In just 10 minutes on foot you can reach:
- Forum Assago Milanofiori
-NH Milanofiori Congress Centre
-Repower Theater.

Downstairs you will find restaurants, bakery, ice cream parlor, bar, grocery store, bank, pharmacy and carabinieri.

10 minutes by car from the Humanitas hospital and San Paolo.

Great stay: The host is unparalleled, always present and available, provides all the information and responds to every need. The house is spacious and very clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is excellent for both concerts at the Forum, which means no long hours in the car after the concert, and for reaching Milan since the metro is near the Forum. Moreover, being in the center of Assago, there is every necessity, from the bar to the pharmacy, including the pub that has its kitchen open until one o'clock, so after the concert, it's top. Highly recommended!

The place is really nice, very clean. The owner is very helpful. If you need to go to a concert, the hotel is a 20-minute walk away, so it's close. The cafeteria downstairs is very good, the staff is kind. Try the ice creams, they are delicious. The only thing to change is the olive oil that was already expired, but nothing serious. I recommend this place.

Super new and comfortable apartment. Very large room and sofa bed more comfortable than we expected! Great location for those like us who have to go to the Assago Forum, super quiet area! The breakfast bar staff not very friendly but unfortunately it does not depend on the owner, Alessio, who was very kind and gave us all the information to enter (very clear).

Highly recommended. I spent 4 days here, choosing it as a base for attending a course held nearby. So I left the apartment early in the morning and returned late in the afternoon. The apartment is not very big but is very well organized and seems to have been recently renovated. It is equipped with air conditioning and autonomous heating, located on the first floor (without an elevator) of a building inside a private courtyard, accessed from a pedestrian area, making it very quiet, peaceful, and livable. Less than 50 meters away, there are several free parking spaces and the area is well served by public transport, with the proximity of many services: within a radius of 100 meters, all easily reachable on foot, you can find restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, public parks, tobacco shops, bars, veterinarians, banks. The kitchen is equipped with an espresso machine. The cleanliness of the apartment is excellent. The included breakfast can be enjoyed in two of the bars adjacent to the entrance, and in both places, I was served very cordially. The quality of the products served is also very high. It was a very pleasant stay, I will definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Apartment in a nice area of Assago, very convenient both to reach the Forum and to the center of Milan. Clean and with all the services of a home, the soap dispensers in the shower are also convenient. Alessio was more than helpful in illustrating the various transportation options... highly recommended!

Located in a building that does not do justice to the Appartamento Assago Forum, the latter instead proves to be absolutely valid and essential. Furnished and equipped, with a beautiful flooring in white and shiny tiles, it shows to be much more spacious than it might initially seem. Friendly, courteous, and helpful owner.
