Description
Our B&B "Al Pozzo" is located in a renovated old farmhouse directly on the road that leads to the basilica of S. Pietro Al Monte, a jewel of Romanesque art (10th-11th century) and, continuing, to our magnificent mountains including Monte Cornizzolo, a famous take-off point for paragliding.
It is 3 minutes away from the cliff where climbers can find different levels of difficulty.
There are easy connections to Milan, Como, Bergamo, Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and Switzerland; just 4km away is Lecco, a wonderful city on Lake Como described by A. Manzoni in "The Betrothed".
We are Barbara and Beppe, a young couple, with two children Ale and Franci, who love the mountains and nature. We have a vegetable garden with organic vegetables, two dogs, and there is also a stable with about twenty goats.. with their milk we produce a delicious cheese that you can taste at breakfast and possibly in the typical family restaurant in our structure.. where you can comfortably dine without further travel.

The breakfast is usually continental and includes strictly homemade cakes, yogurt, organic jams produced almost always by me, whole grain bread, cereal, fruit or fruit salad, Nutella, cocoa, juices or packaged products.
Upon request, you can taste our delicious goat cheese, fresh eggs from our hens and various cold cuts.
Depending on the weather, you can enjoy breakfast inside the building in front of a beautiful fireplace or outside in the garden under a pergola with a breathtaking lake view!

We can only recommend this wonderful B & B! Barbara is the best host one could ask for and makes the most delicious breakfast! We spent 2 weeks there with two kids and it never got boring. Barbara had so many good ideas what to visit or where to go swimming/hiking/etc. We would defintivly come back. Thank you!

A wonderful place to stay. The house is located on the top of the hill, so you will enjoy lovely views eating amazing breakfast outside. The host might surprise you with a fresh baked cakes and will give many useful trips to spend a great time in the surroundings.

Super accueil Convivial de la part de Barbara et de son Mari, bonne situation géographique, même si le chemin est très étroit! Beaucoup d'échanges beaucoup de conseils (avisés) pour les visites et cerise sur le gateau restauration très très proche.

Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt in dem wunderschönen B&B.
Das Zimmer ist groß und schön und das Frühstück - bei gutem Wetter im Garten - ist sensationell.

Charmant rustikale Unterkunft mit liebevollen Details. Unten im Haus empfehlenswertes Restaurant.
Frühstücks war sehr reichhaltig und lecker.
Kurz vor der Unterkunft nur 1. 80 Meter Durchfahrt Breite. Am besten Auto unten Parken. Top Lage zum Wandern. Fühlten uns bei Barbara Herzlich aufgehoben. Toller Urlaub.

Auch wenn das B&B nicht leicht zu finden war, waren wir sehr positiv überrascht: wunderschönes B&B mit sehr gutem Restaurant im gleichen Gebäude, an einem tollen Wanderweg gelegen. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker! Das nächste Mal bleiben wir garantiert länger als nur eine Nacht!

Posto incantevole, proprio quello che stavo cercando.
Stanza grande con angolo cottura, per noi indispensabile (per il bimbo dai gusti difficili).
Avendo anche due cani siamo stati davvero felici di trovare un posto che ha accolto senza problemi anche loro.
Possibilità di fare tantissimi cose, passeggiate, visitare i borgh vicini, lago ecc.
Assolutamente consigliato! Inoltre voto 100 per la colazione! Torneremo!

Bellissima struttura, molto caratteristica, comoda e ben arredata.
Nella mia stanza c'erano travi a vista, un letto matrimoniale comodissimo, una zona cucina con frigo e necessario per cucinare, incluse tisane, caffè...
La colazione nel salone (bellissimo) al piano di sotto è stata spettacolare! Tutto ottimo dal salato al dolce.
I proprietari sono molto cortesi, disponibili, prodighi di informazioni, e dal grande calore umano.
L'atmosfera è molto tranquilla e familiare.
Mi piacerebbe tanto tornarci.

Barbara e sua figlia sono molto accoglienti. La camera è grande e ha anche una cucina in camera, buona per lunghi soggiorni. La casa di Barbara si trova in mezzo alla natura, bisogna parcheggiare l'auto fuori dalla proprietà, ma non lontano. Barbara ha preparato una colazione meravigliosa e abbondante, tutto molto buono. Torneremo sicuramente in estate.

Positivamente colpito dal paesaggio, dalla location, dalla natura circostante; detto questo, sembra davvero di trovarsi a casa di amici.
Amici accoglienti e disponibili al dialogo, qualora si avesse realmente desiderio di scambiare quattro chiacchiere in totale armonia e sincerità. Non c'è il business, il profitto prima di ogni altra priorità.
C'è una famiglia. Buona. Genuina.
Per chi ama restare nel silenzio e nella pace, Al Pozzo, resta di certo uno dei luoghi bucolici per eccellenza, che consiglio con tutto il cuore.

Posticino molto accogliente gestito da persone gentilissime e molto disponibili sia verso le persone che verso gli accompagnatori a quattro zampe. La casa è davvero carina, ottima pulizia e servizi, colazione assolutamente superlativa.
Siamo stati qui due notti per visitare il lago di Como soggiornando in un posto defilato e tranquillo ed abbiamo scoperto di essere in un luogo perfetto per una vacanza nel verde.
Un ringraziamento speciale quindi a Barbara da parte nostra e di Gilda.

Caratteristico Bed and Breakfast vicino al lago di Civate, con belle passeggiate e un ottimo ristorante vicino. La proprietaria si è dimostrata gentilissima nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze di famiglia con una bambina piccola, ben oltre le nostre aspettative. La colazione è superlativa, con prodotti locali e freschi, varia e molto abbondante, servita nel caratteristico portico che dà sul giardino.

Ottimo sotto tutti punti di vista! Un po' imboscato, raggiungibile solo a piedi (in salita) per via di alcuni lavori in corso (che finiranno naturalmente), ma per 25€ hai addirittura l'angolo cottura oltre ad una stanza matrimoniale carinissima. Tv al plasma, bagno confortevole e Barbara (la titolare) è una persona squisita. consigliatissimo se avete qualche caro ricoverato a "la nostra famiglia" di Bosisio Parini (come capitato a me) o in una qualunque struttura sanitaria della zona. Dista una decina di minuti ed evitate di spendere minimo 80-100 € negli hotel della zona.
P.s. la colazione è prevista, ma io non ho avuto il tempo di farla quindi non ho potuto valutarla.
