The recently built B&B AL TRE offers new and comfortable independent accommodations, tastefully furnished and equipped with practicality, consisting of a double room, private bathroom, and a living room/kitchen area.

With its separate entrance, it guarantees maximum privacy, allowing for pleasant and extended stays.

Its strategic location allows for easy access to the center of Milan, thanks to the MM3 GIALLA metro stop located approximately 800 meters away, as well as other points of interest in San Donato and the surrounding area, such as the Policlinico, Eni BMW Aurora Assicurazioni office buildings, Centro Formazione e selezione ATM.

For longer stays, the proximity to shops and supermarkets allows for quick supply of anything necessary.

Assistance, tourist information, and courtesy complete the picture of an accommodation service that leaves nothing to chance in making you feel at home.

I recommend it for the kindness, availability and cleanliness. Welcoming furnishings, very clean. Quiet area with private parking available. If I come back to Milan, I will certainly return.

Comfortable, clean, modern little apartment. Located in a very green area, but at the same time very close to the center of San Donato, the hospital, the supermarket, and public transport, which takes you to the center of Milan. \nThe owners are lovely, correct, and helpful people. \nI highly recommend it.

Despite the external structure, the apartment inside is very well finished. Spacious and with well-kept furnishings, it was a pleasure to stay there. The breakfast is equally rich and varied. Delightful and kind owners, they willingly offer to pick up customers directly from the metro exit. The B&B has a clear and common-sense regulation. If I need to, I will return, also because it is only a 5-minute walk from the metro.

I stayed for one night at the B&B 'Al Tre'. Its location is perfect for those, like I did, who need to conduct interviews at Eni, as the offices are very close, just a 10-minute walk away. The S. Donato metro stop is also about the same distance. Moreover, the area is very quiet and you can rest very well, thanks to a very comfortable bed. The rest of the room (number 1), or better to say a small apartment, is very spacious and functional, as well as bright. The kitchen has everything, and breakfast was abundant, without any evident flaws. The manager also proved to be very courteous and kind, both in welcoming me and in meeting my needs or requests; he is always available on the phone, so it is not difficult to contact him. The only flaw perhaps is the cost per night, 80 euros, a bit high, but considering that it is still near Milan and that it is not just a room, as mentioned, it is somewhat understandable. In conclusion, for those who need to stay in S. Donato for work reasons, this structure is an excellent choice. I recommend it.
