The "B&B Le Palme" is a hospitable and comfortable structure and is the perfect place for all traveling families who will feel at home here, for business trips, for those looking for rest and leisure or for those who want visit the beauties of Como and its lake, at a reasonable price.
The structure has recently been completely renovated, with energy saving solutions. Inside, it is spread over two levels, a large air-conditioned breakfast room with sofa, 3 modern bedrooms with private bathroom, equipped with every comfort.
It is surrounded by a large and splendid garden, with a small bio hydromassage swimming pool and relaxation areas available to guests.
The car park is inside the courtyard with the possibility of charging electric cars.

If I had to rate my stay from 1 to 10, I would give 20! Perfect property: spacious, bright and clean rooms. The surrounding garden is well kept and beautiful, with the pond that is like a fairy tale. And besides the professionalism, I found Viviana's warmth, friendliness and kindness; with her smile she makes you feel at home, like the neighbor next door who welcomes you with a hug. This accommodation pleased us especially because this room truly has everything one could wish for in a bed and breakfast. A bathroom with a luxury shower and high-quality toiletries. In a separate room we found an ironing facility, a safe, a luggage rack and it was, in a way, also a walk-in closet. Our room faced the street but had soundproof windows, and we were able to ventilate through the bathroom, which opened onto the large, very well-kept garden with a pool. Of course the generous room also has air conditioning 😊. After a relaxing night we were treated to a wonderful breakfast that left nothing to be desired. Behind this lovely accommodation is the friendly Viviana, whose hospitality is especially commendable. What a pity we could only stay one night - we would have liked to stay longer.

The room was okay but nowhere near as classy as it looks in the photos online. 'Wood' and 'stone' are PVC coverings (except for the wall tiles in the bathroom). The price seems completely overpriced to us. The breakfast was tasty, but apart from a few apples there was no fresh fruit. Instead there were many packaged items. Very tasty: the small croissants! The coffee was okay (unfortunately not Italian quality, but from a simple automatic machine). All of this would be perfectly fine if the price were appropriate. Based on the pictures online we had expected a much higher quality of furnishings and breakfast. The pool was tiny too, more suitable for lying/sitting than for swimming (three strokes back and forth, with bumped knees and elbows). The owner/the staff were very, very nice, helpful and obliging. We would like to come back if the price is reasonable.

In sala colazione ci sono prodotti confezionati e bibite a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente h24 e questo è un plus. Mentre a colazione offriamo un buffet dolce composto da prodotti freschi di panetteria e pasticceria oltre che salato (uova formaggio e salumi vari). Gli arredi sono esattamente come si vedono in foto, se la vostra percezione è diversa non possiamo farci niente, troviamo però sgradevole oltre che falso che un'ospite si permetta di descrivere gli arredi in questo modo, per il pavimento abbiamo scelto uno dei materiali più utilizzati in Italia, la pietra è vera e le mensole sono di pregiato legno lavorato a mano, letto in alcantara, se volevate un hotel 5 stelle, ci chiediamo visto la vostra arroganza, perché avete scelto un B&B, anzi ci sembra ovvio, pretendere molto e pagare poco. La piscina è nelle dimensioni delle foto, è la nostra piscina privata ed è SPA, con idromassaggio e cascata cervicale, esattamente come piace a noi, ideale per rinfrescarsi e rilassarsi che gratuitamente mettiamo anche a disposizione dei nostri ospiti.Se volevate una piscina olimpionica dovevate scegliere un hotel dai 4 stelle in su, certo il prezzo nella nostra zona sarebbe stato almeno il doppio. We were passing through to Vieste. On the way there we visited this B&B. We were warmly welcomed by Viviana. For us this B&B was a five-star B&B. Everything was perfect. Everything here is cared for with great love for the guests. Nice double room on the ground floor. Clean and new. A delicious breakfast. On the way back we also stayed here two days on the first floor. Also a nice room. We ate well and had a lovely trip to Como. Thank you Viviana for the great tips and pleasant conversations. We booked a 2-night stopover at Le Palme and it was the right choice. The hosts were wonderful and we enjoyed the pool. It was also not far to have a visit to Como and also in Bulgarograsso we had a great time. Thank you again for the warm welcome and support, we can only recommend it.

We stayed at B&B Le Palme for just one night. We felt at home. We were welcomed by the very kind owner Viviana, who patiently answered all our questions and welcomed us as if we already knew each other. Nice and clean room and abundant breakfast. We can't wait to go back. Even to take a dip in the pool. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here on our way south, where we were very pleasantly taken care of. The communication and reception were perfect. We were courteously guided to the private parking on the wonderful property (pool, palm trees...) and felt very safe with our vehicle. The room was spacious and beautiful... especially the quality of the bed allowed us to sleep well in the absolutely quiet environment. The breakfast and, above all, the care from the very nice and friendly Viviane, who even provided us with travel supplies, made us happy to continue our journey.

Everything was perfect. We were warmly welcomed by Anna. The snacks and drinks available during the stay are greatly appreciated. The pizzeria located two minutes away on foot and recommended by Anna is very good. The motorcycle was parked in the closed courtyard. Nice pool that we could not enjoy because we only stayed for one night and the weather was not great. Very close to Como.

We have been there for the second time, it was very pleasant again. Good breakfast, secure parking, good pizzeria nearby. The operators are all friendly and helpful, and thanks to Google Translator, communication works well.

Accommodation and rooms clean and very well maintained, with a beautiful garden. The breakfast plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended as an overnight option during transit. We will gladly come back!

Very nice place, new pool. Not far from Como and motorway. Easy to reach. Car behind locked gate on terrain. Nice people and very helpful.
