B&B "L'Isola di CaSa" is located in a very favorable position, only 600 meters away from the A4 (Milan-Venice), exit Capriate.
Our geographical position makes our house ideal for visitors wishing to visit the main towns in Northern Italy and the lakes of Como, Maggiore, Garda and Iseo.
Two airy and sunny rooms with terrace and a solarium are located at the first floor of a recently built cottage with garden; a bed can be added and we can accommodate up to 5 persons.
The bathroom is reserved for the guests. In the warm season, breakfast will be served in a wide porch amidst the sweet fragrance of jasmines.
Guests who choose “L'Isola di CaSa" for a relaxing stay shall be welcome with cordiality and discretion.
Free services: a rich breakfast is included in the room fare, external parking.
Services on request: room and van equipped for the disabled, transportation to/from airport/railway station.

Welcome to our location, just 600 meters away from the A4 Milan-Venice highway exit in Capriate, with a convenient Autostadale bus stop.
Our location is strategically positioned between the provinces of Bergamo and Milan, making it easy to reach the main cities of Northern Italy and the beautiful lakes of Como, Maggiore, Garda, and Iseo.
We are located just 15 km away from Milan-Orio al Serio airport and the Bergamo train station, and 25 km away from Milan-Linate airport and the city of Milan. The Monza racetrack is only 12 km away.
There are many interesting tourist and cultural attractions in the area, including Crespi d'Adda, a typical English-style worker village from the late 1800s, recognized and protected by UNESCO and included in the "World Heritage List" only 1.5 km away from us. I stayed for three nights with my family to take the kids to Leolandia. The property is very well-kept and the room is very clean with many comforts inside such as a coffee machine and kettle. On the ground floor, there is also a perfectly maintained small garden where you can relax. Carmelo, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person, and his brioches with fresh cream are part of a delicious and plentiful breakfast. Finally, the property is close to Leolandia, so it's a strategic location for visiting the park. Extraordinary value for money.

I had to give 10 because 11 is not allowed. Excellent facility managed professionally by Mr. Carmelo always very kind and helpful with advice and his delicious breakfasts. The property is very close to the Leolandia amusement park which can be reached in 15 minutes by car. I definitely recommend it to friends.

Great facility, a very favorable location to visit the Leolandia amusement park. The manager was very helpful and kind, I found excellent cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms, I recommend it to families with children. The breakfast service was fantastic, homely and welcoming with great food.

Beautiful villa transformed into a B&B. The manager is helpful and friendly. Ideal location for Leolandia and close to the highway exit.
Stayed comfortably with 4 people (including 2 children aged 4 and 7) and good and plentiful breakfast.
If we were to stay in the area again, it will definitely be our trusted B&B. Highly recommended.

A very comfortable and bright house. Kindness and courtesy always come first. The framework of all this is undoubtedly the attention and savoir-faire of the host, who from the arrival showed us great availability in welcoming us. A wonderful place. The rooms are well located at a distance from each other, to respect the privacy among the occupants. The breakfast service is abundant in a harmonious and relaxing environment. Mr. Carmelo made us feel comfortable from the first day and also wanted to make our stay even more comfortable by providing us with a car of his own, to allow us to move from one location to another without depending on anyone.
