Description
We have rooms all with private services, independent entrance, to the center of the country to 3 km from the track from ski and to 20 minutes from the iseo lake.

The Spampatti Roberto e Giovanna Family it will be to your disposition in order to satisfy to you in the better possible way.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 65 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €25.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms

Struttura gradevole, in ottima posizione. Locali puliti e luminosi. Non posso giudicare la colazione, poichè non ne ho usufruito. Sarebbe piacevole trovare in bagno un set basilare per doccia. Unica pecca il fatto che il gestore non abbia risposto alla mia richiesta di prenotazione inviata per mail già a fine settembre; ho dovuto telefonare più volte per ottenere risposta.

Bella struttura, accogliente, pulita. È stato un soggiorno di lavoro quindi brevissimo, siamo arrivate a tarda sera e ripartite presto al mattino ma ci siamo trovate molto bene.

Ottimo B&B, location centralissima ma tranquilla, stanze curate, arredamento piacevole, molto pulito. Gestione cordiale, ottima colazione con prodotti freschi e artigianali.

Ottima struttura in centro. Stanza essenziale, ma gradevole e pulita. Bagno comodo e spazioso. Struttura ristrutturata di recente, gestione gentile e professionale. Assolutamente consigliata.

Posizione centrale in paese, parcheggio privato e quindi comodo. Bella struttura, buona pulizia degli ambienti, colazione e soprattutto atmosfera molto famigliare. Degno di nota il ristorante/pizzeria annesso alla struttura (eccellente!) Tornerò.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte con la mia famiglia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, bel posto, comodissimo come posizione nel paese, ma tranquillo. Perfetta la pulizia e assoluta privacy. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Bravi!

Un fine settimana splendido confortato dalla impagabile accoglienza dei proprietari. Accoglienti, comode e pulite le camere, innovativa, ricercata, extraordinaria la cucina. Torneremo sicuramente ma non sappiamo se per gli incantevoli dintorni o per la cortese simpatia della famiglia Stampatti.

Ambiente molto confortevole ed organizzato. Ottima la pulizia e gustosa oltre che abbondante la colazione. Non é posizionato in zona panoramica, ma é comodo perché in centro paese e dotato di posto auto interno. Ideale per vacanze "mordi e fuggi".
