Description

The bed and breakfast is located in a quiet area, 2 km away from Bormio. It has a spacious garden with a wooden gazebo, private parking, a small ski and bike storage, and free wifi.

The rooms (for 2 to 4 people) are located on the ground floor and first floor, with independent entrances and autonomous heating.

They have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and everything necessary for cooking. There is a charge of 30 euros for the use of the kitchen for meal preparation; it is free for stays longer than 4 nights.

Private bathroom with a shower cabin, hairdryer, and coin-operated washing machine.

Discounts are available with some restaurants in Bormio.

We would like to remind our guests that a small confirmatory deposit is required for reservations during peak seasons.

No pets are allowed.

Hello, I'm Eliseo and my family and I are pleased to welcome you to our home. At Baita de Eliseo, you will experience a familiar atmosphere. As a retired cooking teacher, I enjoy preparing cakes for breakfast, while my wife Angela takes care of the garden and the chickens. Upon request, you can have fresh eggs on your table. You will find my grandchildren playing in the garden, and if you have children, they will surely have playmates throughout the vacation! Lastly, there is Elena, my daughter, who manages everything and will assist you in choosing from the numerous activities our area has to offer, as well as recommend the best restaurants in the area. We look forward to having you at our home! Eliseo and family.

The B&B Baita de Eliseo is located 2 km away from the Bormio thermal baths and ski slopes, in the heart of the Central Alps, in the Stelvio National Park.

In the summer, it is an excellent starting point for walks along wonderful hiking trails, on mountain bikes, or to challenge the famous mountain passes that have made history in cycling (Stelvio, Mortirolo, Gavia, Cancano).

In winter, it is the ideal destination for alpine skiing enthusiasts, cross-country skiing, off-piste skiing, and snowshoeing.

Very positive experience, the host was kind, helpful, and polite (there was a small misunderstanding that was resolved in a moment and with professionalism). The room was welcoming, clean, and very spacious. Breakfast with homemade cakes was very good and the idea of allowing guests to choose the time by serving it directly in the room is great. Quiet area but extremely close to the center of Bormio. The only small drawback was the absence of a card reader to pay for the overnight stay with a debit card. Other than that, a very positive experience!

10 minutes by car from Bormio and the ski facilities. Served in the area by excellent restaurants (Power Restaurant). Positive experience, the only downside is the lack of Wi-Fi due to a technical problem and the lack of network in the tavern.

We chose this property for its proximity to Bormio (5 minutes by car) and for the spaces: a large room with a kitchenette and a complete bathroom (window, bidet and comfortable shower). It is therefore a small apartment, but with breakfast service included (you will find everything you need in the fridge and on the table, then you organize yourself, being able to freely choose the time to eat and if you like something that is not there, just ask and if possible, it will be provided!). Outside there is a convenient parking area (also covered for motorcycles) and a common relaxation area from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, the location of Levissima nearby is not intrusive as noise or disturbance to the mountain view. We really enjoyed it and will keep this property in mind if we return to the high valley.

Very hospitable. They were very gracious to us as we arrived at 2300 hrs due to having to drive from the top of the Stelvio Pass back around because the Stelvio Pass was closed to Bormio. Loved the room and the space with the kitchenette and having breakfast whenever we wanted. Gorgeous views from the table and chairs! Nice and clean.

I found the B&B Baita de Eliseo on the web during the search for a room near Bormio. The owners were extremely kind from the booking, and they showed great attention and cordiality, even though our stay was very short. The B&B consists of several mini-apartments (studio and one-bedroom apartments) equipped with everything necessary, and everything needed to make breakfast privately is brought to them (delicious cakes, milk, coffee, tea, cocoa, juices, biscuits, cereals, jams, etc.), thus ensuring greater convenience for those who want to be independent in the morning. In my opinion, considering the type of structure and the location (which is suitable for both early wake-ups for skiing and late wake-ups after the thermal baths), it is a very successful choice. Considering also the absolutely reasonable price, I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend one or more days in Bormio.

The basement apartment is beautiful, with a stove, large bathroom, bed, and a complete kitchen. Breakfast is in the fridge and both a microwave and coffee machine are available. In the morning, there are homemade cakes, left the day before for the next day. However, very good. The location is convenient, close to the junction for Bormio, elevated compared to the town and in a quiet area. Two minutes by car and you arrive in the center. Remember to mention the B&B Baita de Eliseo when you go to the thermal baths, so you will be entitled to a 5 euro discount. Remember to ask for the payment receipt. Kind and helpful managers. Definitely a place we will have fond memories of.

Beautiful B&B in a panoramic and quiet location on the mountains above Bormio. The slopes and the spas are reachable in 10-15 minutes. Our room included the sleeping area and the kitchen area (including dishes, pots, coffee machine), it was very spacious. Breakfast in the room is a plus that makes you feel at home! By the way, abundant breakfast and excellent, genuine and quality cakes! Friendly owners willing to explain the beauties and restaurants of the area. More than positive experience, we hope to come back even in the summer.

My friend and I used this family-run B&B as a base for cycling in the Alps. We arrived late at night and the accommodation was ready & waiting for us, and the owner also came to greet us and ensure we were all okay.\n\nThe whole family was warm & friendly to us and were always available to answer any questions or queries, while providing valuable local knowledge.\n\nOur accommodation was very flexible and certainly catered to the needs of people like us, as it had a small kitchen area including a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine & dishwasher. The shower always had plenty of hot water and the facilities were very clean & homely.\n\nThe owners were very conscious of making our stay as enjoyable as possible and they catered to all our needs while remaining discreet.\n\nEvery day they gave us a tray of freshly made cakes & in the morning fresh bread rolls were delivered along with a plate of cheese & cold meats. The fridge was stocked daily with milk, yogurts along with coffee bags, etc.\n\nWe had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this lovely B&B.\nDavid and Bob (Wales).

Beautiful structure at the foot of the mountains with a breathtaking landscape. Studio complete with every comfort, excellent cleanliness, and so much silence. Kindness, hospitality, availability, and friendliness! It was very nice to stay in this well-kept structure, in perfect mountain style. With the fresh snow then, a spectacle. The owners were very helpful and smiling: this made us happy. The little apartment was clean and in very good condition. Convenient location close to Bormio. If we were to come back to that area, we would return! Slow down.

Everything perfect, from the welcome to the breakfast. Room with kitchen and the possibility to prepare breakfast by yourself, but also to enjoy it during other moments of the evening. Fresh cakes and homemade jams, various teas available, juice and fresh milk. Excellent cleanliness, great bathroom and, not to be underestimated, Wooden shutters on the windows.
