Our recently renovated (June 2015) B&B is located in the heart of Annone di Brianza, a small village of 2000 inhabitants, 500 mt. From the Lake Annnone
It is surrounded by the green of the park of Villa Cabella, golf and polo courses and meadows and forests that follow one another until the bike path tha is around it for the whole perimeter (Km. 13).
An ideal destination for those who want to spend some days in a quiet and strategic for sport lovers as a few minutes away you can practice golf, paragliding from Mount Cornizzolo, kayaking, swimming, tennis, biking, running, horseback riding as well as all water sports.
Strategic point for the students, the manager and the "tourist wanderer" because our structure is a few kilometers drive to the most important cities of the area: Lecco, Como, Bergamo and Milan with all their beauties.
The same applies to the airports of Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio Varese Bergamo.
There are three double rooms available to guests. They are very bright and inspired by the elements and colors that characterize our lake: Canneto, Heron and Lily each with private bath inside with a large window. Each room is equipped with 32-inch TV, safe and free WiFi.
Our guests will have the opportunity to taste the best of our country as the breakfast that will be offered is the result of research and selection of handicrafts in the area at Km 0 and / or organic.

Breakfast products: our customers are offered top quality products from local farms, with 0 km distance. In particular, our choice has fallen on the Terrealte consortium, established in 2003 by a group of agricultural and agritourism entrepreneurs from Lecco, whose objectives are constant contact with the territory, its history, and its natural beauty. Within Terrealte, we have relied on the affiliated companies Melyos and Leccolatte: Melyos for honey and hazelnut spread, while Leccolatte for dairy products.
The jams are produced by the dele. BIO company, born in 2006 as an attempt to enhance some lands in the Valtellina area in Delebio. In addition to the initial cultivation of berries, a few years later, the production of jams and fruit nectar (juice and pulp) was added. The B&B is located in a small town that represents an excellent base for Lake Como. We were warmly welcomed by Alessandro, the helpful son of the house who also speaks good English. The spacious room with a good bed and the bathroom were modern and clean. You can enjoy a fantastic Italian breakfast with fresh products and homemade cakes. The owners Ivano and Debora are also very friendly and helpful. There is a good restaurant a few steps away. There are also good restaurants nearby, a ten-minute drive away. Everything was perfect in this B&B and we hope to return again.

Very nice and helpful hosts. The room and the bathroom were very clean and modernly furnished, equipped with high-quality care products. Cleaned every day. The whole property is tastefully decorated. The breakfast itself - simply amazing: fresh pastries, uniform products, great coffee and much more, all delicious. A cake baked by Debora every day - it was even packed as a snack for daily trips - thank you again! You cannot pay by credit card, but bank transfer is accepted. The village doesn't offer much, but it is perfect for trips to Lake Como (in all directions).

We had to change the reservation due to an injury and Debora, the owner, had no problem with that. So we stayed at this wonderful place from 01.01 to 05.01. It is a lovely place, small, clean, and very well maintained. Debora always welcomed our requests, fulfilling them promptly. Our room, Ninfea, is a quadruple room with a loft, located on the top floor with exposed white wooden beams. It has everything you need; excellent cleanliness. Debora prepared a different cake for us every morning, delicious cakes cooked with local products from selected producers. All handmade, from butter to bread, from brioches to jam, from yogurt to pastries. Wonderful cappuccino, rarely so good even at a bar. We will definitely come back because it is a peaceful place managed by two wonderful people. Thank you for everything.

My partner and I stayed at this B&B during the New Year's Eve of 2023. It's a classic Bed and Breakfast, so only room and breakfast included. The location is in the center of the village and I liked it a lot, with a view of the central alleys and the snow-covered peaks of Resegone, all beautiful. The structure is impeccable, cared for down to the smallest details. The room is large, comfortable, spacious and with a view of the village alleys. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large and complete, all very clean. However, there were two flaws: there is a lack of a shelf to place the soap or shampoo in the shower, you have to place them on the floor, which is not the most convenient. Also, there is a lack of a hanger in the bathroom. The breakfast room is very nice and the breakfast is super abundant and really excellent. The cake prepared by Debora is exquisite. The owners of the B&B, Ivano and Debora, are wonderful for their kindness and availability. Excellent the possibility of checking out at 11 and we were allowed until 11.30, great!! The value for money is 7, not for the quality which is very high, but because other B&B / holiday homes at the same price also offer a kitchenette or a mini living room, that is, a real small apartment. This should be taken into consideration. We will probably return.

Spent a fabulous night, I understood from the welcome received from Mrs. Debora who welcomed us like old friends and not like customers. I stayed only one night, but from the first contacts the feeling was immediate. I found excellent hospitality, attention to detail and to the guest that I have rarely encountered. I stayed at the B&B Armonie del Lago on the occasion of my wedding and both I and my guests were pleasantly pampered throughout our stay. The structure, new and just renovated, has all the comforts and a wonderful view of Lake Annone. I highly recommend it!

B&B with a very refined taste and I'm not just referring to the walls and furnishings, but also to the quality of the breakfast, bathroom products, and especially to the kindness and availability of Mr. Ivano and Mrs. Debora towards us. The location is very quiet, we chose it as a starting point to visit Lake Como and it was perfect. However, in the immediate vicinity, there is not much to see. The restaurant about 100 meters away should definitely be avoided.
