Description

Newly furnished in June 2015, this spacious ground floor apartment offers a private entrance and a lovely garden, as well as convenient parking. The bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed, while the living room is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette including an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a 32" TV. The bathroom is large and includes a bathtub and a shower. Breakfast can be requested for a small additional fee (upon reservation).

I stayed here during a work weekend and it was amazing to find such a welcoming home waiting for me. Nothing was missing: when I say nothing, I really mean nothing! Everything was provided and cared for down to the smallest details. The host was thoughtful and very kind. Highly recommended.

Great apartment located just a quick 20-minute bus ride from Como City Train station on line 10 or 11. Easy 10-minute walk to the lake. Great dining options nearby. Across the street from a mall with cute stores and a big grocery store. The king bed is firm. Good wifi and hot water with good pressure. Quiet street. I would stay here again. Good innkeepers, they accept credit card payments on-site.

Quietly located apartment with morning sun and very nice landlords. A 15-minute walk to the lake/ferry and a 20-minute bus ride to the center, but it only runs every half hour. Well-equipped kitchen. We liked it a lot.

We spent a week at the B&B Como Lake Folcino. The delightful Mrs. Laura welcomed us magnificently, making us feel immediately at ease and offering constant support for every need. The apartment is truly charming in every respect, as well as being located in a strategic position that easily allows you to reach both Como and the most glamorous towns on the lake such as Cernobbio, just a few hundred meters away. Furthermore, it is immersed in a very quiet, silent, and well-kept residential area. In conclusion, we had a very pleasant experience, so much so that we will return in the coming weeks. To say highly recommended is simply an understatement.

We stayed one night, the apartment was pleasantly cool, the beds comfortable and the cleanliness impeccable. We didn't have a chance to use it, but I noticed that the kitchen was very well equipped, so definitely suitable even for longer stays.

The first impression is the friendliness of those who welcomed us, immediately putting us at ease. The structure with independent entrance is not common, with an outdoor space reserved for breakfasts or lunches in the summer months. The entrance leads to a large room with a kitchenette, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a large bathroom, all strictly clean. Noteworthy. Perhaps the only thing to look for is a slightly faster WIFI (I don't know if it's fiber), as there is little reception inside. In my opinion, strategically located on the border with the beautiful Cernobbio and Como outskirts (Tavernola). Greetings and thank you Maurizio and Rosa from Modena.

New, spacious accommodation, well organized in the internal spaces, warm (we went in the winter period) and above all very clean (which is of fundamental importance to me). The managers are extremely helpful to their guests' requests and very friendly. Excellent location of the property which, being outside the city center, is very quiet and peaceful, but allows you to reach the center of Como (and other locations) in a few minutes by ferry. It is also convenient to services (shops and restaurants). I would recommend it to all those who intend to visit the area.

We had a great time. Very clean two-room apartment, well furnished and with everything needed for those who want to prepare meals instead of eating out for lunch or dinner. We stayed for a few days with our two young children, and despite calling at the last minute (an hour before) we found comfortable accommodation, cleanliness, and tranquility. The children found games and a safe place. Thank you, we will definitely come back!

I stayed only one night with my boyfriend on the occasion of the Orticolario exhibition, held at Villa Erba in Cernobbio. We had a great time, clean and comfortable environment, a mini-apartment complete with everything. Great location, very close to the lake, 15 minutes on foot. New furniture, working heating, spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Fridge stocked with various drinks. Very quiet and residential area. Very friendly and helpful owner. If we were to return to Como, we would definitely come back here!
