Description

B&B Santa Lucia is born in Balbiana, a small picturesque village with houses from the 1400s, located in Manerba del Garda. Its location is enviable: from the top of the hill where it is nestled, there is a splendid view of the lake. The rooms are on the top floor of the farmhouse that closes the village, with windows facing the lake.

The recently renovated structure (2017) offers spacious and bright accommodations. All 4 rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, and free private parking.

In summer, breakfast is served on the ground floor in a splendid room with an ancient 15th-century ceiling. On beautiful days, guests can take advantage of the outdoor spaces to enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding nature. In other seasons, breakfast is prepared on the second floor and served in the room.

The breakfast is prepared by Silvia, the owner, who will be at your disposal to accommodate your dietary needs, allergies, or intolerances.

Our breakfast is continental with a focus on Italian offerings: bread, pastries (available upon request), cakes, yogurt, butter, jams, chocolate, honeycomb, cookies, toast, fruit juices, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, toast, coffee, tea, herbal infusions, cappuccino, ginseng, barley, milk, and fresh fruit.

I'm Silvia, I live in Manerba del Garda, a laughing town on the shores of Lake Garda. I am a lover of dance, reading and foreign cultures. I have been passionate for a few years about essential oils that help me in the care of the person and the home.

I like the contact with nature, in fact my house is surrounded by it, fields, trees, meadows, flowers are not lacking.

I live in this big house with my husband and my children. Precisely because of the size of the house, we decided to renovate it and use a floor, the second, at B&B.

We like to get in touch with people of various languages and cultures, from us a smile will never fail!!
