Our B&B is located on the first floor of a house end Lombard '800 only 6 kilometers away from the city of Como and 3 Km from the motorway, ideal and strategic place for visitors to the beauty of nearby Lake Como city of Milan and then relax in a quiet place surrounded by greenery.

The B&B has a two-roomed detached completely renovated in 2009, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower.

Breakfast is managed independently by the guests with products made available by the manager and there is also a microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher and gas cooker.

The kitchen allowing guests to prepare meals.

The property has central heating, has a parking space, TV.

We stayed from August 2nd to 6th and had a great time. The two-room apartment is spacious, very clean, and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with everything if you want to prepare meals. There are a couple of supermarkets just a few minutes by car. The breakfast was super abundant, with everything necessary in the kitchen and in the fridge. Plus, the very kind Mrs. Silvana brought us fresh pastries from the bakery every morning. The property is surrounded by greenery so you can relax in complete tranquility. It is an excellent starting point for visiting Lake Como.

A very clean and spacious apartment, equipped with every comfort in a very quiet area. The owner Silvana is a lovely person, it was a fortune to have met her. Every morning she brought us fresh pastries from the bakery as well as many other products already available at home for breakfast. Kindness and courtesy are not lacking. If you want to stay in a quiet place near Como, choose this one!

A true haven of peace and refinement, family-oriented and friendly. What a warm and spontaneous welcome! Silvana and her family are naturally very attentive and very kind. Always available, in a good mood and full of energy, Silvana does everything to ensure you have a good time. The apartment is perfect and very clean, spacious, very well equipped and decorated with great taste, the breakfast is very generous and there are fresh croissants every morning! A superb address in the heart of nature where you simply feel very good, just a few kilometers from the magnificent city of Como without the drawbacks of a large city... in fact, one of the best addresses we have had the chance to discover in nearly 25 years of staying in guest rooms... to be treasured!

Quiet place, the lady who runs the B&B is very kind, spoiled us with breakfast in the morning. The cleanliness and attention to detail, I highly recommend it to those who love nature, even to those who want to experience new places. A few km from Lake Como. We will definitely come back.

Great structure. Quiet place, surrounded by greenery but at the same time close to the center of Como and the station. Silvana is very kind, she pampered us and gave us valuable advice on what to see and how to move around the area. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended. Paola MaGi.

Great B&B, I stayed with my husband and three daughters and we had an excellent welcome and stay! The lady, very nice, cleaned the rooms and did the cleaning every day. The apartment with all the comforts and recently renovated, in a small 1800s house! For breakfast, besides leaving us everything at home, in the morning they brought us freshly baked pastries! The location is very beautiful and quiet and convenient to reach Como. We highly recommend it.

Warm congratulations. From the moment of reservation, the lady was very kind. The B&B Alla Cascina was not just a room with a bed, but rather a mini apartment with all possible comforts, a modernized structure with style and warmth. Despite the autumn period, the place was well heated and had incredible cleanliness with accessories (towels etc.) that were not recycled but rather fresh and new. I will not list all the advantages experienced and received from the owner, but I want to mention that the welcome and availability from their side made it feel like being at home. Finally, I would like to thank them again after several days, hoping to return without having to think twice, and it is something I would gladly recommend to anyone in need. Thank you, thank you.
