The Garden Ville apartments are 3 one bedroom apartments, 3 two bedrooms apartments and one studio located in Lugana, a village in the municipality of Sirmione, in an excellent location near the lake. They are set in a complex with a beautiful swimming pool (25x12m) and a huge and very well-kept garden. They are all close to each other and are therefore suitable for large groups and families. All of them have air-co and free Wifi.

Thanks to their excellent location the apartments are the ideal starting point for visiting the parks and for excursions on the lake and art itineraries.

The car is not necessary, the area is very well served by public transport.

The 2 bedrooms apartments are located on the ground floor and have a very large terrace with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. They have a surface of about 70 m2 and can accommodate 7 people. They consist of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with double sofa bed or 2 single beds (7th bed located in one of the 2 bedrooms), equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, large terrace furnished with garden furniture.

Air conditioning, LED TV and gas central heating. There are 3 one bedroom apartments, 2 of them are located on the first floor and 1 on the second floor.

The studio has a surface of about 35 m2. It is small but quiet, romantic and well-equipped. Ideal for couples but also for small families. It is located on the second floor under roof and has a large very private and quiet roof terrace.
