Located at Quinto Dè Stampi in Rozzano area, the B&B "La Corte" is the ideal place for those ones who wish privacy, comfort and total independence. Our guest can enjoy of a nice renovated studio with garden view, where the guests can take during the summer a nice and relaxing breakfast, or choose to stay in the new and spacious room lately made. The guest are surrounded by a family atmosphere, these ones are the main characteristics of our B&B..we like that our guests feel like at home.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 4 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Breakfast is included for guests staying in a B&B package in a double room. It is self-contained, meaning guests will find everything they need to independently prepare breakfast without any restrictions on timing (orange and pineapple juice, coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk, croissants, biscuits, butter and jam). The room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine, electric kettle for heating water or milk, and a mini-bar fridge. We only select quality products and can provide gluten-free options upon request for guests with celiac disease or lactose-free options for those who are intolerant to milk.

Our desire to always seek new goals and experiences led us to embark on this new adventure in 2005. In just a few months, my husband and I transformed the ground floor of our villa in Rozzano, in the Milan hinterland, into a "city B&B".

Although I am mainly responsible for managing the B&B, it is important to note that "La Corte" B&B is the result of a small team effort: my dad provided us with the structure, my husband actively participated in setting up and renovating the rooms, and he takes care of any necessary maintenance work. My valuable mother welcomes guests in my absence, and there is also the contribution of an adorable aunt who, when possible, provides delicious homemade jams for breakfast, which guests can enjoy in the tranquility of the garden during the beautiful season.

We all love to travel, so please excuse us if sometimes we may not be available.

We stayed for 4 nights at B&B La Corte Rozzano, located in a perfect spot to easily reach public transportation and various shops. The owners and the collaborator are fantastic people, very kind, ready to welcome every request and super helpful. The mini apartment was clean and tidy, we will definitely come back!

A perfect place for those who want to visit Milan but obviously do not intend to stay in the center. Quiet and secluded structure. Very friendly owner. Only two flaws: Wi-fi practically non-existent due to slowness and partially provided breakfast, as no solid food was available but only drinks (tea, coffee, etc.).

We arrived in the afternoon of March 22, 2021, Mr. Pino acted as a taxi for all our movements.\nAdorable, welcoming structure, we stayed in the small apartment, very clean and detailed, we were greeted by Anna, a very nice and smiling lady, there is a beautiful small terraced garden, rich breakfast, and everything needed for cooking. And then there is Margot, who you really must meet.

Inutile dire che la mia è una recensione estremamente positiva. Di qua passa gente che viene per lavoro e per cure mediche al vicino policlinico Humanitas. Abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance al piano terra che si affaccia al piccolo giardinetto interiore. La scrupolosa pulizia quotidiana, la ricca colazione e L'ottimo sistema di riscaldamento personalizzabile solo basterebbero per consigliare senza nessuna riserva questa struttura. Se si aggiunge la riservatezza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di questi hosts si ottiene un rapporto qualità-prezzo da 10 e lode. Se passate a Rozzano e cercate un posto comodo dove stare questa è la struttura giusta.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per i mondiali di pattinaggio artistico. La camera è veramente coccola, Anna e Pino non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla sono stati cordiali ma al tempo stesso discreti cosa si vuole di più. Le foto su internet corrispondono perfettamente a quello che si trova, nessun ritocco con photoshop o latro come purtroppo accade spesso. Che dire se dovessimo tornare a Milano in zona Forum di Assago sappiano dove andare.

Ho prenotato per degli amici andando di persona a vedere la struttura. Molto carina con colori alle pareti vivaci, pulizita e accogliente. Situata in una zona strategica sia per la vicinanza dell'istituto Humanitas, sia per raggiungere Milano in pochi minuti con il Tram 15 che va al centro della città. Consiglio a tutti questo B&B.

Ottima impressione, appartamento assai spazioso dotato di tutti i conforts, bagno comodo e cucina spaziosa con frigorifero, cucina. Soprattutto molto pulito e i gestori accoglienti. Se non fossi stata li per un ricovero all'IEO lo avrei apprezzato ancora di più. Lo consiglio vivamente.
