The apartment located on the eighth and top floor was completely renovated in 2025 and consists of a kitchen with a living area, a balcony, a bathroom with a window, and a bedroom. It features fiber optic Wi-Fi.
The living area connected to the kitchen includes a sofa bed and a 50-inch smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. There is also a capsule espresso machine, along with a full set of cutlery, plates, glasses, and pots. The kitchen opens up to the balcony.
The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet, bidet, and a washer/dryer. The bedroom includes a bed measuring 140 cm x 195 cm and a walk-in closet.

The apartment, recently renovated, is perfect for two people. It has a small entrance with a useful wardrobe to store travel items, a cozy and fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a balcony with a wide view stretching from Milan to the Alps. The bathroom, with a nice shower, and the bedroom are smaller but pleasant and fully supplied with everything you might need, including a walk-in closet and a chest of drawers. The property is clean, warm and tidy, with many small comforts, and fairly quiet despite its location. Another advantage is the proximity of the metro stop. The management was very attentive to our requests, with a cordiality and kindness that are not easy to find. We thank you.
