B&B Campanì is located in a beautiful farmhouse situated in the oldest part of the town. It is surrounded by hills and is just a five-minute walk from the historic centre. There are two double rooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette available for guests.

The garden and large terrace are available for guests to enjoy breakfast and relax. Additionally, bicycles can be rented for exploring Franciacorta.

In 1941 grandfather Luigi and grandmother Maria bought the house. Since then slowly they take care of it, as they can.

It is a peasant's house as there are many, but at that time having a house of property is a great wealth. There is war and grandparents even though they have three children in the attic, they are home to displaced families and they share the house with other families, the house is big! The family has a nickname "I Campanì" thanks to the grandfather of the grandfather Luigi who built the bells and went to nearby villages to make them play. That nickname and perhaps even the love for the sound of the bells, remains glued to us, proudly is part of us. As well as the modest and peasant origins, honest and working, singing and welcoming.

1988

In these years Lucia, the younger daughter of Luigi and Maria, began to deal with it.

And the house takes the shape of a flower. Yes, because Lucia loves flowers and loves taking care of them. Thus they appear as in a painting, Gerani, Rose, Viole, Ciclamini, Daisies, Jasmine, Lilac, Buganville, Calicantus, Aromatic plants, Pomegranate, Glycine, Lavender...

1999

Thanks to Lucia, the house begins to transform itself and to look more and more like the house as you see it now.

The courtyard becomes a cobblestone, the barn is restored, but the structure of the house retains its original shape. It turns out that it was an old spinning mill, around 1600. Then it becomes the courtyard where the village used to squeeze the olives. All this history is marked in every stone, some visible, others returned to the earth.

2008

The birth of the B&B Campanì
Lucia decides to bring the house back to her welcoming and sharing identity, creating a small place for future guests. Create the Beb Campanì. Two rooms and a kitchenette, simple but comfortable. The rest is made by the house itself with its good energy made of smiles and stillness.
