Description
Villa Magnolia is a typical villa built in the early 1900's and completely renovated, situated in the characteristic “Navigli” district of Milan known for its canals.

The structure offers its guests four elegant and comfortable rooms each with private bathroom, hairdryer, mini-fridge, air conditioning, satellite TV and free wireless internet connection.

Each room has been carefully designed and coordinated in a color scheme to create a sense of harmony and relaxation.

For comfort and privacy, breakfast is eaten directly in the room.

24 Hr access to the property is made possible through the use of special electronic locks on all access gates and doors as well as on the individual room doors.

Car parking is available in our private courtyard.

Villa Magnolia is a non-smoking environment.

Its location is ideal for reaching the numerous points of interest in the city as well as the surrounding airports.

Area Navigli
Located in the characteristic Navigli area of Milan, Villa Magnolia is one of the oldest and most distinctive places in the city. Its special atmosphere has attracted artists and painters, turning this area into a unique and charming place. Among the events held here, the Antiques Market and the art exhibition "Fiori sul Naviglio Grande" are just a few reasons why millions of tourists and visitors choose to visit the area every year. The large influx of people has led to the opening of many bars, restaurants and pubs, enlivening this part of the city.

B&B Villa Magnolia is located in Via Binda 32, in an ideal position to easily reach the main places of interest in the city, such as Piazza Duomo, Teatro La Scala and the Fiera di Milano. In just 15 minutes you can reach these places thanks to the proximity of the MM Duomo and MM Amendola Fiera stations, while to visit "The Last Supper" by Leonardo da Vinci, it only takes 10 minutes by metro from the MM Sant'Ambrogio or MM Cadorna station.

The host was very kind and helpful. He recommended the best places to visit in Milan, and he was always available and welcoming to us. The room is beautiful and spacious. I had a great time. I hope to come back soon.

Beautiful property less than 10 minutes walk from the Navigli. Very cozy rooms with every comfort including air conditioning. The breakfast set is abundant including yogurt, juices, coffee pods for the coffee machine present in each room, and a kettle for teas. The lady who welcomed us was very kind, always attentive to ask if we needed anything and very helpful in explaining the way. It was a real pleasure for me and my friends to stay with you and we will definitely come back to visit you, thank you for everything.

We stayed only one night, but we had a great time. Excellent everything: from the friendliness of the owner, a very kind and professional person, to the cozy room full of all comforts. And the B&B's location is very close to bus stops or the tram to get to the Duomo of Milan, Navigli, etc.

Personale Gentilissimo e premuroso. Location molto bella soprattutto per le coppie. Colazione in camera molto comodo ma con cibo confezionato. A 1 Km dalla metro. A 50 m dalla fermata del pullman. Se ricapitasse, ci riandrei volentieri.
