We have been going to the property for several years due to its proximity to Leolandia Park. The ladies who run the bar and B&B are helpful and very kind. The property is clean and convenient to services: in front, there is a minimarket where you can buy sandwiches and pizza at affordable prices and a kebab. Next to it, there is a historic trattoria and a little further down there is a pizzeria and a Chinese restaurant, all places ignored by park visitors who prefer to go to Roadhouse and McDonald's, obviously very crowded. Recommended.

Really good the B&B Adda, the location near Leolandia is great, excellent quality/price ratio, I would recommend the installation of an air conditioning split unit for the hotter periods... Anyway, thank you very much for everything.

We had a great time, the area is peaceful, a stone's throw from B&B Adda. The breakfast was plentiful and the owner very polite and helpful, we will happily return soon.

We had a good time, we needed it as a base to go to Leolandia and the next day to Milan. We walked to Leolandia! Spacious and clean rooms! The landlady is nice and helpful.

Every year we come back and every year it's a guarantee, it feels like home! The welcome is spectacular, breakfast is also good for those like us who want to go to Leolandia in 5 minutes on foot! It's close to everything, take some time to get lost in these enchanting places! I recommend it!

We spent two nights here, a very nice place just a stone's throw from Leolandia, easy to reach even for those arriving by train. Excellent cleanliness and presence of everything needed to sleep and freshen up. Excellent, abundant breakfast with croissants, cappuccinos or fruit juices. And the staff always has a smile, very kind in every request and always available, I highly recommend it.

Excellent. We stayed on 28-29/08/2017, in support to go to Leolandia, it is 10 minutes walk away, room for 4 (parents and children), very economical, very comfortable, the staff is very kind. So much so that they welcomed us on the morning of the first day, therefore the possibility of already having everything in the room before going to Leolandia, very generous breakfast, they also accommodated the children's whims, and they gave us the opportunity to leave the car there for both days, saving also the parking cost. We thank and recommend to everyone.

Good property for a short stay (recommendation for those going to Leolandia park). It is simple, the bathroom is shared, the fridge is not outside the room, and we didn't have air conditioning, but the staff and breakfast were excellent. We had a good time and I recommend it for short stays.

Quiet place for trips at most weekly. Very kind and helpful managers, they will make you feel comfortable as if you were in the family. If you are not looking for great demands, it can be considered an ideal place.

Very hot in the room, impossible to sleep with the window open due to the noise of the machines. The rates need to be revised, 50 euros were expected on the online booking while upon arrival 60 euros were requested.

We stayed one night with a 6-year-old child, Mrs. Maria was very kind, the structure located a few meters from Leolandia is excellent for families with children. Parking the car in front of the B&B, you can easily walk out and have every convenience: post office, bank, pizzerias or grocery stores. The bar is part of the B&B and we were served a sublime breakfast with every good thing. Even though we asked for an extra toast for our son, the lady included it at no extra cost. The building from the outside may seem a bit retro, but the spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness, and kindness and friendliness make up for it. Even if it was just for one night, we felt really good. Congratulations to those like you, Maria and Simona, who know how to make their guests feel like family. Thank you and see you next time at Leolandia.

The structure is from the 70s but well maintained and very clean, with everything you need available. The lady who manages it is extremely kind and helpful, you feel like family, breakfast at the bar below, abundant with jam, slices, Nutella, juice, and freshly baked croissants! We highly recommend this structure especially for those who, like us, have children, it's just a stone's throw from Leolandia and nearby there are several restaurants and pizzerias. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, until next time.

We stayed only one night with my husband and two children aged 6 and 3 and we had a great time. A bit spartan but we were interested in going to Leolandia and this B&B Adda is 400 meters away. Perfect, we walked there! Even in the evening for dinner, there was plenty of choice without moving the car! The managers are lovely people, ready to give advice, welcoming, and competent! I highly recommend it. Consider that the bathroom is shared and does not have a bidet, but you can use the fridge and the manager provided us with water for free! Good experience.

I stayed one night with my husband, my three children, and a friend with a child, we had a really good time. Mrs. Maria was very kind and helpful for anything we needed. The rooms and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the linen had a very good clean scent. Very abundant breakfast with the possibility to have seconds of anything. I thank Maria again who, besides providing the fridge with fresh water available at the time of our departure, gave a bag of candies to all the children.

We were in Capriate to go to Leolandia. We entered without moving the car, besides the fact that it's really close to the highway. Very well maintained, very very clean, courtesy and professionalism are very high and not forced, the ladies are really lovely. Very close by there are also other nice things to see and we regret not staying longer. I highly recommend.

Great, functional for those who want to go to Leolandia! The ladies who manage it are phenomenal! Very kind and extremely helpful. The only flaw is that the description does not specify that there is no bathroom in the room. Incredible cleanliness.
