New Bed & Breakfast just renovated, located in a strategic position, in the town center in Piazza della Chiesa, nearby shops, restaurants, bars for every need, 6 minutes walk from the funicular and 8 minutes from QC Terme SPA.

The structure has two rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, wifi, TV, kitchen available, room for parking bikes and motorcycles, welcome kit and courtesy kit.

Possibility of shuttle and bicycle for city use, as a sport possibility Tennis, canoeing, horse riding, excursions and much more.

The structure overlooks the square in front of the parish church, let's say it is the second central area of San Pellegrino Terme, in the surroundings there are all the shops for every need, a ten minute walk away there is the funicular, the QC Terme SPA, the Casino and the Grand Hotel.

At B&B San Francesco Class, you really feel at home! Andrea is an extremely kind and helpful person, he made sure to reserve us a parking spot right under the B&B and provided us with many useful tips on places to visit and restaurants in the area. The welcome was fantastic with a small welcome gift in the room that was greatly appreciated and a voucher for the spa; the room was spotless, very fragrant, spacious, bright, and well soundproofed, equipped with everything necessary to ensure guests a perfect stay; the extreme cleanliness of the bathroom and the utmost care and attention to detail (courtesy kit, hairdryer, disinfectant wipes, soft and fragrant towels) should also be highlighted. A special mention goes to the magnificent sweet and savory breakfast that satisfies all tastes with homemade cakes, top-quality brioche, locally sourced products, fresh fruit, jams, and hot drinks prepared on the spot by Andrea. The B&B is located in a strategic position that allows you to reach the center and the spa with a pleasant walk along the river. We will definitely return to San Francesco Class for our next stay in San Pellegrino Terme and will recommend the property to relatives and friends.

This B&B is modern and stylish, located close to the Brembo River, a short walk from the spa and close to restaurants. The host is charming and helpful, able to offer discounts on other businesses. The breakfast here is outstanding. We loved our 3-day stay.

Five well-deserved stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. In this B&B San Francesco Class, nothing is missing to make the guest feel pampered and at home: slippers in the room, a small welcome with San Pellegrino water in a glass bottle and a typical biscuit, attentions like reserved parking, promptness in response and communications, but above all, what makes the difference is the welcome of Andrea and his wife. A true, sincere welcome that comes from the heart and is expressed in a very good breakfast with local products, cakes, juices, homemade jams made with love ❤️ Thank you! Andrea and his wife are very attentive and pleasant hosts. The accommodation has been newly renovated, very cozy and the breakfast - with regional products - is perfect. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Andrea and his wife are the perfect hosts. The property is meticulously cared for, from the choice of furnishings to the Christmas decoration that cannot be missing at this time. Upon entering, it feels like being welcomed into a fully-fledged home, a very comfortable domestic environment. Andrea is always very helpful, and it is clear that he cares a lot about making his guests feel at home. To conclude, the breakfast is excellent. The products are sourced locally, and as if that weren't enough, his wife wanted to prepare a delicious cake for us. Andrea is so helpful that he even gave up his parking space so we wouldn't struggle to find one. The restaurant selection provided by him was much appreciated. We had a great time, we have nothing to criticize. Conversing with them was very pleasant, and we will definitely recommend everyone to visit them.

The structure is beautiful, extremely clean and is furnished with excellent taste and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, as well as the bathroom, which is equipped with everything (and when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING!).\n\nAndrea is exquisitely helpful, always ready to accommodate every request.\n\nThe last gem, but not least, is the breakfast, which is amazing. The variety and abundance are remarkable, with very fresh products such as cold cuts, cheeses, and yogurt from local producers. There are also pastries, fresh and dried fruit, jams, delicious cakes, and freshly squeezed juice, all homemade by Rossana. Congratulations!\n\nWhat else to say? My husband and I stayed for our wedding anniversary night at a real gem! Andrea, the manager, is really very kind and helpful. We arrived on Friday morning for check-in and parked the car under the B&B San Francesco Class, where Mr. Andrea had reserved the spot. At the key handover, he gave us a 10% voucher for admission to the QC Terme that we had booked, a great idea!

Found by chance but we will definitely return. Well-kept and clean place, attention to detail, feels like home. 4-star hotel breakfast: freshly baked cake, excellent cold cuts and cheeses, organic jams and yogurt, bread even with chia flour and excellent brioches, all accompanied by the kindness and friendliness of the hosts: Rossanna and Andrea. The structure, new and just inaugurated, is close to the center and the San Pellegrino baths. The room is tastefully furnished, functional and very clean. The hosts, Mrs. Rossana and Mr. Andrea, are very helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast is TOP, abundant and with a variety of excellent products. The experience was very positive, we definitely recommend it.
