Description
Ca' Marchesi is an accommodation facility in the heart of Valtellina, surrounded by large apple orchards and the Alps, Orobiche and Retiche. Our village, Sernio, is only 3 km far from Tirano.

We put at your disposal two tourist apartments (CAV) : these are two comfortable three-room attic apartments, each with two bedrooms, bathroom and a living room with a sofa and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped.

All linen is provided and changed weekly, each apartment also has a washing machine.

The house offers a broad garden, free wi-fi in every room and a comfortable, free car park. Moreover, our guests can safely park their bikes and motorbikes in the garage.

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Hello everyone! My name is Laura and in 2012, I made the decision to enhance my family home by opening it to you as guests. While living and working in Milan, I fulfilled my dream of opening a Bed & Breakfast and later a vacation home. In 2020, I closed the B&B activity and focused on the vacation home. I love my homeland, which is why I permanently returned a few years ago.

Cà Marchesi is located in Sernio, on the outskirts of the town and easily accessible from the State Road 38 of Stelvio. Sernio is a small agricultural village known for its main cultivation of the famous Igp apples of Valtellina.

Bormio, with its thermal centers and ski slopes, is a 15-minute drive away, while it only takes 3 minutes to reach Tirano and the Bernina Red Train station.

The property is located in a strategic area, just outside Tirano, from here you can easily reach many interesting destinations. The apartment is cozy and spotlessly clean, complete with everything you need, with a splendid view. The real strength is Laura with her family, their welcome and availability are superb. It was an exceptional stay!

Great experience at Ca' Marchesi Apartments. Just 5 minutes drive from Tirano, in a quiet and natural area among apple trees. Amazing! The apartment has been recently renovated and provides everything you might need for a great stay. The owner is so kind, always available and also left us a basket with their locally grown fruit. So much appreciated, such great flavors! Thanks a lot for the great experience!

Waking up in the morning in the middle of an apple orchard with a wonderful view of the mountains is priceless. Strategic location that allows you to reach many tourist areas. Wonderful welcome, warm but not intrusive at all. We will definitely come back.

Clean, welcoming, and spacious accommodation. The manager, Laura, is professional and very helpful. The beautiful garden provides entertainment for children upon returning after a day of walks and visits in the surroundings.

Beautiful, tidy, and clean apartment in a lovely family villa where you really feel at home! I give top marks, I would go back and recommend it! The mattress on the bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but overall great accommodation.

Comodo da raggiungere lungo la statale dello Stelvio, camera molto spaziosa, pulizia impeccabile, la proprietaria è cortese e disponibile e ti mette subito a tuo agio. Prezzo della camera da 3 decisamente conveniente rispetto ad altre strutture della zona. Un valore aggiunto è la vista, dalla camera, sui bellissimi filari di alberi di mele. Assolutamente raccomandato.

The hosts was very flexible both in regards to the Groups arrival and in regards to our departure; we were delayed in arrival due to traffic jams etc. which the hosts was quite relaxed about and we needed to take a bath after attending the Gran Fondo Stelvio Santini bikerace - again the hosts were flexible and we managed to take a bath at the B&B in the afternoon. The property has all the amenities a Group of male bikeriders can ask for and is located centrally for rides to all the legendary climbs in the Valtellina-valley. Laura made us great breakfast in the morning, so we felt fuelled for the rides of the day and ready to take on the challenges of the local climbs. Rooms clean and welcoming upon arrival and they were cleaned daily. We had some great days at Lauras B&B - Cà Marchesi in Sernio.

Ottimo appartamento, ben curato e pulito. Dotato di ogni comfort è consigliato a famiglie vista la posizione vicina a Tirano per il Trenino del Bernina e alle stazioni sciistiche di Livigno. La proprietaria signora Laura è molto disponibile e gentile! Vi consiglio anche il succo di mele prodotto dalla azienda agricola di famiglia.

Tutto perfetto! Laura è una persona meravigliosa. Il B&B è in posizione perfetta per usufruire del trenino rosso del Bernina, è molto pulito e curato nei minimi particolari. La colazione è strepitosa con i dolci preparati ogni giorno da Laura! Ci si sente praticamente a casa. Grazie mille per l'ospitalità, ritorneremo sicuramente, magari per più giorni!

Abbiamo passato qualche giorno presso il B&B Cà Marchesi, la location è rilassante e circondata da meleti. Per qualsiasi cosa abbiamo fatto riferimento a Laura, una proprietaria molto cortese e ospitale, impeccabile. La camera era sempre pulitissima e in ordine e la colazione abbondante con prodotti tipici locali (come il succo di mela). Ideale per escursioni in montagna, per prendere il trenino rosso che porta in Svizzera e per trascorrere piacevoli serata nella vicina Tirano. È stata una vacanza confortevole e ci torneremo presto.

Un soggiorno perfetto. La ragazza che lo gestisce è gentilissima e cura nei minimi particolari ogni aspetto. L'ambiente è molto pulito (cosa fondamentale) e la colazione, con prodotti tipici del posto, è fantastica. La struttura è stata appena ristrutturata: facilmente raggiungibile, è un'ottima base per le gite nelle località turistiche limitrofe! Una garanzia!

Bellissima camera, appena ristrutturata e arredata con mobili nuovissimi. Pulizia impeccabile. Ottima colazione, molto genuina: prodotti come burro, yogurt e marmellate a Km 0, pane sempre fresco e, soprattutto, frutta appena colta dai frutteti intorno alla casa. Posizione strategica per gite in montagna e nelle varie località turistiche.
