B&B Alla Fermata

Our B&B is located in Milan, in the San Siro area. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a terrace overlooking a garden, ideal for breakfast. From the living room, you can access the kitchenette and the first bathroom of the house. Exiting the living room, through a small corridor, you can access the double bedroom, which can accommodate up to 4 people, and has its own private bathroom in front of the room and a terrace overlooking the square.

Our B&B is therefore also ideal for groups of up to 6 guests.

The reservation, and the corresponding cost, refers to the individual room. The tourist tax is not included. The payment balance can only be made by instant bank transfer or in cash at check-in. Failure to settle the payment cancels the reservation and the guest is required to leave the property immediately. Check-in is from 4: 00 pm (luggage storage can be arranged after 11: 00 am with an additional fee, even if the room has not been cleaned yet). Check-out is by 12: 00 pm.

"B&B Alla Fermata" is a welcoming structure located in a strategic position for those visiting Milan for tourism, work, or leisure.

Its name originates from the tram stop that has been there since the mid-twentieth century and goes directly to the city center, next to Piazza del Duomo. In recent years, bus stops have been added, but above all, the modern lilac metro line, which travels without a driver!
The B&B is just a few minutes away from the San Siro football stadium, Fiera Milano City, and the modern City Life area. It is quickly connected to all the most important and renowned points of the city of Milan that should not be missed: the Duomo and the imposing Sforza Castle, the Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci and the Brera Art Gallery, the financial district with the Unicredit skyscraper and the nearby Vertical Forest, the Navigli district, and much more.

Our residence is the perfect location for all traveling families who will feel at home here, for business and work trips, for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment.

Our guests can enjoy rooms with different bathroom options (private, exclusive), free wifi, heated spaces, free re-entry, kitchenette, and a large terrace.

Our air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, and television.
