Al Baitin B&B is located in the heart of Santa Caterina Valfurva, within walking distance of the Gavia Pass, and 50 metres from the town square, the tourist office and the old bridge—an emblem of the town. Lift facilities are located just 150 metres away and provide access to the Santa Caterina Ski Area, while a free ski-bus can take you, in just a few short minutes, to a cable car bringing visitors up to the “Sunny Valley”—a heaven for ski lovers.
The complex covers 2 floors: one for rooms, and one where you will find the reception, the breakfast room and the relaxation area complete with fireplace, armchairs and large windows, where you can enjoy watching village life go by with a glass of wine and some local produce to savour.

At Al Baitin, breakfast is absolutely essential to start your day in the best possible way. In the "Saléta"—a word that comes from dialect to describe an old masonry room in mountain lodges—located on the ground floor, a generous and varied buffet is spread out over an old wooden work table, complete with freshly prepared hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea and milk), fruit juices, freshly squeezed juice and fresh fruit, freshly baked bread and pastries, traditional cakes, authentic jams, cereals, eggs, cheeses, yoghurt, local cold cuts, and a wide selection of products prepared daily.
Relax front of the fireplace, enjoying the warm ambience and your breakfast in a cosy, tranquil and evocative setting with the feel of yesteryear, surrounded by the old, locally sourced wood used for the panelling. Abbiamo passato un lungo week end a Santa Caterina e abbiamo alloggiato Al Baitin. Le camere sono molto accoglienti, calde e curate, proprio l'atmosfera che ci si aspetta di trovare in una località montana. La colazione abbondante, molto varie e di buona qualità, servita da Giovanna che è una padrona di casa ineccepibile, sempre pronta a soddisfare le esigenze e richieste degli ospiti.
Se avete in programma di passare qualche giorno da queste parti lo consigliamo vivamente!

Consigliatissimo! Inizialmente stavo cercando posto a Bormio, poi ho trovato questo B&B e... menomale! Io, mio marito e mia figlia piccola ci siamo trovati benissimo!
Posizione perfetta, arrivi a piedi in pochissimi minuti alle piste da sci.
Ottimo servizio sia del gestore che a colazione.
B&B veramente ben curato e gestito con stile e quello charme di montagna che cercavamo.
Abbiamo passato dei bellissimi giorni in mezzo alla neve e alla tranquillità.

Ho passato solo una notte con la mia famiglia in questa struttura, ma è stato sufficiente per apprezzare la piacevole accoglienza, il calore degli arredi della camera, la cura del particolare presente anche nella zona colazione che è stata ricchissima per i grandi e per piccini, di ottima qualità con brioche da pasticceria e caffè Illy che fa la differenza!
Avevo avuto un’ottima impressione dalle immagini del sito, ma arrivando sono stata ancor più positivamente stupita
Ci tornerò senz’altro!

Ho soggiornato in questo nuovo B&B solamente per una notte ma saremmo rimasti almeno una settimana! L'accoglienza di Giovanna ci ha subito colpito, pronta e disponibile, ci ha indirizzati verso un ristorante buonissimo!
Sicuramente una nota positiva il garage coperto! Le camere sono arredate con un gusto unico, pulite e profumate, tutte in legno. Il bagno un tocco di classe!
Colazione abbondante con prodotti di ottima qualità. Eccezionale veramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte in questo B&B ed è stata una splendida scoperta.
