Clean and comfortable apartment with excellent value for money, in the town center, within walking distance to public transport, the shopping center, bars, supermarkets, banks, pizzerias, etc. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment has all the necessary services. We needed accommodation near the Humanitas Center to easily and quickly access the hospital and we found the Deani Apartments that guaranteed us all this. From here, you can reach Humanitas in 10 minutes by car, often even on foot, and at the same time, you are very close to shops, bars, restaurants, and a beautiful shopping center. Great location! The apartments are very clean and equipped with everything you need. We were very comfortable, and for us, it was very important because we felt at home. The hostesses were very kind, very quick to let us in, and very helpful with all kinds of information. What can I say: all this made our stay much easier to assist our daughter, allowing us to be very close to her but also to have an excellent base to live. Highly recommended!

Cozy and clean apartment in a strategic location for our needs. Quiet at night but not during the day due to the presence of a nursery school in front. Unfortunately, we cannot give a satisfactory rating to the manager's hospitality as, despite expressing our needs from the first day, they did not hesitate to send us away to accommodate another guest without finding us an alternative arrangement.

Grazie mille signora Merlin per la sua recensione. Siamo spiacenti che ritenga che non siamo venuti incontro alle sue esigenze e che lei pensi che l'abbiamo mandata via... ma non è stato così. Lei ha confermato e pagato per una settimana indicandoci che "forse" avrebbe avuto bisogno di qualche giorno in più e quindi noi anche senza certezza abbiamo tenuto libero per lei l'appartamento per una ulteriore settimana. Abbiamo detto di no a chi ci contattava per non crearle disagi nel caso in cui avesse dovuto aggiungere qualche notte. Non so in quanti lo avrebbero fatto. Ma noi lo abbiamo fatto perché sapevamo che lei, così come purtroppo la maggior parte dei nostri ospiti, era da noi per esigenze particolari. Oltre quel periodo avevamo già altre prenotazioni (capirà che non potevamo tenere l'appartamento libero per lei per mesi senza nessun tipo di garanzia da parte sua). Purtroppo poi ha chiesto di allungare ulteriormente e noi non avevamo più posto. Non l'abbiamo mandata via senza proporle una sistemazione alternativa. Le abbiamo proposto un altro appartamento a pochi passi ma lei ha detto che era inaccettabile per lei fare la valigia e cambiare. Abbiamo anche contattato le persone dell'altra prenotazione per dare a loro l'altra sistemazione, ma per un problemi personali quell'appartamento non faceva al caso loro e noi abbiamo ovviamente onorato la prenotazione così come abbiamo fatto con lei e facciamo sempre con i nostri ospiti. Mi creda che più di cosi non sapevamo davvero che fare. Siamo comunque dispiaciute che sia incorsa in questo disagio (risolvibile se avesse prenotato un soggiorno più lungo anziché solo una settimana per poi aggiungere all'ultimo poche notti alla volta) e siamo comunque liete che si sia trovata bene nell'appartamento. Per quanto riguarda l'asilo sinceramente ci riteniamo fortunati ad affacciare su un asilo anziché su una via di ritrovo di sbandati o su qualche locale rumoroso. Grazie ancora e le auguriamo davvero con sincerità che sia andato tutto bene e che siate potuti rientrare a casa.

Very satisfied with the choice made. Very attentive and helpful owners, well-kept and clean apartment, with perfectly functioning air conditioning and wifi. I have been a guest at Appartamenti Deani for work reasons for quite some time. Well, what can I say? If I had to say what I didn't like, I would answer: nothing; if instead I had to say what I liked, I would say: everything. The staff is incredibly kind. The location is optimal. Not to mention the cleanliness, which is top-notch. I was extremely happy, if not more, to have stayed here. Hope to see you again soon.

Nice and bright apartment, equipped with all comforts, a stone's throw from the bank, bar, pharmacy, supermarket, and very close to the Fiordaliso shopping center and cinema. The landladies are extremely helpful and kind, really nice people, I will definitely come back, I recommend it.

We had a great time. Clean and functional rooms. Comfortable beds, we slept well. Mrs. Cosetta is kind and ready to satisfy every request. I highly recommend.

I stayed at Appartamenti Deani in Via Serio, 2. I felt very comfortable and at ease from the beginning, thanks also to the wonderful and very human and very friendly person who is Mrs. Cosetta, who welcomes with elegance and availability, always attentive to the needs of the guest. Very clean and cozy apartment, located in a quiet area where you can find nearby shopping centers, supermarket, bank, and post office. You can move very easily with public transport located a few meters from home.

We stayed in the Deani Apartments at 2 Serio Street during the Christmas period. We had a great time. The small apartment has everything you need for a short stay, the location is strategic as it is well served by public transport (tram no. 15) both to reach IEO and to reach Milan. In the immediate vicinity, there is a supermarket, a bakery, and more. The owner, Mrs. Cosetta, is extraordinary, sensitive, and attentive to the needs of the guests. Thank you again Mrs. Cosetta for making us feel at home! We highly recommend these apartments.

I stayed in a studio at Appartamenti Deani in the month of May. I found a courteous base and support from the lady I had only spoken to on the phone, but she did not disappoint. Excellent location, especially for those like me who needed to take transportation to get to the IEO Institute. The neighborhood is quiet and served by all services. Excellent in terms of cleanliness, highly recommend it.

Very convenient for those who need to go to the nearby hospitals and need support. Very close to a supermarket. Clean and well-organized place, managers very helpful with the different requests of the customers, in fact, I would like to thank them once again for the help they gave us.

The welcome from the owner is very familiar, we felt like at our own home. We will come back in September as soon as the IEO informs us about the hospitalization date, we really enjoyed it!

A short distance from the tram stop, ideal for reaching the Humanitas Clinic. Also nearby is a large shopping center, a supermarket, post office, pharmacy, bank, and all other necessary services. The owner welcomed us warmly and with great availability.

I was fortunate to find accommodation in this establishment, lovingly managed by the owner, a lovely person who will welcome you with a splendid smile, available at any time and always nearby. You feel at home. The establishment is very clean and well connected by public transport. Just a stone's throw from the Fiordaliso shopping center and 10 minutes by public transport from the Humanitas clinic.
