The family run B&B Villa Filotea is located in a quiet residential area of Desenzano, on a dead end road, with little traffic and easy parking.
The garden and the large covered terrace will give you the opportunity to relax as well be safe fun for children, and we have lots of toys to provide for our little guests.
The guest rooms are on the first floor. We offer a double room of 18 mq (standard double bad or 2 singles beds), a double room of 25 sq m (standard double bed) and a triple room of 30 sq m (standard double bed and a single bed). Each room has been individually designed and have recently been redecorated and refurbished. They have en-suite bathrooms (with shower and hair-dryer), LCD TV's air conditioning and a safe for your personal belongings.
We provide linen and towels and the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.
Between 8: 30 and 10: 00 in the morning, you can enjoy a fantastic continental buffet breakfast in the dining room or, when the weather permits, on the terrace, in the shade of a lush fig tree.
A fridge and a microwave oven in the corridor are available for you.
Smoking is not permitted in our villa, but there is a designated smoking area outside in the garden.
If needed we will be happy to provide children’s beds, high chairs and bottle warmers and we can serve gluten-free products.
Check-in is from 14: 00 to 18: 00. If you intend to check-in past 18: 00, we kindly ask you to inform us the day before.
Check-out is from 8: 30 to 10: 30.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in a beautiful villa with a garden in a quiet residential area of Desenzano del Garda. The “Spiaggia d’oro” beach is just a 2 minute walk from our B&B and it’s connected by a picturesque lakeside promenade with the port of Rivoltella, a suburb of Desenzano del Garda. All beaches on Lake Garda are suitable for swimming and also ideal for young and inexperienced swimmers. Near our B&B you will also find a supermarket, the city park which is brilliant for running or walking, the public swimming pool and a fantastic playground for children.
The historic centre of Desenzano, with its cultural attractions, lovely shops, bars and restaurants, and the train station on the Milan-Venice railway line, connecting other major cities such as Brescia and Verona, is just 2 km away from our B&B.
In 10 minutes by car you reach Sirmione, known for its historical artistic beauties and its spa. The famous amusement parks of the lake (Gardaland, Canevaworld, Movieland) are 15 km away, and the natural parks Natura Viva and Sigurtà 25 km away.
Near the B&B you will also find all the essential services: supermarkets, pharmacies, and the local bus stop, while the hospital of Desenzano is just 4 km away.
Villafranca airport (Verona) is 35 km away, and Orio al Serio airport (Bergamo) is 70 km away. If coming by car, the A4 motorway exits of Sirmione or Desenzano, are just a few km away.

Many things are offered but the quality is lacking: industrial cookies, frozen bread, jam in trays... We would have liked a homemade breakfast. On the other hand, due to the weather, we had lunch in the room, it was a bit sad.

We really liked staying there, the room was nice with everything you need and the bed was comfortable. Christina is always there to help with a big smile! I would only recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay at Cristina's. It's the second year we've been there. We are very happy with Cristina's welcome, with her hospitality: she is very attentive to all her guests. The villa has a beautiful green garden, you can hear the birds chirping as in the countryside but it's a stone's throw from the lake and 5 minutes from the city center by car. The room is spotless, the breakfast plentiful and has a good value for money. Not to be underestimated, payment is also possible by credit card while other B&Bs only accept cash. We feel like family. We wish Cristina and her beautiful family all the best and barring unforeseen events, we plan to return next year. Wait for us Cristina: if possible for the Strawberry room with a baby cot for Emma.

Bed & Breakfast just a stone's throw from Lake Garda, perfect for a romantic weekend or a relaxing holiday. Located in the residential area of Desenzano, you can easily reach the park, the center, and other nearby locations in a few minutes. The room is spacious, tidy, and clean, and the breakfast offers a rich buffet of savory and sweet every morning. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, making you feel at home. I would say it is an excellent choice.
