We found this property by chance and I must say that everything was beyond our expectations. Great availability in accepting our late check-in, care in accommodating our daughter's food intolerances and, above all, warmth. We felt as if we were welcomed by friends and not strangers. Roberta is very kind and hospitable. The property is very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is fantastic, even for people with celiac disease. Roberta provides fresh products from a bakery near the property that produces gluten-free foods. Everything is tidy and clean. We highly recommend it.

What a wonderful stay! I stayed for 3 days for a wedding of friends that was 10 min walking from the property, and something from 3 minutes by bike. Roberta is a lovely person, everything was perfect very clean and she takes care very well of the place. She is such a polite and nice person that even if it was a bit difficult to communicate because I do not speak Italian, she was patient and we had many conversations. The breakfast was always with so many options and was incredible every day. I totally recommend this place and if I ever come back to the region, I will stay there again. Thank you so much Roberta.

Perfect location, super clean with beautiful spacious areas. Unlike many other solutions, the room dedicated to 4 people is nice and spacious without the classic space-saving bunk bed which is not very functional. Huge bathroom, with everything! Exceptional breakfast, with homemade products and Roberta's availability to give you, if you wish, what remains for a possible picnic. Roberta, delightful, helpful, and kind like few others! Compliments. It is truly a welcoming place!

Accommodation just a few minutes by car from Gardaland and an excellent starting point to visit the locations of Lake Garda. The welcome from Roberta and her family was truly warm, they make you feel immediately at home. They gave us directions on what to visit and where to eat, they also offer free bicycle rental. The room and the bathroom are very spacious, clean and well organized; they also provided us with a kettle, bottled water in the fridge and a hairdryer. The strong point is definitely the breakfast, which is really delicious and very plentiful, both sweet and savory: delicious cheeses and cold cuts, warm sandwiches, yogurt, cereals, dried fruit, fruit juices, coffee, milk, tea, fresh fruit, pancakes and excellent desserts prepared by the hostess fresh every day. Highly recommended.

B&B excellent for a quick overnight stay, but also very well equipped for longer stays. The room and bathroom are spacious, the bed is very comfortable, we slept very well. Mrs. Roberta is super kind and made us find a sumptuous breakfast while taking into account our intolerances (gluten and milk). Highly recommended, we will definitely return if we pass through the area again.

Almost by chance we stumbled upon this B&B. Upon arrival, we were left speechless both by the structure and the landscape, but especially by the hospitality. Roberta and Stefano are two fantastic people; they welcomed us as if it were our home, offered us something to drink, and we talked in a truly friendly and joyful environment. They gave us many useful tips about the area, especially where to eat! Our room is really beautiful, spacious, clean, with a lovely bathroom, and above all (not something you find everywhere) they provide bottles of water (in the fridge) for free! The breakfast, well what can I say, Roberta is fantastic, there is so much to eat, from sweet to savory, and above all, everything is delicious. It feels like having breakfast at mom's house. Truly a highly recommended place; they have only been open for a short time (a couple of years), but if they continue like this, they will be successful. Well done, well done. Again, compliments to Roberta and Stefano and a big thank you for the fantastic stay. See you soon for sure!

The B&B Ai Montesei by Roberta is in a great location to visit Peschiera: 10 minutes from Lake Garda, in a very quiet area near the cycling path. The room is equipped with everything you need (no air conditioning but it's very cool), it is spacious and comfortable. The welcome water was highly appreciated; there are no words to describe the breakfast, truly superb and included in the price. Very kind and helpful host. Highly recommended!

One of the best Bed & Breakfasts we've stayed at. We received a warm welcome from Roberta and her beautiful family. The house is located inside a small farm with a playground that my kids love the most. The apartment is super clean, and Roberta cleans it every day, which is an extra bonus for us when staying at a B&B. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back home to a warm, cozy, and clean house is what we call 'coming back home.' And... THE BREAKFAST, I can say this is the most delicious breakfast I have enjoyed during our trip. Roberta prepared a superb breakfast for us every morning, with different Italian dishes each day. We were able to enjoy a typical Italian breakfast in a typical Italian house, an experience you can't get if you stay in a hotel. Even now, at the end of the trip, we can't forget all the dishes that Roberta cooked and the great welcome and sharing from her. We really enjoyed the stay and would like to thank Roberta, who made our trip to Garza Lake more and more interesting and enjoyable.

We were greeted with extreme courtesy, hospitality, and kindness by Roberta and her husband. Beautiful location in the countryside, about ten minutes from the amusement parks in the area. The welcome from Roberta and her husband was fantastic, we immediately felt at ease. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything. Great location for us (very close to the 'B&B Ai Montesei' cycle path), well-kept and clean environment. Varied and abundant breakfast with special attention from the managers towards children. Friendly and super helpful managers. Price, in my opinion, fair for the service received, never felt so good 😌.

We stayed 1 night in this beautiful B&B Ai Montesei. It is located near the main parks and is managed by a nice lady, Roberta. She prepared everything and more for breakfast: muffins, pancakes, yogurt, cereals, a platter of cold cuts and cheese, fruits and other delicacies! Very patient with the kids. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect! If I could rate with 11, I would do it! The room was super clean and comfortable. Roberta and her family welcomed us warmly and thought of everything we might need. They were incredibly kind. The breakfast was super delicious, varied, and prepared with lots of love by Roberta. We have never had such great hosts! We can more than recommend the accommodation. Thank you!

A beautiful discovery. Close to Lake Garda and the park area, in Borghetto sul Mincio and half an hour from Verona and Mantua. Perfect for visiting different places. The family that manages it puts into practice the word 'hospitality' with simplicity and attention to detail. Fantastic breakfast.

Friendly and helpful managers in providing information about the place, as well as meeting every single need. Strategic location for cycling and visiting Lake Garda (Gardaland and neighboring towns such as Peschiera, Desenzano, and Sirmione). Quiet and green location, just a few minutes from the cycle path. They provided us with bicycles to take a ride along the Mincio cycle path. The breakfast is spectacular, never seen in any other B&B visited so far. Spacious and clean environment.

We stayed for 7 nights. Excellent reception, sublime and plentiful breakfast. Roberta, the owner, a unique person. We had a great time, we felt like family and left a piece of our hearts. I absolutely recommend it, they are friendly and hospitable.

We stayed only one night. The very kind and helpful owner. The room is new, spacious, and very clean. Excellent and super abundant breakfast. Strategic position both for going to Gardaland and for visiting the Garda area. Highly recommended.

We had a very warm and cozy stay with Roberta and her beautiful family. We felt like we were visiting our friends. The room and bathroom were very clean, breakfast every day was different and very tasty. We cannot recommend B&B Ai Montesei more! Roberta was also very kind and helpful with our baby when he got sick and was flexible for us to check out a bit later. Thanks a lot for everything!

We stayed at this wonderful B&B Ai Montesei for 3 nights, what can I say: everything wonderful! Roberta and her family hosted us as if we were family, they are fantastic in every way! They were helpful and welcoming in everything, they pampered us! We recommend this property 100% for everything! Cleanliness and breakfast are top-notch. Hope to come back soon! Breakfast very good, both sweet and savory, with cakes prepared by the owner. New and clean apartment. Very kind Roberta, also attentive to meeting the needs of her guests. Accommodation close in the countryside, with proximity to the main points of interest in the area.
