The B&B Due Fiumi is the perfect place for those who wish to spend a relaxing stay surrounded by nature just a few kilometers away from the beautiful medieval city of Pavia and only a 60-minute drive from the vibrant metropolis of Milan. The structure, located in Travacò Siccomario, is a typical farmhouse from 1908, surrounded by the countryside and the two rivers that give our B&B its name.
Our B&B is furnished with vintage furniture, books and art catalogs, and design objects collected over the years by the Taglietti family, passionate about art and design. The residence has been restored and enhanced by a local landscape architect, who redesigned the 1,500 sqm garden in continuity with the surrounding nature.
The landscape around the B&B is enchanting and offers large expanses of agricultural land, big farms, canals, walnut and poplar woods, creating a unique scenario where the eye gets lost in search of always new glimpses. The B&B Due Fiumi is located just 5 km from the center of Pavia and 6 km from the confluence of the Ticino and Po rivers, in the heart of the Ticino Park. Negative. We paid an outrageous amount for an attic converted into a storage room with 2 beds! We couldn't stand upright due to the sloping ceiling. External bathroom (in the hallway). We have been traveling through Italy and Europe for 10 years and perhaps this is the worst place we have ever been. Highly not recommended.

Vorrei chiarire alcuni punti della vostra recensione. La mansarda fa parte di una suite famigliare di 75 metri quadri che vi abbiamo riservato, che include - oltre a questa - anche una camera doppia con letto matrimoniale vista giardino, un ampio bagno, una stanza con biblioteca e una terrazza privata con vista sulla campagna. Oltre a questo al piano inferiore della villa sono a disposizione negli spazi comuni due ampie sale e una cucina (per circa ulteriori 100 metri quadri) e un giardino di 10. 000 metri quadri. La mansarda, che è stata scelta direttamente da lei e suo figlio per dormire presenta una parte di living con soffitto alto circa 3 metri e -essendo una mansarda- una parte principalmente con libri e fumetti in cui il tetto arriva a circa 1 metro e mezzo. Il prezzo che abbiamo applicato è di 50€/notte a persona. Riguardo al bagno, vorremmo precisare che si trova all'interno della suite a voi dedicata (3 stanze + bagno + terrazza), non sul pianerottolo. Non comprendo inoltre il motivo della valutazione negativa sulla colazione, visto che avete scelto di non farla per dormire fino a tarda mattinata (oltre le 11). Invitiamo a contattarci direttamente per discutere ulteriormente della vostra esperienza e chiarire eventuali incomprensioni. Come sempre c'è da parte nostra la massima disponibilità.
