Great apartment located just a quick 20 min bus ride from Como City Train station on the 10 or 11. It is an easy 10-minute walk to the lake. Great dining options nearby. Across the street from a mall with cute stores and a big grocery store. The king bed is firm. Good wifi and hot water with good pressure. quiet street. I would stay here again. Good innkeepers they take credit card payment at the property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Como Lake Folcino. The small apartment is clean and quiet. Very close to the lake and the city center (5 minutes by car). The host is very kind and helpful. To recommend.

Nous avez été très bien reçus par Laura et son époux qui sont des hôtes charmants. L'appartement est très agréable avec sa petite terrasse. Idéale pour faire un arrêt sur un long voyage. Ils nous ont très bien conseillés pour le restaurant... je recommande cet endroit.

Appartamento davvero gradevole, completo e ben pulito. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, venendo incontro a tutte le nostre richieste. Consigliatissimo anche per il gradevole spazio esterno!

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit Morgensonne und sehr netten Vermietern. In 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum See/Fähre und in 20 Minuten mit dem Bus ins Zentrum, fährt aber nur alle halbe Stunde. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana presso questa struttura. La deliziosa signora Laura ci ha accolto in modo magnifico facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio e offrendoci costante supporto per ogni necessità. L'appartamento è davvero grazioso sotto ogni aspetto, oltre ad essere collocato in una posizione strategica che consente facilmente di raggiungere sia Como, che i centri abitati più glamour del lago come Cernobbio, distante poche centinaia di metri. Per di più, è immerso in un contesto residenziale molto tranquillo, silenzioso e assai curato. In definitiva, abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza molto piacevole, tant'è che ritorneremo nelle prossime settimane. Dire consigliatissimo è semplicemente riduttivo.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, l'appartamente era piacevolmente fresco, i letti comodi e la pulizia impeccabile. Non abbiamo avuto occasione di utilizzrla, ma ho notato che la cucina era molto ben attrezzata, quindi sicuramente adatto anche per soggiorni più lunghi.

Abbiamo soggiornato 12 giorni in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
I titolari Laura e Giorgio, sin da subito disponibilissimi, hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno piacevole.
Impeccabile la pulizia.

Il primo impatto è la cordialità di chi mi ci ha ricevuto mettendoci subito a nostro agio, la struttura con entrata indipendente non è cosa da tutti con spazio esterno riservato per eventuali colazioni o pranzi nei mesi estivi, l'entrata su ampia sala con angolo cottura, camera da letto ampia con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello, ampio bagno e tutto quanto rigorosamente pulito.
Da sottolineare. Forse l'unica cosa da ricercare è WIFI un pò più (non so se c'è la fibra), in quanto si ha poca ricezione all'interno. Posizionato a mio avviso in logo strategico sul confine con la bella Cernobbio e Como periferia (Tavernola).

Alloggio nuovo, spazioso, ben organizzato negli spazi interni, caldo (siamo andati nel periodo invernale) e soprattutto pulitissimo (che per me è di fondamentale importanza). I gestori sono estremamente disponibili alle richieste dei loro ospiti e cordialissimi.
Ottima la posizione della struttura che, essendo fuori dal centro città, è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, ma permette di arrivare in centro a Como (e anche in altre località) in pochi minuti di traghetto. Inoltre è comodo ai servizi (negozi e ristoranti).
Lo consiglierei a tutti coloro che intendono visitare la zona.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Bilocale molto pulito, ben arredato e con tutto il necessario per chi volesse prepararsi i pasti anziché andare fuori a pranzo o cena. Zona vicina al centro, comoda per ogni metà del lago. Gestore disponibile e molto discreto. Esperienza da consigliare sicuramente.

Abbiamo alloggiato qualche giorno con i nostri due bimbi piccoli, e nonostante avessimo chiamato all'ultimo momento (un'ora prima) abbiamo trovato confortevole accoglienza, pulizia e tranquillità. I bambini hanno trovato giochi e un luogo sicuro. Grazie, torneremo sicuramente!

Ho soggiornato solo una notte col mio fidanzato in occasione della mostra Orticolario, che si è tenuta presso Villa Erba a Cernobbio. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ambiente pulito, confortevole, un miniappartamento completo di tutto. Posizione ottima, vicinissima al lago, 15 minuti a piedi. Arredamento nuovo, riscaldamento funzionante, bagno ampio. Letto comodissimo. Frigo dotato di diverse bevande. Zona molto tranquilla e residenziale. Proprietaria simpaticissima e molto disponibile.
Se dovessimo tornare a Como sicuramente torneremo qui!

Mini appartamento completo di piano cottura, forno, frigo, microonde, stoviglie a disposizione, bagno spazioso e pulito. Camera con quattro posti letto (un matrimoniale più un letto a castello). Materasso veramente comodo. Parcheggio esterno riservato anche se all'aperto. Posizione a circa 4/5 chilometri dal centro di Como in zona silenziosa. Proprietari gentili e riservati. Consigliato.
