My name is Beatrice, and I am 58 years old. I am married to Mario, and we have two children aged 31 and 25 who are now independent. Since I no longer have young kids to care for, I have been offering my apartment to guests for the past 13 years, welcoming those who find themselves away from their cities for various reasons.
