At the foothills of Grignetta, just 2 km from the Pian dei Resinelli square, our chalet, the B&B "Ai Frassini," is nestled among meadows, forests, and breathtaking views.

For rock climbing enthusiasts, there are renowned climbing routes.

Nature lovers can enjoy the vibrant colors, scents, and scenic walks.

Those seeking relaxation will find a hot tub perfect for watching the snowfall.

Children can interact with donkeys, rabbits, chickens, a dog, and a cat.

For the active, there are mountain biking trails, via ferrata routes, trekking opportunities, and a small area for cross-country skiing.

It's a place for everyone.

Marilena is ready to welcome anyone with a smile, making them feel at home right away.

Nicola is available for those who want to hear many stories and receive valuable tips on trails and lesser-known spots.

All the interiors of Our Home are made of solid wood to maintain a sense of authenticity, a principle upheld during our more than twenty years of managing the Porta refuge, our previous establishment.

Every day, our B&B provides guests with a wide selection of sweet and savory local products, including homemade cakes, fresh pastries, and honey produced on-site.

Surrounded by amazing landscapes, here You will be able to enjoy the colors and the scents of Our mountains and of the animals that live there.

Since our accommodation is not an hotel, we are not provided with all the comforts which that type of holiday can offer, but anyways we try to satisfy, when possible, our kind Guests' requests, to make Their stay even more pleasant.

The managers are friendly and very helpful, they make you feel at home. Perfect location for those who love hiking or climbing, but also for those who want to spend a relaxing weekend immersed in nature. Highly recommended.

Beautiful B&B Ai Frassini, very well equipped, very cozy and spacious rooms, large common room and excellent restaurant on the ground floor. The managers were very kind, we were a CAI group with complex schedules and they were truly helpful in everything. Experience absolutely to be repeated!
