The recently built B&B AL TRE offers new and comfortable independent accommodations, tastefully furnished and equipped with practicality, consisting of a double room, private bathroom, and a living room/kitchen area.

With its separate entrance, it guarantees maximum privacy, allowing for pleasant and extended stays.

Its strategic location allows for easy access to the center of Milan, thanks to the MM3 GIALLA metro stop located approximately 800 meters away, as well as other points of interest in San Donato and the surrounding area, such as the Policlinico, Eni BMW Aurora Assicurazioni office buildings, Centro Formazione e selezione ATM.

For longer stays, the proximity to shops and supermarkets allows for quick supply of anything necessary.

Assistance, tourist information, and courtesy complete the picture of an accommodation service that leaves nothing to chance in making you feel at home.

Comfortable, clean, modern little apartment. Located in a very green area, but at the same time very close to the center of San Donato, the hospital, the supermarket, and public transport, which takes you to the center of Milan. \nThe owners are lovely, correct, and helpful people. \nI highly recommend it.

Daniela and Paolo are kind, helpful, welcoming, and, which is very nice, very friendly. The apartments are spotless and equipped with all the comforts. Now it's my second home.

Ottima struttura in posizione tranquilla. La stazione metro dista 10 minuti a piedi. I gestori sono molto gentili. Consigliato.

A discapito della struttura esterna, l'appartamento all'interno è molto ben rifinito. Ampio e dall'arredamento ben curato, è stato un piacere soggiornarvi. La colazione è altrettanto fornita e variegata. Proprietari deliziosi e gentili, si offrono volentieri di andare a prendere i clienti direttamente dall'uscita della metro. Il B&B dispone di un regolamento chiaro e di buonsenso. Dovessi avere necessità ci ritornerò, anche perché è a soli 5 min a piedi dalla metro.

Ho pernottato per una notte al B&B "Al Tre". La sua posizione è perfetta per chi, come ho fatto io, deve svolgere dei colloqui in Eni, in quanto gli uffici sono molto vicini, solo 10 minuti a piedi. Anche la fermata metro di S. Donato è più o meno alla stessa distanza. Inoltre la zona è molto tranquilla e si riesce a riposare molto bene, complice un letto molto comodo. Il resto della camera (la numero 1), o sarebbe meglio dire un piccolo appartamentino, è molto spazioso e funzionale, oltreché luminoso. La cucina dispone di tutto, e la colazione è stata abbondante, senza nessuna pecca evidente. Anche il gestore si è dimostrato molto cortese e gentile, sia nell'accogliermi che nel venire incontro alle mie esigenze o richieste; è sempre reperibile al cellulare, e non è quindi difficile contattarlo. L'unica pecca forse è il costo per notte, 80 euro, un tantino elevato, ma considerando che si trova comunque nei pressi di Milano e che non è solo una camera, come detto, è in un certo senso comprensibile. In definitiva, per chi ha bisogno di pernottare a S. Donato per motivi di lavoro, questa struttura è una scelta ottima. La consiglio.

Fantastico ubicado en un sitio donde pase 4 dias Inolvidables es el sitio perfecto para detener los relojes y olvidarse del planeta a pocos pasos de mi sitio favorito del mundo. Pudo haber sido mi Hogar.

Posto perfetto, accoglienza eccezionale e disponibilità massima da parte dei gestori. Un po' caro e colazione non da serie A. In ogni caso stra consigliato a chi deve soggiornare a San Donato per conto di Eni.
