The B&B Villa Luisa, located just a stone's throw away from Milan and Monza, is an independent villa that welcomes guests in single, double, triple, and quintuple rooms with the possibility of additional beds. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and 32" LED TVs. Free 24/7 WiFi and air conditioning are also provided, along with a fridge and a desk.

A fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave oven, is available to guests. There is also a Triple "Yellow" room, which is a small 45 sqm apartment with a private kitchen.

No advance payment is required, and there is a discount for children up to 10 years old.

Enjoy a good night's sleep in a peaceful residential area near Milan and Monza, and wake up to a plentiful breakfast that caters to all dietary needs, including gluten-free and vegan options.

The breakfast I propose to you includes coffee, milk, or tea in various flavors, croissants, cake, bread and Nutella, fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, jam of various fruits, butter, cereals, biscuits, fruit juice. If you like, we can also serve soft-boiled eggs with salt and pepper, and toasted bread slices.

I haven't forgotten about you, vegetarians and vegans; we have corn, soy, and rice cakes, cookies without animal proteins, and soy milk.

You will also always find cookies, Wafer bites, Ringo, Puff pastries, Grisbi, and other small delights on the table.

If you feel like having something else, just ask, and if I can, I will provide it.

Good morning, my name is Ennio Felice, I am single and living alone in this big house, I willingly put it at the disposal of those who need to stay near Milan or Monza,
Come and see me, I'm always happy to have guests at home.

As you saw from the picture I like dogs, with me there is the Trilli a female of 5 kg, which will surely bark when you will be at the gate, but then they will all be parties.

In case the dogs scare you, no problem, the Trilli can stay in place when needed.

We stayed 1 night at B&B Villa Luisa for a cycling event at Parco Increa. The location is a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car as it's not served by public transport. The structure is dated although clean; it has external parking in a quiet street or in the structure's garage (we did not use it). The breakfast is more than decent and varied, with packaged fruit juices, milk, coffee, tea, toast, jams (packaged), biscuits, yogurt, and two types of tarts. Completely missing the savory option... perhaps it should have been arranged beforehand?

Grazie per l'ottima recensione. Si, la colazione salata va richiesta in anticipo, oppure basta chiedere, c'è ma viene servita se chiesta, in pochi mangiano colazione salata. Al Vs arrivo ho chiesto se gradivate dei cornetti caldi per colazione e tutti avete risposto di si, per cui non immaginavo avreste voluto anche il salato. " Scusatemi se potete ". Abbiamo anche prodotti x celiaci e vegani. I mezzi pubblici sono a 400 metri se avessi saputo di questa Vs esigenza vi avrei indicato la "fermata del bus". Essendo Voi in macchina !!!! Sono contento che la gara ciclistica vi abbia portato un buon piazzamento. Saluti a tutti.

Immaculately clean, welcoming and comfortable environment (it was not a room but a whole apartment), super breakfast and managed impeccably by Mr. Ennio whom I thank for his kindness and availability. We spent 5 nights at this great place during our visit to the Formula1 Italian Grand Prix. All I can say is that everything was perfect. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the owner provided free towels, shampoo, even toothpaste and shaving foam. Breakfast was always plentiful and delicious. The internet connection was good without any disruptions. And the owner is a really helpful guy with a great sense of humor. I am looking forward to visiting this place again and I can recommend it to everyone traveling to or near Monza / Milan.

For me it was like being a guest at a friend's house, without the negative sides of it! The owner Ennio was extremely helpful, starting from the check-in and check-out times as well as with every other request I made. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean, as well as the really large bathroom. The property is in a location away from traffic, so quiet area, also for parking, and quiet, but in a few minutes it allows you to reach the main communication routes. If I had to go back to that area, I will certainly contact him again! Update 2020: I returned to B&B Villa Luisa and found the same great availability and the room also equipped with a refrigerator that was very useful to me. For the rest I can only confirm everything I have already written in 2018.

Great hospitality. Some difficulty in connecting by phone. Urgent to fix the connection to pay by credit card. Improve the external sign and maybe add road signs in Brugherio.

I returned to this B&B Villa Luisa after about a year and I must say that the owner, Ennio, never ceases to amaze me, making continuous improvements to the rooms and making them more and more welcoming, comfortable, and functional. The structure is very beautiful and characteristic. The owners are friendly, helpful, and cordial. The price is excellent for what it offers. Monza is just a few minutes away by car. Also, the structure is close to the highways and the ring road. I will return with great pleasure. B&B Villa Luisa.

B&B Villa Luisa is really beautiful with a spacious room, with a double bed for single use and very well furnished. The bathroom has all the comforts, from the shower to the whirlpool tub. Really positive notes are the kindness and availability of the Manager and the abundant breakfasts offered by him. I highly recommend it to everyone, from older to younger people.

Traveling alone as a volunteer at the 72nd Italian Golf Open, I found at B&B Villa Luisa a well-kept family environment where you can breathe tranquility. Mr. Enzo welcomed me in an extremely friendly and helpful manner for my needs (I had my golf bag and trolley with me).
