Description

The room is the annex of a historic villa from the early 1900s in Liberty style, typical of the constructions in the village of Crespi d'Adda, a UNESCO heritage site.

The room is for non-smokers!
Immersed in the greenery of the Adda Nord Park, in a quiet and low-traffic area, it is very close to the Leolandia Park (Minitalia) and the workers' village of Crespi d'Adda, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

The A4 Milano Venezia highway is less than 1.5 km away.

Also on foot, you can reach the Iper shopping center, Mc Donald's, Roadhouse, OVS, and other commercial activities.

Trezzo sull'Adda and the Leonardo's Adda path are equally close and easily accessible.

Bergamo is 12 km away. Milan is 35 km away. Convenient location also to reach Bergamo Alta, Sotto il Monte Papa Giovanni XXIII, and the Le Cornelle Wildlife Park.

Excellent location for what interested us, namely visiting the Crespi d'Adda workers' village: we reached the center of the village in five minutes on foot. Very close to Leolandia as well, although that was not our destination. Room with a private bathroom completely independent from the rest of the house, located in a 1920s building fully renovated and kept in harmony with the era. The owner is extremely friendly and very hospitable, despite our arrival around midnight due to work and logistical commitments that prevented us from checking in earlier. It is possible to have breakfast by yourself in the room: there is an induction hotplate with a small pot to heat water and the option to make tea (with a large selection of herbal teas) or instant coffee. The mini-fridge is stocked with water, juices and milk. Alternatively, Simona prepares breakfast, with cakes one better than the other (said by a person who does not like sweets and almost never eats them!). Excellent experience.

Very welcoming house. Simona, the host, is very kind and hospitable together with Buffy (little dog) and Alfreda (a talkative and sweet cat). Room clean, well furnished and with everything needed for breakfast, with a private garden. We went to spend two days at Leolandia with our daughter and in the room we also found a wide selection of toys and fairy-tale books for bedtime. I highly recommend it❤️.

Our host was very friendly, attentive, and available at all times and gave us information about the place. The room is quite spacious, and the house in general is beautiful, dating back to the 1920s. We had a delicious breakfast and in addition, we ate a homemade cake. I would come back in a flash! Thank you very much for everything!

Excellent structure close to Leolandia. The room was clean and equipped with everything necessary. Breakfast was not served but there was absolutely nothing missing in the room (coffee, jam, milk, fruit juice). The owner of the house was very kind. We were traveling with children and she left a lot of toys for them in the room.

We stayed in this B&B for two nights to stay close to Leolandia. Perfect location, comfortable accommodation for a family, and warm furnishings, not typically aseptic of accommodation facilities. The owner is very kind and able to meet the needs. The fact that games and books are made available for the children is a plus. The only difficult aspect is being able to have breakfast comfortably in case of bad weather because you cannot use the outdoor space. For the rest, I recommend it to families and the quality/price ratio.

Perfect starting point to explore Leolandia. Clean room and very pleasant stay. Just a bit more space for breakfast wouldn't hurt. The owner is the epitome of hospitality, she was really kind to us, as if we were family. We would gladly return.

We had a divine time. I rated breakfast slightly lower because, if it's hot outside, there is a nice little garden with a table. However, if it's cold like in our case, it's not very convenient due to the limited space. Nevertheless, everything we needed was available, along with the kindness of the owner. She made us an espresso as soon as she saw us!

I can only confirm all the reviews found on the internet for this property. Hospitality and welcome are at the center of everything. They make you feel comfortable and participate in the weekend/holiday like good hosts. Having stayed in many Bed and Breakfasts especially in Northern Europe, I would say that the welcome is very international. Not insignificant for those who want to fully experience their adventures. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity again! Note about the location: for those who need to go to Leolandia, there is no better place.

An exceptional B&B. The owners are special people. Care of the room, details, and top cleanliness. The breakfast they served us left us speechless, all exquisite and of excellent quality. Maximum marks for the structure and the people who manage it. Simona and Luca and the two children Lucia and Alessandro made us feel at home from the first minutes! The room is perfect, very well taken care of with independent access and a private garden to relax. Abundant breakfast both sweet and savoury, there is plenty of choice; Leolandia Park is only a few minutes' walk away. We will not hesitate to come back given the beautiful experience, keep it up!

Our stay was only 2 days, but they were lovely. The owners are lovely people and welcomed us warmly into their home, their children played with our child all the time, making all their toys available. The house has a wonderful garden, just like our room, (always perfectly clean). Varied, abundant and delicious breakfast, Simona and Luca are excellent managers, if we return to Leolandia, we will definitely stay with them again. Last thing, besides being close to Leolandia, also within walking distance, in the area you can find restaurants, supermarkets, and shops of all kinds.
