The place was good. The host did not give us any information about the breakfast. I did not get breakfast at all. Nobody knew where the breakfast was supposed to be served. They are extremely skimpy with the supplies. I was at the place for 5 days, I got two paper cups the first day and that was it.

After a horrendous experience with an Airbnb property, we had to find alternative accommodation quickly. We booked this Hotel and it was the best decision we made. Just wished we had booked it first. Great location for visiting the Navigli nightlife (5-minute walk) and the same distance from the nearest Metro Station. Rooms are spotless and the property is extremely secure. Great host and couldn't have been nicer to us following our horrible experience. Would definitely recommend if anyone is thinking of staying in this brilliant area of Milan.

The accommodation is located in the super fun Navigli area. The coziest area of Milan, if it depends on us. The rooms are very spacious. The bathroom could use some renovation but it is still clean and useful. The host could have been nicer, since he was not very friendly upon the arrival but it did the trick.

This is not a Hotel, not even a Motel. There is no sign for the hotel. We couldn’t find the hotel even though we were at the same street using Google maps. We had to ask at restaurants in the area. Air conditioning is not working during our entire stay, even though we advised the owner Marc and his assistant on both of our stays. No change for bathroom towels if you stayed less than 3 days. There is yellow stuff in the corner of the bathtub, not sure if it’s mold or rust. When you shower water falls on the floor making it so slippery so with the no change towel policy there wasn’t much we could use to clean it up. Water bottles are only provided on the first day. Lastly, the downstairs is pretty noisy and the walls are quite thin. Overall, the stay wasn’t very pleasant and I would not recommend staying here.

Good location, just a few minutes from the subway. In 20 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Duomo. The apartments are brand new and equipped with everything you may need. The host is very kind and helpful. Upon arrival, they even provided us with small bottles of water.

The place was big. Plenty of room. It was 5 minutes from the metro. It has a bathroom... big. It was clean. It has a small kitchen. Dishes, microwave, and a stove. The host was pleasant but there is no reception all day and night. There is a bar downstairs.

Located near the Navigli and a 5-minute walk from the metro stop. Piazza Duomo is also reachable on foot with a 30-minute walk. The room was ready upon my arrival (1 hour before check-in) and this allowed me to gain time to visit the city. The manager is friendly.

Staff was pleasant. Room was up to date and clean. Close proximity to the canals. About a 25-minute walk to the Cathedral. Only issue I had (which is not really in the host's control) was outside noise. The windows didn't keep a whole lot of noise out.

The hotel is very centrally located - you can reach everything on foot from there. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars characterize this district. However, this automatically means a higher noise level. Early in the morning, the garbage collection was in action and emptied the glass containers. However, since we were there over New Year's Eve and sleep was not the top priority, we were able to deal with it well. Check-in was uncomplicated and Marko very nice and accommodating! The hotel is clean, the rooms well furnished. We did not use breakfast, so we cannot give a rating on that. Unusually good for Italy was the super good water pressure in the shower! For a short city trip, we would choose this hotel again.

Located in the Navigli area, in a very convenient area for bars and getting around the city. Comfortable, clean, and very charming. The staff is friendly and helpful (they gave us great tips on the local bars).

Beautiful location, just a stone's throw from the Navigli and Porta Genova metro. Well-kept, clean environment, Wi-Fi throughout the property, and super friendly and welcoming staff. In the room, I found water bottles available to me. I reached the Duomo in 15 minutes on foot. I highly recommend it.

Spacious, bright, and large room. Comfortable and large bed. Central area and well connected to reach the main zones of the city of Milan. It was a wonderful discovery. We will definitely come back.
