Very nice, clean B&B. All sights are easily reachable on foot. The breakfast is typically Italian. It is very good, including the coffee, and even I, although I am very picky, found enough to eat for breakfast and it tasted very good and fresh. The rooms are on the 2nd floor and there is even a lift. A secure parking space was also bookable for 12 euros. All in all top and highly recommended for a Bergamo holiday.

I booked a room at B&B Santa Lucia with free cancellation. Afterwards I decided to find a room in the upper part of Bergamo and forgot to cancel the reservation at Santa Lucia. The owner, Frederica, called me at the very last moment, after the free cancellation period had ended. I told her that I would not come and that it was my mistake. Frederica cancelled my reservation for free, which exceeded all my expectations. I cannot rate the accommodation itself, but I must say that Frederica is generous. I think this is the best guarantee of the quality of her B&B.

Federica, the host, is very friendly and available, and makes you feel at home. The B&B is very close to the city center and is 10-15 minutes away on foot from the wonderful upper town, reachable via a cobbled path among the trees.

We spent only one night in this beautiful B&B with our 2 Golden Retrievers. Excellent position near to Bergamo Bassa center but also to reach Bergamo Alta. Wonderful room and bathroom, breakfast service. The hosts are very friendly and we will definitely come back.

Structure in the center of Bergamo and a short walk from the stops of the means that take you to Bergamo Alta. The rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, comfortable mattresses, the structure has a lift. Excellent cleanliness. Breakfast consists of packaged foods, both sweet and savory. The managers are available, personally they suggested some really good restaurants. In the same street as the B&B there is a supermarket and a pizzeria that can be useful. Overall positive experience.

Simple structure, like the room, but clean and perfect for a weekend visit to Bergamo. We were greeted by Federica, very kind and helpful. Good breakfast, with plenty of choices. Two points to note: 1) there was no possibility to make a cappuccino, the machine only dispensed coffee. 2) The bidet was missing in the room and being in Italy, honestly, it left me puzzled.

Federica, splendid landlady! Punctual and available for problem resolution. Dogs are welcome. Renovation of the accommodations and common areas with modern furniture; elevator for overcoming architectural barriers. Underfloor heating. Rooms on the second floor with a pleasant private terrace, table and chairs; filtered water. Windowed bathroom. Ceiling with exposed beams. Some parking spaces on the premises, for a fee. I will definitely come back.

Federica welcomed us in an exemplary manner, showing herself to be very helpful. The room was comfortable and welcoming, with the services very well cared for. Despite the context not being particularly reassuring, having to undergo a procedure in the nearby clinic, we spent two days of complete relaxation. Definitely recommendable.

Room where I spent the night modern and welcoming... maybe a bit too low the heating upon arrival in the room, however by the time of dinner and upon return to the room the temperature was pleasant. Structure undergoing renovation of the top floor and new elevator system so some areas are not accessible due to the construction site, but all in all well defined. Manager available and kind. Well-equipped breakfast area.

New structure, very well organized, very clean. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Self-service breakfast in the kitchen. Possibility of luggage storage on arrival and departure. Kind hosts. Good location near the station and the main monuments of the city. We had a good time, but we prefer a greater relationship with the hosts, we often travel alone and we like to exchange impressions and sometimes laughs with those who host us.

Everything was perfect. The location is in the center. Communication with the management was quick and effective. The room is comfortable, it had everything we needed. A balcony with chairs and table in the room, large terrace for common use. Parking is cheaper than elsewhere. The breakfast room with coffee machine, microwave, etc., can always be used. For breakfast, you can make fresh orange juice yourself.

The property is located in a very strategic position in the city of Bergamo. On reservation, there is also an internal parking for guests who travel by car. We spent only 1 night at B&B Santa Lucia and everything went just fine. The room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable. Federica, who was the host, was nice and helpful. It would be good to have a wardrobe in the room for a longer stay, but for 1 night it was ok.

I stayed at the B&B Santa Lucia with my wife and son and we had a great time. Federica and her husband Massimo were very kind. I would only recommend adding a wardrobe with doors in the room instead of the open rolling wardrobe (at least in the one we stayed in, it didn't have one), for a matter of better hygiene for clothes and privacy. Otherwise, I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Very kind, helpful, everything was just perfect, well-furnished rooms and a warmth that feels like home, perfect bathroom, shower that I wish to have at home, very well-stocked kitchen for breakfast, and also available for those who, like us, could not go out (home delivery pizza and possibility to heat up dinner). We were greeted by a truly exquisite gentleman. Pampered by the lady. Federica and Massimo were fantastic. Absolutely correct price and worth every penny. Terrace where you can smoke or simply take a breath of fresh air. Very close to the clinic. Innovative and super-secure keys. Close to every bar, restaurant, pizzeria, shop, gastronomy one might need. Very close to the city center. We will definitely return and highly recommend it. We stopped only for one night, the owners, husband and wife, were immediately very kind and helpful. The structure is super central, welcoming and very clean, truly a little gem located halfway between Lower Bergamo and Upper Bergamo. Very pleasant stay for work. The welcome from the couple of managers was very friendly, informal, and at the same time professional. Useful tips on where to eat. The room (with an elegant beamed ceiling) and bathroom are very spacious and bright, comfortable bed, TV with excellent definition quality. I am happy to return in the coming weeks.

Perfect location, just steps away from the pedestrian area of the new city and a 15-minute walk from the entrance to the old city. Good private parking. Very comfortable room and bathroom although it is a second floor without an elevator. Breakfast could be improved as fresh fruit was missing (only juice oranges). It is much appreciated being able to access the kitchen to make teas or coffee at any time. Great option in downtown Bergamo.

Warm welcome, modern and cozy structure but, being located on a main road, the traffic noise was noticeable. Decent breakfast. Upon request, we were informed that the car parking had a cost of 10€, while only upon our arrival we were asked for cash payment for the entire stay at the facility. Perhaps it could be specified in advance? Thank you, in any case we will be happy to return.
