Description

The Bed and Breakfast 3176, located in the wing of a former convent, is situated in one of the oldest and most characteristic alleys of Mantua (in a pedestrian area), in the heart of the beautiful Renaissance city.

Our establishment is just a few steps away from the main museums such as the Bibiena Theater, Ducal Palace, Basilica of S. Andrea, Cathedral, Palazzo Te, and other monuments.

The structure is divided into 3 apartments, each with its own entrance and bathroom, living room, double bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, utensils, moka pot, and other accessories.

The apartment is a few steps from the various squares of the historic center, in a very quiet and peaceful area. Parking is practically behind the house. Elisabetta and her parents are very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay. I suggest a capsule (pod) coffee machine, because it is more convenient and the coffee is definitely better than an infrequently used moka. Everything else is perfect. I will definitely come back. We stayed two nights in a small but essential apartment on the ground floor of the property. Central location, very convenient and also very quiet at night. The hosts are very kind and welcoming, even with flexible check-in and check-out times. The apartment and bathroom are very clean, if I really have to find a flaw, I would have preferred the curtains in the room to be darker and a large mirror (there is only the small one in the bathroom). If I come back to Mantua, I will come back here too.

The apartment is equipped with everything needed, we even found pots and a moka pot with some coffee to use. The only downside is that there was no hand soap, but fortunately I had brought a bar of soap. Ideal location in the center of Mantua, close to the lake and several taverns, bars, and cultural points of interest. Parking is close, ten minutes on foot. Perfect cleanliness and adequate structure with room, bathroom, and living-kitchen; I would have liked to have a balcony, but the place was still well-ventilated. Owners are very kind and helpful, both in their attitude and flexibility regarding check-in time.

Ideal location to visit Mantua. Bed and Breakfast 3176 quiet and with a good bed. Unfortunately, we were assigned the ground floor apartment, dark and with a smell of humidity. Pity about the very dated furniture and the cold lights that make the place quite sad and not very warm. Mantua remains a beautiful art town.

The very central location of this apartment allowed us to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the Festivaletteratura in Mantua, from the opening until late evening. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable and no street noise reaches the secondary street where it is located. The owners, Mr. Fabrizio and his wife, are very kind and helpful people. It is an excellent accommodation, which we highly recommend.

I stayed at Bed and Breakfast 3176 (Mantua) for three nights and I had a great time. The apartment is new, spacious, well-equipped, clean, and conveniently located to visit Mantua. It is a 5-minute walk from Piazza Sordello. The owners are very kind (I arrived in Mantua at lunchtime and it was very hot, they came to pick me up at the train station. Nice apartment in a great central location. Excellent relationship with the host and excellent welcome. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The only aspect that could be improved is the quality of the mattresses which are too thin and uncomfortable, as well as the noisy bed frame. The additional beds in the living room are very uncomfortable sofa beds, suitable only for small children.

Breakfast is not included, but there are bars and excellent trattorias nearby. A real surprise in the center of Mantova. Highly recommended!

Mini apartment in a great location, very close to the main attractions. Furnished with everything you need. The person who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. The price is absolutely affordable. I highly recommend it. There are no cheap parking spaces nearby, but just take a few extra steps and you can find some in zone 2 for 6.50 euros per day.

B&B found quickly for an impromptu stop in Mantua. Very clean, in the center, it has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. And air conditioning. Very nice and welcoming hosts. Only small downside, the lack of breakfast, because it is not included.

Highly recommended place, in an optimal location to visit Mantua on foot. Reasonable prices, new, cozy, and clean premises. Very kind and helpful owners.

Spacious and very clean apartment, not very bright. Essential furnishings. Quiet and centrally located for walks and services, a bit inconvenient to find parking.

Great location, ideal for visiting the center of Mantova, the train station is also about twenty minutes walk away. Great welcome and availability. The only problem was not being able to leave the luggage in storage on the last day, especially considering that Mantova station does not provide this service.

I had my parents and my aunt stay who, being in their 65/70s, are quite wary of Bed and Breakfast 3176. However, they were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the place, its location relative to the center, and the tranquility even though it is located in the historic center. When I went to pick them up and find them, I had parking right next to Bed and Breakfast 3176, which is really hard to find in the rest of the city. Upon entering, I saw with my own eyes that it had everything needed, even though I would have preferred Wi-Fi, but it's fine even without it. Spacious bathroom, spacious rooms, and a very spacious living room. The owner sisters are always very helpful in welcoming us, both at check-in and check-out, and very friendly. I really recommend it.

Excellent central location if you want to visit the Prince's street with historic buildings is exceptional, they will be 250 meters from Piazza Sordello. It is an apartment in a private street where it is not possible to park but a paid parking is available nearby (daily rate 5 € for the whole day, holidays free). Breakfast is not provided but you have a kitchenette available so you can also cook and eat at home. The place seems to have been recently renovated, it is in excellent condition and clean. It is a 4-seat with a bedroom and a sofa bed so it is perfect for the family. It is a bit expensive during holidays, I paid 140 € per day which, considering bed & breakfast without breakfast, is a bit high price, but it is the only one found available in the center of Mantua.

Excellent structure in an alley in the city center, on a closed street with no traffic, therefore very quiet. The owner is very kind and helpful. Real new apartments equipped with everything. Also air conditioning, I recommend it and will come back both for the beautiful city and for the Bed and Breakfast 3176. Thank you Filippo.
