Description

The Bed and Breakfast has been recently renovated and is personally managed, and I enjoy welcoming my guests personally. It has been furnished with attention to detail.

The rooms are welcoming and spacious, each with its own private bathroom. Towels, soap, shampoo, makeup remover, and a hairdryer are provided.

Breakfast is made with fresh products. An Italian breakfast is included; a savory breakfast is €5 per person.

It will be served in the common room or on the terrace during warmer months, with views of the Lecco mountains.

On the terrace, you can relax with a book or enjoy a drink in the armchairs.

In the common room, there is a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker.

The property is located above the post office, on the first floor, with the door on the left.

It is about 200 meters from the hospital via a pedestrian walkway, and from the hiking trails for mountain lovers. The bus stop for bus No. 5 to Piani D'Erna is near the hospital.

The bus stop for bus No. 8 to Lecco city center is about 50 meters away. Alternatively, for more options to the city center and back, take bus Nos. 2, 3, 4, or 5 in front of the hospital.

The B&B is about 1 kilometer from the La Meridiana shopping center, where you can take the bike path and visit Villa Manzoni.

Within 1. 5 kilometers you will be at the Polytechnic and only 700 meters away from the new courthouse.

My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers, and families (not infants).

We serve an "excellent breakfast, if the weather permits on the terrace. Composed of omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. Cappuccino or coffee with croissants. Yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, selection of tea, infusions, chamomile etc. Biscuits local and not. Bread, butter and jam, Nutella. You just have to taste, we are waiting.

Gabriella was a very kind, helpful and friendly host! Everything was great and we had a wonderful time in Lecco. The apartment was clean, breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed for our stay. The location is about 20 minutes from the train station. There is a shop next to the house and several nice restaurants nearby. Thank you for everything!

The stay went very well, and the weather was very nice. Breakfast was great with cappuccino, coffee, croissant and other pastries. Gabriella told me about lesser-known places to see: the "Piani d'Erna" by cable car with a view of the lake and also the "Piani Resinelli" with their forests and, of course, the lake and its gardens. I would recommend others to go there. Levico is less known but it is a welcoming town. Thanks to Gabriella for my stay.

We are very satisfied with our several-night stay in Gabriella's accommodation: \n- friendly and attentive welcome \n- very complete and varied breakfast \n- comfortable room, air conditioning appreciated in summer. \n- accommodation is certainly located outside the center of Lecco but you gain in silence and at least 3 bus lines are less than 5 minutes away on foot. 10 to 15 minutes maximum to get to the train station in town (and bus tickets can be paid with a credit card when getting on).\n\nNothing to complain about, thank you Gabriella, keep it up!

We stayed 5 nights at B&B Acqua Dolce and we really enjoyed it. The room was clean and modern. Gabriella is a very friendly and helpful host, we felt very comfortable with her. Despite the language barrier, we had some nice conversations :) The breakfast was varied and very tasty every day. In particular, the omelette and cappuccino were very good :) The common room and terrace were also very cozy for playing a game or toasting to the vacation with a glass of wine. Great accommodation and definitely recommended! Thank you for the wonderful time, Gabriella.

We stayed for 2 nights at the B&B, clean, welcoming, minimalist and modern decor. Upon arrival, we pleasantly noticed the welcome message written on the board in the breakfast area as well as the warm welcome from Gabriella, an excellent hostess and valuable in her advice, in addition to the care she puts into preparing breakfast with quality products. The location is certainly great for those arriving by train or by car. Adjacent to the property is a public parking area where you can leave your car. The city center is a 20-minute walk away, the station is 10 minutes away. Additionally, for any needs, there is a shopping center 10 minutes away.

Excellent stay at B&B Acqua Dolce. Very clean and functional! Large room, excellent bedding. Large terrace with a beautiful view. Impeccable bathroom, Gabriella is a golden host! Even though the apartment is not in the center, it is 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot. It is very easy to explore the surroundings. We highly recommend this B&B.

Gabriella welcomed us warmly and explained the 'rules' of the apartment very clearly. Bottles of water, coffee/tea available for guests, she let us choose what we would prefer to eat for breakfast. Extremely clean room and equipped with necessary amenities, everything to feel at home. Thank you for everything!

Very good value for money! Gabriella is a very kind host and she gives you loads of options about what to do around Lake Como. The apartment was all we need: private sleeping room and shower, a common balcony for breakfast and a fridge for some of our food and icepacks. Would definitely recommend!

Gabriella and Romano were the most accommodating hosts, extremely helpful and very friendly. They suggested some excellent places to visit when we first arrived. The apartment was modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The apartment is a 5-10 minute bus ride from the center of Lecco. There is a Lidl supermarket just across the road which is ideal for buying snacks etc when you go for a day trip to the beautiful landmarks on the lake. Absolutely wonderful, we will return there again.

We have had an amazing stay at B&B Acqua Dolce. The room was spacious with an air-conditioning and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Everything was really comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with everything we could ever imagine. Communication with Gabriela worked perfectly, every our question and need was immediately answered. The hosts Gabriella and Romana are really kind and charming. The breakfast we enjoyed every morning was great and very elaborate. I would really recommend staying here. The place is not in the middle of the center, but it is conveniently located, as the bus stop is a one minute walk, the train station is nearby and you can easily reach the center in 10 minutes. The accommodation was superb, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. On the balcony you can really enjoy the surroundings and the place has a more local feel which makes you experience Italy better.

Highly recommended structure! Unfortunately, it is not possible to rate the manager and the structure beyond 10 but they deserve 100! Cleanliness, order, dedication, availability, and courtesy are the strong points of the manager and B&B! The structure is brand new and functional: efficient bathrooms, abundant power sockets (which is not obvious!) relaxing environment equipped with every comfort. The small terrace is lovely and overlooks directly the Versasio; the structure is located in a decentralized area compared to the lakeside of Lecco but is only a few meters away from the Piani d'Erna and the Resegone and is excellent for those who love to enjoy a trip on Lake Como in absolute tranquility and away from the chaos of the city center. But what about the manager Gabriella? Knowing Gabriella is like meeting a friend, a lovely person always ready to help you! Her availability is unmatched! Her breakfast, then, is excellent: delicious omelettes, always fresh bread, great juices, coffee, cappuccinos, and delicious pastries. There is always water in the fridge and the option for a savory breakfast as well. Well done, well done, well done. If you are looking for a structure in the Lake Como area with an excellent value for money, the B&B Acqua Dolce is absolutely the right choice for you!

Leaving the B&B Acqua Dolce is like getting off a Costa Cruises ship after a 'want to go back' trip. \n\nI had a great time, comfortable and welcoming structure, well heated and furnished with remarkable taste. \n\nGabriella is a truly exceptional 'girl from the twentieth century,' cute, kind, and friendly, who takes care of every detail, from the Sambonet cutlery (I would have stolen them) to the sheets matching the room's distinctive colors. \n\nMore than once I found her (Gabriella) very helpful in solving the inevitable problems of staying in a city (LECCO) you don't know. \n\nIn conclusion, deserves all the high ratings up to 10. \n\nWell done Gabriella, don't change, same shore same Lake. \n\nBest regards from Santo Roccheri.

Everything really excellent, both the structure, brand new, and the cleanliness. Strategic location 2 minutes' walk from the hospital and for those arriving by car near the B&B there is parking even in the white lines. Then Gabriella, the landlady, is helpful and very kind, she has that extra touch! I will definitely come back.

B&B completely new, renovated apartment, very clean, very welcoming, with free Wifi, in a strategic position just 200 meters from the hospital. Quiet area, you have the keys to come in and out at will. The owner, Gabriella, is the epitome of cordiality and availability. She picked me up when I arrived in Lecco, recommended a great restaurant for dinner, prepared a personalized breakfast, gave me a free bottle of water and offered an afternoon coffee. What can I say, small things that make you feel good.
