Just a short walk from the center of Menaggio, a renowned international tourist destination located on the picturesque Lake Como, we will be delighted to welcome you in a cozy and familiar atmosphere that we hope will make you feel "at home" even during your vacation. Our B&B offers two comfortable rooms: the Blue room and the Le Rose room.
Both rooms have recently been renovated and, through a French door, you will have access to the terrace. The floors and walls have just been finished and treated with certified eco-friendly Ecolabel products, ensuring the absence of harmful substances in the air. The beds are equipped with new hypoallergenic mattresses with memory foam lining, to ensure maximum comfort during your rest.
To keep you refreshed during the hotter days, the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, providing a pleasant breeze without harming the environment. Each room has a private bathroom, guaranteeing maximum privacy and convenience.
Furthermore, we offer free and unlimited Wi-Fi connection in all areas of the house, so you can always stay connected during your stay.

This is a beautiful property that is clean, has modern bathrooms, and is conveniently located to the charming town of Menaggio. Ana is a kind host and an amazing chef. The bedrooms, gardens, and sitting area have gorgeous views. Highly recommend for exploring the Lake Como area.

For those looking for peace and tranquility with a breathtaking view, 'B&B A Casa di Anna' is the perfect place! A little piece of paradise managed by the sweet Mrs. Anna. The breakfast prepared by her was always abundant, and the homemade bread, pastries, and jam were a delight. Moreover, the bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness always top-notch. Ten out of ten!

Anna and her family are friendly, wonderful hosts. Their B&B was perfect for our family (myself, husband, adult daughter, and mother-in-law). The location and views are incredible, and it's an easy walk everywhere in the town. We will absolutely stay here again, and we hope it's soon! We miss Anna's homemade pastries and pizza!

We were with three adults and our little dog, so we booked both rooms at B&B A Casa di Anna. Anna warmly welcomed us when we arrived. During our four-night stay, we really felt at home with her and her husband Riccardo. They are very kind and helpful. Both rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, and they both have a small terrace. The rooms can be accessed from a private corridor, so it really feels like you have your own space in the house. We had breakfast both inside and outside, and in both cases, you can enjoy a view of the lake. Breakfast was very good and mainly homemade (croissants, bread, cake...).

Anna and Ricardo were brilliant, very attentive and responsive to our every question and needs. Their property is very charming and homey. The breakfast was amazing, there would always be so much food. When the weather is good, you can take the breakfast outside, and the vibes are great. The place is also just a short walk to the center and ferry docks too. All was fantastic - would definitely recommend!

We had a great time during our stay! Location: The house is located only a few minutes' walk from the center of Menaggio. View: Great view towards Lake Como, especially from the garden. The living room has a large window directly overlooking the lake. Room: The room and bathroom were clean and quiet at night. Vibe: We were there for a few days during our workation. The wifi was strong enough for video meetings without any background noise from the street. Nice working atmosphere especially from the living room. Breakfast: Loved the breakfast! Lots of delicious homemade food from Anna & Riccardo. Parking: We were lucky with the parking situation as we were allowed to park right in front of the house, which was quite convenient as we had lots of luggage. You should check the situation with Anna in advance if you travel by car and have lots of heavy luggage. In summary, highly recommended accommodation! We would definitely return.

Anna is a fabulous host. Her breakfast illustrates how attentive she is with guests. We stayed here for two days with me having a diet restriction of being vegan, she accommodated it very well and remembered our preferred drink preference in the morning. Everything is clean and up to date in the house. It’s cozy and very private in your own room. I wish we could stay longer it was so nice.

I cannot recommend this bed and breakfast enough, Anna and Riccardo are friendly and attentive hosts who would go above and beyond to accommodate you. There are two rooms - the blue room and the “woody” room. The main difference is that the blue room has an ensuite bathroom inside the bedroom while the “woody” room has a private bathroom just outside the bedroom door, so no need to share bathrooms. The rooms are also pretty big and spacious. Despite not having air conditioning and visiting during the summer heat, the rooms remain cool and breezy, making it very comfortable to sleep at night. The bed was comfortable and the rooms are cleaned every day. The best part of the stay, in my opinion, is breakfast; Anna and Riccardo would prepare a spread and serve us drinks to our preference. The food was fresh and had great variety. We were given fresh organic tomatoes from their garden every day, and it was amazing. Additionally, the breakfast view from their front porch was the best. You could see Lake Como and the mountains from there. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Lake Como.

The hospitality of Anna and Riccardo is, together with the breakfast, the main reason to choose this B&B. Comfortable bed, bathroom a bit outdated. Every morning a nice extra at breakfast, which you can enjoy in the garden with a nice view. If you are traveling by car, it can be difficult to find a place to park, but again, Anna and Ricardo are very helpful, even when the battery was low. The only downside was that the fan couldn't handle the heat.

The BEST B&B I have ever encountered in my life. The room is so clean and comfortable and it has the best view of Menaggio. The host is so kind and nice, and breakfast was just amazing. I want to go back to Italy just to visit this place again. 10000 times better than 5-star hotels.

Can't say enough good things about the hosts, the breakfast, and the home itself. You can tell that Anna's childhood home was lovingly restored to share with visitors. The room was spacious, as was our private bathroom. There is wonderful outdoor space with seating areas, fascinating plants including fruit trees and flowers where you can enjoy breakfast or lounge on your balcony listening to the church bells and birds. The views from the breakfast room, balconies, and gardens are amazing, and the variety of breakfast foods was impressive, especially the home-baked goods and cheeses. Anna and her husband Ricardo went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and shared interesting information about the house and the area. The only reason we gave one 9 in our rating was because the traffic on the street made it a little scary when trying to walk with your luggage on the short part where there were no sidewalks. But the location is very convenient to the ferry, the bus stop, restaurants and waterfront. Mennagio is a lovely village with an historical walking tour and access to the greenway. It was very easy to get to the villa/garden tours in Bellagio and Varenna from here. We would definitely stay here again.

Anna’s B&B was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. It was located beautifully on top of a hill that overlooked the lake. It also was spotless. Anna was very welcoming and was super available/happy to give advice for travel around the lake. The breakfast was delicious and she set it up outside so we could sit in the sun and look at the lake as we ate. It was a 12/10 experience. Highly highly recommend staying in Anna’s B&B!

We had a great stay at B&B A Casa di Anna! Her welcome was very pleasant (and in French!), the room we stayed in was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake, as was the very good and plentiful breakfast with quality products (including very good homemade cakes). Anna gave us excellent advice both for restaurants and outings: she has a lot of information on hikes and walks to do around Menaggio, no need to go to the tourist office! The B&B is ideally located near the center of Menaggio (restaurants, ferry, etc.), everything can be done on foot. Thank you again for this stay!

We were welcomed by Anna and her husband Riccardo, two lovely and warm people. They were very helpful with advice on sightseeing and restaurants. The room is located in their house, which is very spacious, functional but also very unique and above all has an excellent value for money. Breakfast is included, Anna takes care of it and it was simply magical for the products offered but also for the outdoor setting with a view of the lake. And a plus for the parking space that saved us many back and forth trips! We highly recommend this charming B&B for a stay on Lake Como.

A few days of break, the ideal is to go to a bed and breakfast where among other things what we like the most is the homely atmosphere that is breathed, a bit like having a second home... Here unfortunately we felt like intruders. Appreciable cleanliness, breakfast with homemade products, and the location with a lake view (but the lack of reserved parking is a problem). It's understandable that the bathroom looks like the one my grandmother had 60 years ago, and it's understandable that the intercom is not working properly... or maybe not? It would be acceptable if you had the key to enter and exit freely, instead no. When you arrive, you ring and wait outside the gate for Anna to come and open, the distrust towards the “guests” is evident, “I won't give you the key, wait for me to open it”, fine, at least I lock the room where I sleep and take that key with me, “no, you have to leave the room key here”, might as well leave it open. This evident distrust is very annoying and embarrassing, I understand that there are many bad people in the world but if you don't trust your customers, you shouldn't even let them in.

Ovviamente rispettiamo la sua opinione ma ci consenta di risponderle con il solo scopo di chiarire alcune contestazioni da lei mosse. Purtroppo nessuna delle criticità da lei elencate ci è stata segnalata durante il vostro soggiorno presso la nostra struttura. In tal caso avremmo fatto tutto il possibile per attuare i provvedimenti del caso al fine di assicurarvi la migliore esperienza durante la vostra vacanza. Ma comprendiamo anche il fatto che, per alcune persone, sia più facile esprimersi liberamente usando una tastiera che attraverso il semplice dialogo diretto. La cosa che più ci dispiace è che lei abbia percepito come "diffidenza" alcune procedure dettate da semplice necessità operativa o da problemi tecnici indipendenti dalla nostra volontà. Il parcheggio privato singolo di nostra proprietà posto all'ingresso del B&B, come segnaliamo all'atto di richiesta o di prenotazione, viene messo a disposizione per le operazioni di arrivo e partenza, in modo da consentire agli ospiti di entrambe le camere di accedere alla struttura con il bagaglio. Come avrà potuto constatare, nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti parcheggi pubblici gratutiti. Lei sostiene che non ci fidiamo dei nostri ospiti. Allora come spiega la decisione di aver aperto un B&B, con accesso unico e condiviso e non con ingressi indipendenti, dentro la casa in cui viviamo con i nostri figli e il nostro cane? Se chiediamo di lasciare la chiave della camera quando si esce dalla struttura, è al solo scopo di indicare che la camera è libera e consentirci di accedere nella zona B&B per riassetto e pulizia o per accedere alle altre stanze private. Il tutto evitando di disturbare i nostri ospiti quando presenti. È una procedura standard in moltissime strutture ricettive anche alberghiere, non certo qualcosa di nostra invenzione. Tant'è che lei è il primo ospite che si lamenta di questo. Il nostro citofono, come altri nella zona, ha subito delle scariche atmosferiche che hanno danneggiato qualche componente. Con l'aiuto di personale tecnico competente ne abbiamo riattivato quasi totalmente le funzioni e a breve contiamo di riuscire a riattivare anche l'apertura a distanza del cancello. Nel frattempo sopperiamo con una breve e salutare corsetta. Non appena gli ospiti suonano in pochi secondi siamo al cancello ad accoglierli con un sorriso. Devo dire che nessuno (eccettuato lei) ha mai percepito la cosa come un atto di diffidenza. Anzi! Al contrario. Molto spesso la breve discesa lungo la scalinata si trasforma in una piacevole occasione di dialogo e socializzazione tra gestore e ospite. Si fa il bilancio della giornata, qualche commento sulla cena, i programmi per il giorno seguente.. Non basterebbe dire che ho vissuto un Bellissimo soggiorno, anzi, ma soprattutto un esperienza indimenticabile!
Ho incontrato dei padroni di casa eccezionali, delle Bellissime persone, sempre disponibili con il sorriso ad ogni momento. La camera era molto pulita e confortevole, la colazione è deliziosa e abbondantissima, tutto fatto in casa, godendosi la vista incantevole sul lago. Un vero piccolo Paradiso.

Les petits-déjeuners sont copieux et excellents, un mélange sucré/salé de qualité avec des pâtisseries maison.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Anna! Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, et ses gateaux fait-maison délicieux. La literie était super aussi, le matelas et les oreillers sont très comfortables!
Le B&B est très bien placé, ni trop proche de la route (beaucoup de circulation au bord du lac), ni trop loin du centre de Menaggio (a 3min seulement du bord du lac). Enfin, Anna est une personne extrèmement gentille et attentionnée, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!

Our stay at A Casa Di Anna was most enjoyable, with a lovely and attentative host.
Anna looked after us very well, and kept our rooms clean & tidy throughout.
The breakfast was continental (which we did get used to), plenty of bread, cheese, jams, fruit etc. and some delicious home made cakes. It is only a short walk to the centre of Menaggio and from there you can explore all of Lake Como (by bus or boat). We would certainly recommend staying with Anna (and Ricardo plus their dog Aral), whenever visiting this area. Thank you again Anna.

What a gem, there is no need to look any further when finding a place to stay by Lake Como, it would be impossible to find anything better. Anna is so welcoming and friendly with a great sense of humour, a very warm person who cannot do to much - it was like staying with a friend. As a bed and breakfast, the bed was very comfortable and the room specious, whilst the breakfast was amazing - home made bread, cakes, frittata and fruit from her garden, all served in the garden overlooking the lake (with her friendly dog for company if you wanted. Anything you wanted, or didn't want, Anna would make sure you it was there for you.
From arrival to leaving, Anna would be there to help, with advice on where to go, what to see, and how to get there. On hot days she gave you cold water on your return, and as we stayed a while, a bottle of local wine. Everything we needed on holiday was there, from umbrellas to hair dryers, train timetables to walking guides, enabling you to relax and enjoy your stay in a beautiful place - needless to say we cannot recommend her bed and breakfast enough, and will definitely return. Thank you Anna for a lovely holiday.

Anna was a really lovely host and was always there to attend to any needs we had. I was unfortunately unwell whilst I was there and she brought me cups of tea and food to help me feel better! The place is immaculate and there is a beautiful view from the garden. A little walk up the hill with our cases but it wasn't too bad. Good value for money compared to our hotel on the first night in Menaggio (Grand Hotel Victoria). The room was very spacious too and she set up a lovely cot for our baby (and also provided a high chair).

A 5mn à pied du centre de Menaggio le B&B A Casa di Anna est bien situé. L'emplacement pour charger et décharger la voiture est très utile avant d'aller stationner plus loin. La maison domine le lac avec une jolie vue, parfaite pour le copieux petit déjeuner pris sur la terrasse au jardin (les gâteaux d'Anna sont très bons). La chambre Bleue grande et propre comporte un grand lit confortable et une vaste salle de bain. Balcon avec vue partielle sur le lac.

Anna made us feel very welcome in her beautiful home. We stayed in the newly furnished rose room with very nice linens and updated bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with freshly baked breads, sliced meats and cheeses. It is a short walk to the dock for the ferry to Bellagio or Varenna, but more relaxing to stay in Menaggio without the crowds. Highly recommend!

Anna est une hôte extremement sympathique et vous accueille en français.
Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une belle déco.
Une vue merveilleuse de la terrasse ou est servi le petit déjeuner (copieux avec des produits de la région et des gâteaux maison).
Le parking gratuit est très pratique mais il faut rouler doucement pour le trouver dans la rue en pente
je vous recommande vivement la casa di Anna.

Anna nous a très bien accueilli et est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Le petit déjeuner dans le jardin avec vue sur le lac est copieux et nous a fait notamment découvrir les fromages régionaux et les gâteaux maison ! Seul petit bémol: la chambre et la salle de bain quoique spacieuses sont un peu vieillottes. Le tarif est dans la fourchette haute pour un B&B.
