The Garden Ville apartments are 3 one bedroom apartments, 3 two bedrooms apartments and one studio located in Lugana, a village in the municipality of Sirmione, in an excellent location near the lake. They are set in a complex with a beautiful swimming pool (25x12m) and a huge and very well-kept garden. They are all close to each other and are therefore suitable for large groups and families. All of them have air-co and free Wifi.
Thanks to their excellent location the apartments are the ideal starting point for visiting the parks and for excursions on the lake and art itineraries.
The car is not necessary, the area is very well served by public transport.
The 2 bedrooms apartments are located on the ground floor and have a very large terrace with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. They have a surface of about 70 m2 and can accommodate 7 people. They consist of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with double sofa bed or 2 single beds (7th bed located in one of the 2 bedrooms), equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, large terrace furnished with garden furniture.

Located in a strategic and central position, it is easy to reach the train stations for train travel or important tourist places for car travel. The structure is part of a well-kept park with a communal pool where the residents are welcoming and kind.

Beautiful village, very large, with pools and overlooking the lake. Ideal for a weekend or a vacation in total relaxation. Very clean, tidy apartment equipped with every comfort and necessity. Professional and friendly staff. I will definitely come back.

Nice quiet location. Lovely pool but a few unusual house rules. No swimming between 1 and 3 and swimming caps to be worn at all times. The garden area is immaculate and plenty of garden furniture for guests to use. The apartment was large enough and although a little outdated was comfortable. Our host Elana was first class and was available 24/7 which was outstanding service.
