Description
Located in one of the main streets of the historic center of Pavia, the B&B is situated on the second floor of a typical courtyard house. It has two double rooms and a small loft with a mezzanine bedroom. The spaces are bright and recently renovated with great care in materials and details. At the moment, the breakfast service is suspended, but coffee/tea and a small packaged sweet treat are always available in the breakfast room. We have an agreement with Caffè S. Michele at Corso Garibaldi 14. Despite being in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), the B&B is very close to several paid parking areas.
The 32B&B is just a few steps away from the Basilica of San Michele, a masterpiece of Lombard Romanesque style.
Walking along Corso Garibaldi or through the characteristic alleys, you can quickly reach Piazza Vittoria, the vibrant center of the city, the ancient University area with its famous medieval towers, or the Ponte Vecchio, a symbol of Pavia, which leads to the ancient neighborhood of Borgo Basso. The entire center is filled with cafes, restaurants, wine bars, and shops.
The 32B&B is just a few steps away from the Basilica of San Michele, a masterpiece of Lombard Romanesque style.

Breakfast, which used to be available for an additional cost pre-Covid, is currently not accessible. We have an agreement with Caffè San Michele located at Corso Garibaldi 14, where our guests can enjoy a breakfast for €5 consisting of a hot beverage (coffee, cappuccino, latte, or tea) + a pastry/pasta/toast + juice/freshly squeezed juice), or receive a discount.

Our B&B is located in one of the most typical and lively streets of the city centre, it is very close to San Michele's Church and to Borromeo's Dormitory. It is at only 5 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and the Univeristy and it is 15' minutes from the train and coach station, in order to reach us, you can catch the bus number 3. In addiction we are situated in the paid parking area (0. 60/1. 20/2 euros) but you can find some free parkings which are not too distant from us.

We stayed in the loft with the loft bedroom, a refined residence and a very appreciated surprise in medieval Pavia. The loft is cozy, equipped with every comfort and sought after in its essentiality with a design furniture, a beautiful and intimate atmosphere in the historic center that we hope to be able to relive.

My wife and I stayed at this property and we were satisfied. Room furnished very well and with great care, very quiet thanks to magnificent fixtures. All very clean. Beautiful bathroom and large shower. Everything perfect and I can easily recommend it.

Il b&B è arredato con gusto, con spazi piacevoli, confortevoli e puliti. La sua posizione è comoda al centro e consente di spostarsi a piedi. Pur inserita in un contesto densamente abitato, la struttura è tranquilla e luminosa. Una vera chicca nella città di Pavia. La colazione è prevista, ma non ne abbiamo usufruito.

Molto carino e confortevole, ben ristrutturato ed arredato minimal chic.
L’atmosfera è molto riposante ed informale, ti senti davvero a casa.
I padroni di casa sono persone davvero gentili e squisite, la struttura è molto pulita e il bagno una bomboniera. In conclusione soddisfattissima anche per la posizione centrale, nel pieno centro storico.
Torneremo certamente.

La proprietaria è stata presente e disponibile per ogni necessità, ha segnalato il parcheggio più comodo e ha soddisfatto ogni richiesta.
La camera era nuova, moderna e accogliente, posizione centrale ma comunque silenziosa.
Non si poteva decisamente chiedere di più, davvero soddisfatti.

Causa intoppi con il treno, sono arrivata a Pavia con un'ora e mezza di ritardo rispetto al previsto; la proprietaria è stata così gentile e disponibile da venirmi a prendere in macchina presso la stazione; una volta arrivate al bed and breakfast, mi ha consigliato di non prendere la colazione (anche se la avevo prenotata) perché il giorno dopo sarei uscita la mattina presto quindi non avrei potuto usufruirne; sebbene anche io ci avessi pensato, avendo ormai prenotato davo per scontato di dover pagare, per cui non ho neanche chiesto ed è stata lei stessa a consigliarmelo, chiaramente a suo svantaggio economico (e lasciando in più del caffè da poter bere alla partenza); dopodiché mi ha prenotato la pizzeria per cenare così da poter andare tranquillamente in un posto vicino e non dover aspettare tanto visto che ormai era già tardi (tra l'altro in un luogo in cui ho mangiato bene) e, come se tutto ciò non bastasse, la mattina dopo, dato che i taxi non possono essere prenotati in anticipo (neanche di 10 minuti, sebbene io non capisca il perché), sfortuna ha voluto che non ci fossero taxi disponibili ed è stata la proprietaria stessa ad offrirsi di accompagnarmi a destinazione con la sua macchina. In aggiunta a ciò, il luogo è delizioso, pulito e curato. Consigliato al 101%.

Mi sono davvero trovata benissimo, l'atmosfera sembra quella di casa. I gestori sono davvero persona gentilissime, disponibili e cortesi. La posizione della struttura è ottima, sia perché si può raggiungere il centro in pochissimi minuti, sia perché si trova in una via tranquilla e senza rumori che disturbano.
La stanza è davvero carina, moderna e accogliente.

Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria in modo molto premuroso ed attento.

L'appartamento è appena ristrutturato, in zona centralissima di Pavia. Bella vista sui tetti e sulle torre medievali.
