Unfortunately, the structure that hosted us is not up to the 176€ spent. The room had a blocked radiator and as a result, the environment reached an unsuitable temperature for sleeping (35 degrees), the beds are not beds but rather two broken and very dirty sofa beds, ending with the breakfast which was truly the icing on the cake... 176 spent very very poorly.

Dirty room with a musty smell, ants under the shower mat, spiders, crushed biscuits left in the room for the 'guests', wardrobe with broken shelves, sheets that, in my opinion, were already used. We booked for one night with breakfast included (which we did not use, nor were we refunded). At 5.50, the staff starts preparing for breakfast without caring about the time... they shout, sing, joke around... waking everyone up... After a warning to the staff... THEY CONTINUE! From there, we were forced to leave the room... Upon leaving the room, the owner, without saying good morning or apologizing, exclaims: 'you can leave the keys to me!' so we decided to skip the paid breakfast and no one had a problem... I did not expect a 5-star hotel but at least kindness and politeness after paying 148 euros without a receipt for one night.

The manager stated that there was no availability for the indicated dates. On another website, at a higher price (€303.00 for one night in a triple room), availability was given. We stayed one night. We paid in advance, breakfast included. At check-in, they asked us, in addition to the tourist tax, another €12 for breakfast. We refused. There was no hot water, no WiFi. They activated the boiler after we had washed with cold water. The Wi-Fi had the password changed. Note: the pillows had yellow sweat-stained and malodorous fillings. We asked to have them replaced. They told us they didn't have any. They offered us another room with similar pillows. Never again.

Terrible, dirty room, stained sheets, tiny bathroom where you can't even dry yourself after showering in a shower box with a broken floor. Smelly room, with old and sunken mattress, you wake up covered in bedbug bites. You are welcomed as if your arrival was a nuisance. To be avoided.

Excellent structure. A beautiful garden outside with hammocks, swings. Tensile structure for breakfast always heated in the garden. Great TV and shower. Comfortable bed. Ample parking outside. The TV and the shower were the highlight of my room: truly top-notch. I will definitely come back.

Great B&B. Sleeping well, the beds are large and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. The shower is superb with multiple sprays. Breakfast is served in the inner garden in a heated tensile structure. No parking issues outside. The room was well heated. 32-inch TV. Double towel set and fast check-in.

The facility is located in the industrial area of Rho, away from any service and near the railway. I stayed on the second floor, without an elevator. The room is derived from an apartment within a condominium, where there are also other rooms. The cleanliness is decent but needs an urgent refresh. The quiet is interrupted by the passage of frequent trains, and the windows cannot all be closed because there is the air outlet of the 'penguin' that provides air conditioning. Breakfast consists of a tray with snacks, fruit juices, water and coffee pods to be made independently on the ground floor. On the floor there is a microwave shared among the guests. The idea I had, given the high reviews, is that the rooms on the ground floor are nice but definitely avoid the second floor.

I had the opportunity to stay at this B&B with my boyfriend for a weekend, to meet some friends. Great location being close to the highway and, fortunately, to the city center, where our friends live. We were welcomed by Maicol, the owner, a young and friendly guy. Good value for money also in terms of breakfast. Definitely, if we come back to the area, we will choose this property.
