi everybody, we are Barbara and Giovanni, and for years we have been supporting a life style respectful of the environment and of life.
Thanks to our sacrifices and those of our families, we have been able to realize our dream: building an ecological House with wooden structure and opening a Bed and Breakfast.
Our dream is located in the heart of Valtenesi hills, a land of vineyards and olive groves overlooking the beautiful shores of Lake Garda.
The House is built with a bioclimatic wooden structure, which has a low energy impact.
Other choices we made in relation to the environment are:
-The use of solar panels for heating and sanitary water
-The use of a thermic process without glycol (problematic disposal), but directly with water.
-In the House there is a heat system that allows, during the winter, a healthy air circulation in the rooms without energy waste.
-We reuse the rainwater to water the garden and flush the toilets.
-The House is surrounded by permeable paving to allow the rain to enter naturally into the ground.
-We chose deliberately not to put air conditioning in order to respect the environment and not harm our health.
-The electrical system of the whole House is designed to receive the electrical circuit breaker.
For years we have been supporting organic agriculture. We only use organic products, from small local producers we know and support.
To reduce waste we try to minimize the packaging of products and do separate waste collection.
We use exclusively environmentally-friendly products not tested on animals to clean the house, to do the washing and for personal hygiene.
During the course of this project we would have liked to do more in relation to the environment, but unfortunately the budget didn’t allow it and we didn’t have any kind of support from organizations or institutions. Every day we fight hard (in all respects) for a healthier and more altruistic life and for an environmentally friendly attitude but we realise that people who think like us are still very few.
This is the reason why we opened a Bed and Breakfast, to transmit our thoughts and lifestyle.

We had 4 wonderful days at the B&B Vivere la Vita. Barbara is a great host, super friendly and helpful. She gave us great tips for activities in the area. The rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely clean. You immediately felt very comfortable, the entire decor and decorations were very nice. Breakfast on the sunny terrace overlooking Lake Garda was the perfect start to the day every day. The breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh fruit every day, delicious bread, cold cuts, cheeses and great jams, homemade cakes, yogurt and of course espresso. Nothing was really missing. The BIO B&B is highly recommended. Thank you very much Barbara, we will definitely come back.

Nuova struttura di design e realizzata con estrema attenzione all'ecologia.
Il B&B è immerso nel verde e lontano dal traffico. Offre terrazza con vista, dal panorama spettacolare, sulla quale è possibile fare la colazione o semplicemente rilassarsi.
Barbara è un'ottima padrona di casa e ti fa sentire subito come un ospite gradito.
Bellissima l'idea di proporre la colazione biologica con prodotti locali e preparazioni fatte in casa.
Consigliatissimo a chi ama la natura, il relax e una filosofia di vita biologica e slow.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 5 Tage. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und äußerst sauber. Das Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse mit Blick über den Gardasee war ein Traum. Das BIO B&B ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir wurden von Barbara und ihrem Mann Giovanni sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Alles war super sauber und das Frühstück hervorragend. Selbst morgens um 5: 00 Uhr in der Früh bekamen wir einen Kaffee und der Kuchen war hervorragend. Ganz herzlichen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit und wir kommen gerne wieder. Sylvie von Gruben.

Struttura nuovissima, molto confortevole, situata in posizione tranquilla.
Ma la differenza la fanno i proprietari, Barbara e Giovanni. Ti fanno sentire come un ospite a casa loro. Confermo gli apprezzamenti riportati nelle precedenti recensioni per pulizia e colazione.

Barbara e Giovanni sono persone squisite, la struttura è nuovissima e tenuta splendidamente, la camera Terra è confortevole e rispetta la descrizione sia degli arredi che degli accessori. Io e mia moglie abbiamo apprezzato molto lo stile di vita eco compatibile e vegetariano dei proprietari. Io che sono vegano mi sono trovato splendidamente e pienamente soddisfatto della colazione ottima e abbondante, preparata apposta per me, mia moglie ha molto apprezzato le ottime torte fatte da Barbara. La posizione gode di un grande panorama e Polpenazze è un paese molto carino e tranquillo. Si raggiungono facilmente le zone di maggior interesse. La pulizia è ottima, ma quello che ricorderò sempre è la simpatia di Barbara e Giovanni. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nel weekend di Pasqua. Siamo stati molto bene. I gestori, Barbara e Giovanni, cordiali e simpatici. Camere confortevoli e pulizia impeccabile. Colazione ricca e abbondante. Il tutto si sposa con la filosofia Bio dei gestori: dalla struttura in legno ai saponi bio, dagli asciugamani in cotone naturale alla colazione con biscotti, torte e pane tutto preparato in casa con prodotti e ingredienti bio e a km zero. Un ambiente tranquillo all'insegna del relax e nel pieno rispetto della natura. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso su internet e colpiti dal fatto che fosse costruita nel rispetto dell'ambiente e che offrisse la possibilità di gustare dei prodotti bio, abbiamo deciso di trascorrervi il weekend Pasquale, l'accoglienza calorosa dei proprietari ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa, l'ambiente é pulito, le camere sono confortevoli e la vista dal terrazzo é davvero piacevole e rilassante, per non parlare poi della colazione davvero deliziosa e genuina che i proprietari servono tra una battuta e l'altra! Insomma un posto in cui tornare per sentirsi coccolati e godere degli splendidi scenari che il lago di Garda sa offrire.

La prima cosa che ci ha colpito quando abbiamo scelto il B&B per il ponte di Pasqua è stata la filosofia con cui Barbara e Giovanni l'hanno realizzato e che lo rende speciale. Le nostre aspettative sono state completamente soddisfatte. La stanza Terra davvero confortevole e pulitissima. Il letto comodo con lenzuola e coperte di qualità. Il bagno é ben disposto ed ha un comodo box doccia. Le saponette bio e gli asciugamani di cotone naturale sono un plus. La colazione é da 10! Barbara prepara torte (noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assaggiare quella di mele e la crostata di mandorle e marmellata) e biscotti buonissimi. Non mancano le alternative, pane tostato con marmellata e burro, yogurt con cereali e se non bastasse anche merendine confezionate. Spremuta fresca, tè, caffè. Per chi desiderasse qualcosa di meno dolce anche formaggi di produttori locali. I gestori Barbara e Giovanni sono disponibilissimi, simpatici e cortesi. La loro passione emerge forte e la trasmettono agli ospiti. Lo consiglio fortemente.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo B&B per il breve weekend pasquale con mio marito. Cercavamo un posto tranquillo con un'atmosfera rilassante, ma Barbara e Giovanni, i giovani proprietari offrono molto di più! La struttura è nuova, con tre stanze da letto arredate con gusto e seguendo i principi del Feng Shui, per cui studiate per il relax ed il benessere degli ospiti. Il bagno è in camera dotato di saponi bio e asciugamani in cotone naturale molto morbidi e piacevoli. La vista dalla loro terrazza è bellissima, il giardino rilassante e in più Barbara ha destinato una parte della costruzione al suo studio olistico di fisioterapia, con la possibilità di prenotare direttamente con lei la seduta che meglio si adatta al proprio corpo. Tutto è stato pensato per essere amico dell'ambiente, non solo per quanto riguarda gli arredi, ma i saponi, i prodotti con cui effettuano la pulizia delle stanze e gli ingredienti con cui Barbara prepara la colazione, fantastica! Le sue torte ed i suoi biscotti sono buonissimi! Inoltre si possono gustare tè, caffè e yogurt e spremute fresche di arance, tutto rigorosamente bio. La cosa che più ci ha colpito è stato il sapere che tutta la struttura è in legno, rispettando quindi l'ambiente. È un B&B diverso da tutti gli altri che conosco, l'impegno dei proprietari è vivere bio e non possiamo che ringraziarli per la loro gentilezza e ospitalità!

Struttura eccezionale dove tutto parla di sostenibilità ambientale: costruzione in bioedilizia, vernici naturali, pitture, arredi, biancheria da camera e da bagno, detergenti vegetali vegani biologici offerti agli ospiti, detersivi vegetali vegani biologici e una colazione buona, abbondante, sana, biologica e vegana.
L'ospitalità e la cordialità dei padroni di casa, oltre alla possibilità di ricevere trattamenti fisioterapici e massaggi shiatsu direttamente dalla signora Barbara, hanno completato l'offerta e reso molto distensivo e rinvigorente il fine settimana passato da loro.
Ci sono stata con altri amici e tutti e quattro siamo stati molto soddisfatti, tanto che ritorneremo in primavera.

Una struttura a basso impatto ecologico, ma ad alto impatto di benessere! Elegante, sobrio, confortevole e pulito, situato in un luogo di assoluta calma e fascino, con una splendida vista sul lago di Garda.
Ottima l'accoglienza e il cibo bio.. di luoghi così ce ne vorrebbero di più!

Ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza la penultima settimana di ottobre, il bed e breakfast nuovo, pulito, spoglio di addobbi, la colazione abbondante ma con poca scelta, ci siamo trovati molto bene, anche se lo ritengo caro per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Buongiorno Claudio, la ringrazio per la sua recensione, ci dispiace molto sentire che lei ha ritenuto la nostra struttura cara, ci piace ricordare che il nostro B&B nasce in una casa ecologica che ha avuto dei costi di costruzione ed impiantistica elevati, sostenuti volentieri da noi per una scelta ambientale, inoltre il B&B è completamente a conduzione biologica, dalla scelta della biancheria da bagno e da letto in cotone biologico e confezionata in Italia (di cui ovviamente il costo non è paragonabile alla biancheria comune), ai prodotti utilizzati per preparare la colazione, tutti certificati biologici e di produttori il più possibile locali, (anche in questo caso il costo, e ovviamente la qualità, ma qui si sta parlando dell’aspetto economico, non è assolutamente paragonabile ai prodotti della grande distribuzione), normalmente una persona che sposa e sostiene l’agricoltura biologica è a conoscenza di questo aspetto. Per non parlare dei detersivi e detergenti che utilizziamo per la pulizia degli ambienti, delle stoviglie e della biancheria, prodotti ecologici biologici certificati BioVegan di una ditta di Brescia che utilizza solo materie prime naturali e biologiche e soprattutto non testate sugli animali, anche in questo caso il costo è leggermente diverso dai detersivi in commercio che al loro interno hanno veleni per le persone e per l’ambiente. Tutte queste scelte riguardo alla conduzione del Bed and Breakfast, le abbiamo volute perché rispecchiano il nostro stile di vita e con la nostra nuova attività volevamo sensibilizzare le persone ad uno stile di vita più sostenibile, più amico dell’ambiente e degli animali, ci dispiace che questo nostro impegno non sia stato capito. Un’altra cosa che volevo sottolineare è la dicitura “poca scelta “ nella colazione., per la domenica mattina la colazione proponeva una crostata bio di mandorle con marmellata di mirtilli, una torta di mele bio, dei biscotti bio di pastafrolla, ovviamente tutto fatto in casa, delle crostatine e dei tortini di farro confezionati, dello yogurt con mix di cereali, della frutta, del miele, del formaggio bio, del pane integrale e bianco servito tostato con burro e 2 scelte di marmellate, del succo di mele bio. cos’altro avrebbe gradito? Avremmo il piacere di saperlo, grazie, per migliorare sempre di più il nostro servizio. La ringraziamo, e la salutiamo. Barbara e Giovanni.

Per non parlare dei detersivi e detergenti che utilizziamo per la pulizia degli ambienti, delle stoviglie e della biancheria, prodotti ecologici biologici certificati BioVegan di una ditta di Brescia che utilizza solo materie prime naturali e biologiche e soprattutto non testate sugli animali, anche in questo caso il costo è leggermente diverso dai detersivi in commercio che al loro interno hanno veleni per le persone e per l’ambiente. Tutte queste scelte riguardo alla conduzione del Bed and Breakfast, le abbiamo volute perché rispecchiano il nostro stile di vita e con la nostra nuova attività volevamo sensibilizzare le persone ad uno stile di vita più sostenibile, più amico dell’ambiente e degli animali, ci dispiace che questo nostro impegno non sia stato capito. Un’altra cosa che volevo sottolineare è la dicitura “poca scelta “ nella colazione., per la domenica mattina la colazione proponeva una crostata bio di mandorle con marmellata di mirtilli, una torta di mele bio, dei biscotti bio di pastafrolla, ovviamente tutto fatto in casa, delle crostatine e dei tortini di farro confezionati, dello yogurt con mix di cereali, della frutta, del miele, del formaggio bio, del pane integrale e bianco servito tostato con burro e 2 scelte di marmellate, del succo di mele bio. cos’altro avrebbe gradito?
