The stay was a peaceful, mentally recharging break thanks to the silence surrounding the property and the exquisite hospitality of Mr. Fabio. The interior spaces are maintained according to minimalist criteria with great taste. Great attention to eco-sustainability. Pleasant and adequate breakfast. I would gladly return at the first opportunity and would recommend it to others.

First of all, thanks for the owner's welcome and availability. The property is brand new and the rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with everything needed to stay for several days. The location is also excellent: immersed in nature, in the tranquility of the countryside, and Pavia can be reached in 5 minutes. Definitely recommended.

We loved staying at B&B Borgo Tre Case. It has a nice, quiet location and good parking. It is a great place to stay when visiting Pavia and the surrounding area. Fabio made us feel very welcome and we will be back for sure.

You are welcomed by a warm and friendly atmosphere. The owners are two truly cordial, helpful and pleasant people. The area is quiet; you sleep very well thanks to the comfortable beds and the silence. The rooms are clean and maintained down to the smallest detail. Highly recommended.

From the outside it seems unremarkable,but it is located in a wonderful setting immersed in nature. Very charming and completely renovated inside. Nice breakfast room and lounge with a large sofa and a fireplace. Very beautiful rooms. The Ticino river is 200 meters away,with a beautiful riverbank and a small restaurant. I spent only one night with my children after a long bike ride. The property, a renovated farmhouse, is located in the countryside in a very quiet area but only 5 km from Pavia. The host was very kind and made us feel at home. In the evening he even offered to go and pick up pizzas for us since we were on bikes and the pizzeria did not deliver to the B&B. So we ate pizza in his company and spent the evening chatting. Wonderful person. Thanks for everything, Fabio, and see you next time.
