Description
A few kilometers from Milan and the exhibition center, near the Santo Stefano Ticino train station, you will find Corbetta.
The B&B Bosinada is located in the heart of the picturesque village, surrounded by the countryside that makes up the southern agricultural park of Milan. This surprisingly lush territory is crossed by the Naviglio Grande and skillfully irrigated by canals and streams that extend to the Ticino Valley (UNESCO Biosphere Reserve). Here, the plain transforms into hills and eventually into mountains.
The rooms dedicated to the bed and breakfast are located in the ancient courtyard "del torchio" and are part of Casa Pisani Dossi. Their history dates back to the fifteenth century when they were built by Ambrogio Varese da Rosate, astrologer and confidant of Ludovico il Moro. Over the centuries, the lands and buildings were divided, making it difficult to trace their history.
In the nineteenth century, Francesco Mussi purchased the entire complex from various owners and left it as an inheritance to his beloved niece Carlotta (Borsani), the wife of his great-grandfather, the writer Carlo Dossi, who lovingly restored it. Bosinada is a special place, immersed in a larger space full of fascinating and unusual views, where you can be surprised by a feeling of "suspended" time, a place to get lost or find yourself.
In the guest breakfast room, which we take special care of with a large tailor's table, you will find comfortable armchairs to sit in on cold days for meditation, reading, or conversation, warmed by the fireplace (as described by Carlo Dossi in his "Blue Notes," an interesting work to read, similar to a Leopardian Zibaldone). During the warmer seasons, you can move outside and sit on the terrace to admire the sunset behind the lush lime trees.
In the lush and spacious garden, you can relax in the shade of the pergola or lie in the sun, breathing in the scent of blooming roses. You can observe life around the stone basin, with blackbirds perching on the edge, attracted by the water, while frightened fish dart quickly to hide among the leaves and flowers of the water lilies.

Hi, I'm Francesca.
I moved with my three children, Olimpia, Guido and Giulia, from the great city of Milan to the peace of Corbetta to take care of the restoration and enhancement of the old family home, which belonged to my great-grandfather the writer Carlo Dossi.
I love welcoming guests and sharing with them, with mutual respect, the ancient charm, the charming atmosphere and the quiet of our spaces.
My great passion is gardening, which I practice personally taking care of our gardens.
We can suggest routes by bike or on foot to discover the surrounding countryside or the Ticino park or the splendid villas along the Naviglio.
We love animals: we have three dogs, a cat and.. many goldfish but don't be afraid, you won't be forced to share space with them!
In one wing of the house is the Sherbet restaurant, managed by Paola. In the artists' room or on the veranda overlooking the garden you can enjoy excellent 0 km dishes, created by the skilled hands of chef Francesco or pamper yourself with the gourmet choices of di Paola and Patrizia.

The structure is wonderful and Mrs. Francesca is of rare kindness: attentive to details and extremely helpful. If you want to stay in a portion of a villa with a small terrace, very clean, in the middle of greenery and right in the center of Corbetta, you cannot miss going there! 10 out of 10 in everything.

The B&B Bosinada is a hidden gem in the middle of a quaint historical town. The accommodations are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The history of the building is fascinating. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The only difficulty is in getting here: downtown Corbetta is a maze of one-way streets, and the place is hard to find without GPS. But the trouble getting here is rewarded by being in the middle of a very pretty and historical village, with a medieval ambience. Simply walking through the village's narrow streets is a real delight. If you are religious, there is a significant (and beautiful) Sanctuary dedicated to Mary, the mother of Jesus. All in all, a really nice place!

Grazie Chuck, è vero ci sono diversi sensi unici perchè abbiamo un centro storico molto antico che risale all'epoca romana e tutto gira intorno alla chiesa principale che sotto all'altare infatti ha i resti di un chiesa romanica , che tra l'altro scavò il mio bisnonno. Sono molto contenta che però per te Corbetta merita la fatica!

What an amazing place! It is part of a historic building with a fantastic history. The owner - Francesca - is a very interesting and kind host. The rooms are superb and the beds fantastic! The best we have had in years. Francesca has an amazing eye for details, in every way. Go here and stay for more than 1 night, we certainly will be back and stay longer.

Casa Pisani Dossi is a beautiful 15th-century mansion in the center of Corbetta, which, thanks to the love for art, history, and culture of its owners (the tradition has been passed down through generations), has remained almost intact to this day and houses an important museum with archaeological finds from some surrounding regions. The small and very nice B&B is part of the palace in the center of Corbetta. The three rooms are very nicely renovated and have new bathrooms. Attached is an area with a small kitchen and a spacious living and dining room for common use. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. Breakfast is rich (cold meats, cheeses, fruit, cereals, jam, honey, pastries, croissants, bread, juice, etc.). Egg dishes can be prepared in the kitchen. Francesca is a wonderful hostess and takes care of her guests with love. In the building, there is a fantastic restaurant SHERBET, where the head cook Francesco Moretto cooks at a high level creatively and sustainably.
