IB&B Cristina is a charming family home with a beautiful garden, recently renovated, located in a quiet area called Centro Affori.

The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with every convenience, offering an ideal alternative to traditional hotels.

B&B Cristina is easily accessible via the connecting road to the Cormano exit towards Affori Centro.

It also offers easy access to central Milan via the MM3 Yellow subway line, which reaches Central Station, Piazza Duomo, and Via Montenapoleone in just 5-7 minutes.

The property is also close to the Ferrovie Nord (Northern Railways), the Passante Ferroviario (railway link), and bus lines 40, 41, and 70.

Nearby are the Polytechnic University (Bovisa), Niguarda Hospital, the Metropoli Shopping Center, the Villa Litta Library, and Parco Nord, etc.

Little attention from the host. Shared bathroom: the host had assured it would be cleaned often, but it was never cleaned. I had left two dental aligners on the table where I had breakfast (inside a tissue) and they were thrown away.

Great place close to the Affori metro stations. Just note the shared bathroom and if you don't speak Italian then some Google translate may be required. Cristina is friendly and welcoming.

This is a very welcoming bed and breakfast, in a pleasant location, right in the main square of Affori, just a few steps from the Villa Litta Modignani park (10 minutes walk from the Affori Centro metro station). The place is quiet and surrounded by a lovely garden, tastefully furnished. The owner is fantastic, very kind and friendly, and creates a family atmosphere. I highly recommend it. Tip: the restaurant "In Piazza" (very nearby), really nice, with good quality, reasonable prices, and very friendly owners.

My husband had a procedure at Galeazzi d'Ambrogio in Milan, so I, to be closer to the hospital, stayed for two days at B&B Cristina. I must say that I had a wonderful time. Mrs. Cristina was kind and very helpful.

Peripheral but well connected to the central station and the center by metro within ten minutes on foot. The room is clean, quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast could be a little enriched. Mrs. Cristina is very kind and ready to help.

The manager of B&B Cristina turned out to be decidedly rude. I felt cold at night, I asked her for the remote control for the heat pump, she replied no for environmental reasons saying that it was 20 degrees and that I should cover myself with blankets. In truth, it was 18 degrees and I could not use a service that I paid for because it was included. While continuing the discussion, she ignored my requests and did not answer the phone anymore.

My uncle and I were very satisfied with the beautiful villa, the cleanliness of the very well-kept environment, the availability and kindness of Mrs. Cristina. There is an atmosphere of serenity and peace in this fantastic B&B. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back.

Very nice host - always very communicative and nice. The room was cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also great. Biggest disadvantages are: one bathroom for 3 rooms, breakfast is always early at 8h30, the isolation in the rooms is not great (it’s easy to wake up if someone walks in the corridor) and the checkout is at 9h30. This B&B is a good choice if you want a room on a budget just to have a shower and sleep.

Near the metro, yellow line, Affori centro stop, 700 meters by foot. In 20 minutes you are in the center. 1 bathroom and toilet for all the guests, breakfast is brought to the room, schedule from 6 to 8:30. Perfectly clean, big room and bathroom. Nice garden to relax or eat, nearby churches.

This B&B Cristina is very nice and I recommend it to everyone! The room was large and clean. Cristina was also very nice, she welcomed us kindly. The breakfast was also very tasty! It was truly a great stay.

It is very well located, very clean and tidy. They respect your space and are very polite. Breakfast is abundant and brought to your room, but I would have preferred fewer industrial pastry items. Nevertheless, it is a very good place to be.

Excellent structure in Zona Affori, well connected. The room was perfectly clean and, although of a discreet design, very welcoming. The manager is friendly and always available. The breakfast was very abundant and the common areas were also perfectly sanitized. I would gladly return!

Pro: Good location near the metro. Slightly more convenient price compared to other structures of the same level. Breakfast served in the room, normal (toast, simple biscuits, jam, 1 small muffin, milk / coffee / tea on request). Neat and clean rooms. Cons: Check-out a bit early, at 9:30, it would have been better 1 hour later, at 10:30. Only 1 bathroom for three rooms, with people going to the bathroom even late at night making noise. The hinges of the room and bathroom doors are squeaky, I would put some oil in the hinges to reduce the noise when the doors open and close.
