In a quiet residential area, a few steps from the beach and about 2 km from the historic center of Sirmione, this bright apartment for 5 people is located in a villa Bed and Breakfast with large garden and swimming pool. The apartment consists of an independent entrance, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a well equipped kitchen. Additional facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and television. A large shared terrace offers seating and a view of the lake and pool. The owners of the villa - mother, aunt and daughter - are happy to answer guests' questions and hope that they will feel at home. In less than 5 minutes walk you can reach the beach. Various restaurants, bars and shops are within a 10-15 minute walk.
