In a splendid villa in the center of Milan (Corso Vercelli), there are 2 luxuriously furnished double rooms with antique English Victorian-style furniture and independent entrance.

Each room has its own bathroom with high-quality finishes, and the B&B also has a guest lounge available.

Room cleaning is included, and of course, breakfast is provided.

No smoking property.

Ideal for business activities, high-level tourism, or a romantic getaway.

SPECIAL FAIRS: Possibility to reserve all the spaces on the floor (135m2, 6 beds with 3 bathrooms), both daily (min 400, max 600) and weekly (min. 2, 000, max 3, 000).

The owner seemed friendly and nice. Our room was adequate, except the mirror in the bathroom was way too high and we couldn't even see ourselves in it. Our pillow was like a stack of newspapers with a slipcover over them; it was very hard and uncomfortable. There was no blanket for the bed, only a very thin bed covering. The lighting was very dim. We actually only had breakfast one day while we were there because we had to leave early each day to catch a tour. The breakfast is set out the night before on the table, with bread, cookies, nuts and fruit. She made us some eggs to go with it. On our last morning there we had to catch a taxi to the airport at 7:00 a.m. The owner graciously offered to schedule the taxi for us, for which we were really appreciative. What we are upset about, and do not understand, is that she told us we were not allowed in the dining room until 7:30 a.m. She made the taxi reservation so she knew we were leaving at 7:00 a.m. That meant that we couldn't have toast or even a cup of coffee before we left, even though everything was already on the table; she would not let us have anything. And it was my birthday. We are still upset about it and feel that we deserve to be reimbursed since we paid for breakfast to be included. We were always quiet and respectful of the one other guest in the place, even though there was loud laughter and visiting coming from our host's home late into the night and early morning. We are still quite puzzled as to why we were refused a light breakfast before we headed to the airport.

Cara Cinda, la sua recensione mi lascia sorpresa. Abbiamo avuto più volte quelle che pensavo fossero amabili conversazioni durante la sua permanenza. Sarebbe stato molto semplice in quelle occasioni dirmi che cuscini e coperte (n. b usiamo solo lenzuola Frette o Carmignani, che sono le “ Ferrari” dei completi letti) non erano di suo gradimento. Le avrei risposto che nel guardaroba della sua stanza ci sono sempre 2 cuscini extra morbidi e trova la coperta/piumino nel mobile sotto la TV. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, nel nostro B&B (come in tutte le strutture ricettive) ci sono degli orari. Come descritto sui portali di prenotazione la colazione parte delle 7: 30 del mattino (come anche spiegato durante il check in al suo amico Kenny e via messaggio). Voi siete rimasti 4 giorni. Il primo giorno vi ho permesso di fare colazione alle 6: 45 (preparando torta, uova, mozzarella e pomodoro e verdure oltre a quello già presente sulla tavola). Il secondo giorno alle 7: 10; il terzo giorno avete fatto colazione con calma intorno alle 8, e vi abbiamo preparato con gioia quello che desideravate, spiegando la provenienza dei prodotti; l’ ultima mattina (Domenica mattina) siete partiti alle 7 e con tutta la buona volontà non c’ era personale disposto a servirvi alle 6, 30 di Domenica mattina. Mi creda che in altre strutture ricettive nessuno avrebbe fatto le eccezioni che io ho riservato a voi. Inoltre il Sabato pomeriggio lei e i suoi compagni di viaggio/nuova amica (in totale 5 persone) avete usufruito delle nostre porcellane e bicchieri per mangiare torte e dolci per il suo compleanno, bevendo the e caffè. Servizio che è stato offerto dal B&B e che normalmente ha degli extra costi. Per quanto riguarda il disturbo durante la sera, le chiedo scusa. Purtroppo capita che altri ospiti del B&B parlino con un tono di voce troppo alto. Le assicuro che se me lo avesse riferito lo avrei fatto notare ai suoi vicini di stanza. I stayed two nights in this excellent establishment, with a colleague for a short business stay in Milan. Elegant structure, very clean, centrally located and well connected, well furnished and comfortable. Excellent and complete breakfast, sweet + savory, finally a structure with a modern and evolved breakfast, and not just the prehistoric toast and dry biscuits as unfortunately in many establishments... Professionalism and friendliness from the owner. Very good value for money, highly recommended for any type of stay in Milan.

I had the pleasure of staying at B&B Annabel. I must say that I have never been welcomed in such a warm way. They make you feel like part of the family, very kind and always available. Abundant breakfast, cozy room. Another strong point is the location, in less than 25 minutes on foot you reach Piazza Duomo, just under 30 minutes, also on foot, you reach the Navigli. Anyway, there is a tram stop 50 meters away that can take you anywhere. I had a great time and I truly recommend it to everyone.

Exceptional! The place was clean, charming, and quiet. It is 3-5 mins from the nearest metro station and the neighborhood feels safe. There are nearby stores for essentials and some eats. There is free drinking water provided, as well as coffee. The plated breakfast, which the host asked for our preference, was good and fresh. It was also tweaked a little bit every day. One morning we had sausage, the other prosciutto, with eggs, cheese and toast. There's also yogurt and some pastries. Paula, the host was very personable and she suggested activities, places, etc. Will definitely stay here again if ever we'll come back to Milan.

Perfect location! Parking included! Super warm host - Paola, who explains everything perfectly and gives all the tips. The breakfast was lovingly tailored to personal wishes and together with Paola a perfect cappuccino was made like in the bars. We had breakfast with other guests - from England and New Zealand. We had interesting conversations and a great time in Milan and will gladly come back!

Perfect structure in every way. If I had to find a flaw, I would recommend putting a support inside the shower to place the products on, rather than keeping them on the floor. Congratulations to Paola, courteous and helpful.

Was a perfect location for one night in Milan - close enough to walk to the Duomo but still good price. Paola, the host, was wonderful - very helpful in showing us the neighborhood (supermarket, tram stop, ATM, good restaurants) and flexible with our check-in/out times. The breakfast was amazing too! I definitely recommend this B&B.

I used the facility as a base for an intervention at the San Giuseppe Hospital. I found courtesy, discretion, and sensitivity. The facility is very beautiful and very clean. The self-service breakfast offers a wide choice. The price, considering the high season for the EXPO, 140 euros per night for 2 adults, compared to other facilities in the area seemed good to me. I will definitely reconsider the facility for a stay in Milan, this time for pleasure.
