The house is located in the historical center and has a cozy atmosphere, the perfect feeling of intimacy and silence. It is on the third floor of a family building with an elevator and a spacious and quiet internal garden, which provides free parking for motorcycles and bicycles.

There are three rooms and one apartment available for guests.

SMALL: This intimate room overlooks the garden and is equipped with a double bed and wallpaper. It also has a private bathroom with a shower but no air conditioning.

MEDIUM: The romantic room provides a view of the roofs of Mantua and is available with a king-size or double bed. It has a private bathroom with a shower and air conditioning.

LARGE: The junior suite has a bright living area, a comfortable double bed, and a lounge with two sofa beds, a 55-inch smart TV, an antique fireplace, and a desk. It also has a private bathroom with a shower and air conditioning. The beds have ergonomic Aquatech mattresses for a healthy sleep, and the bedroom floors are either wood or terracotta.

APARTMENT: The studio apartment is located in the garden of Piazza dei Mille, a few steps away from the historic center. It is on the ground floor and equipped with a kitchen, a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower. There is no air conditioning.

Check-in is from 12: 00 to 18: 00, and guests are asked to call half an hour before arrival. Check-out is by 10: 00, and breakfast is available from 7: 30 to 9: 30.

For long-term stays, payment for the first night is required in advance through a bank transfer. Cancellation within 48 hours before arrival will result in the full stay being charged. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival, and there will be no refunds for early departures. A municipal tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night applies to the historic center.

We are located in the historical center of Mantova, on Isabella d'Este street, number 29, 200 meters away from the Mazzini parking lot. The daily rate for parking on Mazzini street is €13, and there is free parking available at Palazzo Te and Campo Canoa, which are serviced by a free shuttle. Isabella d'Este street is not restricted to traffic, and hourly parking with a ticket is available. B&B Casa Casari is just a short walk away from museums (Palazzo Ducale and Palazzo Te), shops, and restaurants.

This BnB is located in an old building very close to the center but not in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so it is easy to reach and to find parking along the street. My husband and I stayed in the 'Small' room for one night at the weekend. As the name suggests, the room was small but had everything. One thing to know is that there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom, so privacy cannot be guaranteed, although this was not a problem for us. The bed is very comfortable and the cleanliness excellent. The owner, Mrs. Isabella, was very kind and friendly: she even accommodated my request for plant-based milk for breakfast. I recommend staying here if you are passing through Mantua.

I stayed with a friend for one night in the Large room, which was very welcoming and spacious, clean and with an extremely comfortable and wide bed. Ms. Isabella was very kind and welcomed us with a good breakfast. We highly recommend this B&B, which is very close to the center, easily reachable on foot and located on a safe and quiet street.

A perfect stay! I spent only one day in this B&B and the experience was fantastic! The place is welcoming, spotlessly clean, and well cared for in every detail. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and genuine products, served in a relaxing atmosphere. The real highlight, however, is the hospitality: the owner Isabella is very kind and very helpful. Small B&B on the third floor of a historic building. Simple but functional rooms, spacious and modern bathroom. Varied and plentiful breakfast. The landlady is very kind. It is necessary to use the elevator that opens on the floor with the key. Convenient to walk anywhere. Paid parking on the blue lines in the entrance street. I stayed at B&B Casa Casari during the Immaculate 2023 long weekend. The B&B is located in one of the most elegant and residential streets of the beautiful Mantova: the room was extraordinarily spacious, well-equipped, the bathroom huge, excellent cleanliness, a romantic view over the rooftops guaranteed and a plentiful breakfast, with fresh bakery products. The whole house is furnished with taste and antique style. The owner, Mrs. Isabella, was very kind and helpful and also helped me to cure a very strong cold, which partially affected the quality of my stay. I am very satisfied and highly recommend choosing B&B Casa Casari.

B&B Casa Casari is very valid in all respects, with a location close to everything in a quiet and characteristic street. Large, welcoming room with a nice bathroom, very comfortable bed. Abundant breakfast with everything that a good breakfast requires. The manager is very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. What can I say, a great solution to discover Mantua, recommended.

Great location and very courteous hospitality. Some difficulty with parking, to be expected in a city like Mantua, WiFi not working. Quiet room, with kettle and lots of information.

We were very well received by discreet but welcoming and efficient hostesses. The room we stayed in (the largest one) was very spacious and comfortable (very good bed, neither too soft nor too hard). The continental breakfast was plentiful (bread, pastries, pound cakes, yogurts). The location of the B&B is convenient: in just ten minutes you can walk to the center squares or Palazzo Tè. We will gladly come back.

Very kind and helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for visiting the entire city on foot. Very nice and welcoming room. Bathroom clean and well-equipped.
