Near the shores of Lake Garda,
B&B Il Melograno del Garda is located in the hystorical centre of Padenghe sul Garda, on West shores of Lake Garda, in Brescia Province. It has a strategical location since it is far away from traffic, but at the same time very close to Desenzano del Garda (6 kms), the train station and A4 highway.

Staying at our B&B means spending time in nature, in history and good-healthy Italian food.

Our B&B offers you a big bedroom for 3 people, with own private bathroom with underfloor heating and free WI-FI.

Our guests can park in our private parking (open parking) inside our courtyard and enjoy their time in our garden. Two bicycles are at disposal for free.

A short walk leads you to beach or to medieval castle on hill, where you can enjoy a stunning view.

Hi, I'm Giulia. Together with my husband, we are passionate travellers and we love the B&B experience: we believe it is the most genuine formula to experience a stay likely as locals.

Our bed and breakfast is located in the small neighborhood of "Villa" in Padenghe, in the historic center of the town and directly beneath the medieval castle. It is a very quiet area with no traffic other than residents, and is completely silent at night. The town center, where all the town's services are located, is easily reached on foot in 5 minutes.

The beach is 1.3 km away (a 15-minute walk from our B&B). There is a beautiful lakeside promenade that connects Padenghe to Moniga.

The medieval castle, which offers breathtaking views of the lake, is a 10-minute walk away.

In the surrounding area, there are wonderful bike paths that are also perfect for walking in nature and through the olive groves.

The apartment consists of a bedroom and living room, bathroom, and dining room. In addition, the yard and garden can be used. A parking space in the locked courtyard is provided. The beds have a pleasant mattress firmness. All necessary hygiene products are available and even more. The furnishings are in keeping with the character of the house and the apartment – a great historic charm characterizes the apartment (dark original wooden beams, partially visible masonry, simply very tastefully done). In addition, there are numerous details that are lovingly chosen and arranged. If you are missing something, the very warm hosts will help you. The breakfast is very sufficient and is tailored to your wishes and is varied. Not only does Giulia respond to her guests' wishes here, but she also takes great pleasure in supporting her guests in planning their day and providing numerous tips on excursion destinations, restaurants, shopping opportunities, and current events. Giulia and her husband, along with their lovely children, are a perfect host family – I wouldn’t know what they could do better! The location in the town of Padenghe is relatively central between the castle, center, and lakeshore, all reachable in about 10 to 15 minutes (on foot). Padenghe itself, compared to Limone or other tourist hotspots, is by no means a beauty, but it is pleasantly quiet. Strategically, for excursions around Lake Garda and also in the surrounding area (Verona, Mantua, Brescia), the location is very favorable. In summary, B&B il Melograno de Garda is a top vacation address with a super nice hostess. Thanks again to Giulia and her family!

We stayed at the B&B Il Melograno del Garda on the 30th and 31st of January for a motorcycle tour. We had already understood that it would be a welcoming structure and where we would feel good right from the first phone contact with Giulia, the owner of the structure; our expectations found a very pleasant confirmation for the entire duration of our stay. A sweet (very good) welcome treat, extreme availability for every request made, covered parking for our motorcycle under the porch right next to theirs. Super breakfast with delicious pastries prepared just a few minutes before. In the room, very beautiful and cared for in every detail, with splendid exposed beams, and perfectly integrated into the design of the entire house, there is and is constantly felt a great attention to all the details and accessories that can be useful during the stay both for hygiene and for the relaxation of the occupants (books included). It is one of the most beautiful structures we have encountered in years of motorcycle travel. I highly recommend it for everything and we hope to be guests ourselves again as soon as possible. Truly my compliments to Giulia and her wonderful staff.

At B&B Il Melograno del Garda we felt welcomed. Giulia and Gabriele took care of all our needs. They were always available and attentive. The structure is charming, it feels like home. The breakfast is varied and we also tried a typical dessert made by Giulia. In the room, there is everything you need. The lake is very close and the area is central and well served. It was a real pleasure to stay at Melograno, because it is a special place.

We had a wonderful time at B&B Il Melograno del Garda! Giulia is an outstanding host and gave us numerous tips for exploring the area around Lake Garda. The apartment, consisting of a cozy bedroom with a private bathroom, was great. We particularly liked that the apartment is located in a quiet area, away from the very touristy places.

The owners are very kind and helpful, the location is perfect halfway between the main tourist destinations and very clean. The room, very nice, with the private bathroom is located inside the house and therefore may lack a bit of privacy, for this reason the price seems a bit high to me. Highly recommended.
