The Bed & Breakfast Sotto l'Alben is a unique and unmistakable styled structure, located in a peaceful area in close proximity to meadows and woods, ideal for a vacation surrounded by nature, relaxation, and tranquility. It is also an ideal starting point for outdoor activities.

The structure has recently been renovated (2019) and has been skillfully furnished in contemporary Alpine style. The cozy atmosphere, the perfect symbiosis between architecture and nature, as well as the warm wood and soft colors, convey a unique sense of harmony and well-being everywhere.

The B&B has 3 spacious rooms suitable for all types of vacation, whether with family, friends, or as a couple.

The large breakfast room has a relaxation area with a sofa and fireplace, and a picturesque panoramic bay window where guests can enjoy a healthy breakfast with a view of the mountains.

Every day our breakfasts are a surprise, genuine and plentiful, homemade with LOCAL and ORGANIC products.

Every morning in the breakfast room, a rich buffet is set up with homemade cakes and sweets, homemade jams, cured meats, natural yogurt, butter and cheese with the Val Serina brand, fresh bread, croissants and cereals, fruit salad and fruit juices.

All accompanied by a hot drink, such as tea, coffee, barley coffee, cappuccino, served at the table or at the bar.

But the real gem is our panoramic bay window, where you can enjoy your breakfast with a splendid view of the surrounding mountains.

Hello everyone, I'm Michela and since 2019 I have opened the doors of my home to hospitality. I studied Agro-environmental sciences at the University of Milan, but the call of the mountains was too strong, so I returned to Val Serina where my roots are. Together with the support of my husband, we decided that the best way to value our beloved place, living in the mountains and turning a passion into a real job, is through hospitality. Welcoming tourists into our home allows us, in our own small way, to be active protagonists in the enhancement of our territory. In fact, in addition to providing a lot of information about the history and activities that can be carried out locally, through breakfast we offer a taste of our Orobie mountains focusing on local, genuine, and homemade products.

The owner Michela is extraordinary! Great kindness and availability. For breakfast, she delighted us with many homemade things, like jams and the cheesecake (which my friend said was truly sublime!). I couldn't try these delights because I am celiac, and Michela kindly offered to prepare something homemade gluten-free for me, truly a unique kindness! Michela manages everything with love and dedication, and you can see it in everything she does and offers! The rooms are spotless, newly built, and really well taken care of, especially the very thoughtfully designed furnishings. The beds are comfortable and very high, perfect for resting well. I loved the bathroom and the nice spacious shower, but one thing I really liked, even though it's just a detail (but those are the things that make the difference), were the differently colored towels divided with the labels “face”, “shower”, and “bidet”, really cute! Furthermore, Michela recommends several very good little restaurants nearby with which she has agreements and discounts. What can I say, we couldn't ask for better ❤️.

We spent one night my partner and I on the occasion of our birthdays, spending the day at the S. Pellegrino Spa. We had no idea about the place, which surprised us with its 1000 meters of altitude, but it was worth it because we got to know a very beautiful mountain area. When we arrived, the location was perfect and we found a very welcoming and spotless environment. Michela and her husband were very friendly, and Michela prepared us a personalized abundant breakfast made with local products. We will definitely return.

This B&B is a small pearl set in the Orobie mountains. The structure has been recently renovated with taste and the location ensures total tranquility and a 360° view of the valley below. The breakfast prepared by Michela is excellent, and the possibility of using the relaxation area is also interesting. I did not take advantage of it but I hope to return. In short, absolutely recommended place.

Spectacular structure, furnished with wood and a touch of modernity like a LED strip between the wall and the bed headboard, very well-kept shower cabin and above all impeccable cleanliness throughout the structure. The welcome was perfect, we had at our disposal the remote control for the gate, the list of restaurants and facilities in the surroundings. The exterior is all very well-kept: the lawn, the driveway, and the structure itself, I believe it's a very beautiful period house. The breakfast, along with the entire hospitality offer, is worth the trip. Homemade jams, waking up to the scent of freshly baked croissants, local cold cuts and cheeses, and Michela, who was available and very professional from check-in to breakfast and then to check-out. We will be back.

We stayed for 5 nights and everything was perfect. The room was of exceptionally good quality, with wonderful views, a lovely garden area with comfortable seating and an amazing breakfast every day which included fresh, local and homemade treats. Our host Michaela was very friendly, helpful and attentive and she speaks good English (which we were very grateful for as we do not speak any Italian). We enjoyed the tranquility of the mountains and the most wonderful food at Restaurant Neve which was only a few minutes drive away. There was plenty to do nearby and we visited the local valleys and their villages, Bergamo and Lovere. This is the best B&B we have stayed at in Italy and we would return again without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We spent 2 romantic nights at this B&B Sottol'Alben. It was perfect: the magnificent setting, the cleanliness of the place, the fresh, homemade breakfast was fabulous. The owner is available and does her best to make you feel at home. We stayed there at the beginning of September and the surroundings were very quiet, exactly what we were looking for to rest and recharge in the mountains. I experienced days with my family catapulted into a fairy tale. The B&B is absolutely wonderful, everything in the structure is carefully placed. The scented and impeccably clean rooms, exceptional panorama. In the garden, also kept with extreme care, we spent hours of serenity and rest. But the highlight of the entire stay is 'the princess of the castle', Michela. She pampered us in every way, always with a smile. Every morning she delighted us with her breakfasts composed of sweets and jams prepared by her, always different every day. What can I say, if we were to return to these areas, we could not go anywhere else but B&B Sotto l'Alben.

Our room had a great view of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Our host was amazing as well - she was very hospitable and made us feel very welcomed. I stayed last weekend with my partner, what can I say: fantastic. The structure is clearly recently renovated using modern furnishings well integrated with wooden beams and wooden structures that give a mountain lodge feel. Michela is really very kind, she recommends routes of any kind, for any need (even for those like me who are expecting). The spectacular breakfast with her homemade jams and pastries and local products. For dinner we ate at a restaurant two minutes walk from the structure with which they have a discount. The town center is a five-minute walk away, small but nice to visit with trails within "foot" reach. We will definitely come back for a break from the routine, maybe a bit longer. Fantastic view from every angle of the structure, really beautiful.

The rooms are brand new, spacious, carefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort (in our case, we found a large bed with a comfortable mattress, a sofa, a wardrobe, a desk, and a large bathroom with a double shower that would envy a spa!). The cleanliness is impeccable. Michela, the owner, is very kind and helpful, attentive to the needs of her guests and ready to give advice on places to visit and activities to do in the area. Every morning she will welcome you with a smile and a super breakfast based on her delicious homemade cakes, always homemade jams, and other sweet and savory products at zero km.

The best B&B we have ever visited! Very friendly hostess, super clean and cozy rooms in a dream location! A beautiful discovery. We were looking for a small, cozy structure but at the same time with all the comforts of a real hotel. The entrance to this splendid garden already leaves you speechless, the house has a special charm, not to mention the interiors of the B&B Sottol'Alben, super well-kept with an alpine but also contemporary style. The breakfasts are superb, sweets and jams made by the owner, butter, cheeses and local yogurt all set up with taste.

Brand new structure in the enchanting setting between Val Brembana and Val Seriana. Room with wooden interiors typical of a mountain structure and furnished in a simple but excellent taste, super clean. We stayed one night in this brand new B&B located in Val Brembana. The structure is welcoming, furnished with materials in perfect harmony with the mountain landscape. The owner Michela was really helpful, providing us with all the information on what to visit and where to dine in the area. Staying at the property, there are also some agreements with both the village restaurants and the San Pellegrino Thermal Baths. A final positive note is definitely the breakfast with homemade sweets and local products. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday!
