Description
Our farmhouse is situated in a convenient, lush green location, at the doors of romantic Lake Iseo (only 1km away) and the Franciacorta wine region, an hour far from Milan and 20min from Milan-Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport. We welcome tourists, visitors, bikers and businessmen in our themed rooms with private bathroom and view on our green property, offering our typical products at breakfast, with the possibility of buying them in our outlet shop.

The rooms, in contry style, are equipped with internet wifi connection, air conditioning, satellite-tv, minibar. Dogs are welcome and bike rental is free!

Our breakfast is reach in product coming from our own farm and other local farms. In particular you'll have: jams with and without sugar, fruit juice, yoghurt, cereals, cheese and local cutlery, fruit, bread and oven baked products, honey, butter, beyond of course normal drinks like coffee, tea, cappuccino etc.

You'll find all these product directly on you table, without needing to get up several times like in a buffet breakfast and so that you are able to peacefully enjoy this first important moment of the day.

Hello, I'm Giuliana, I'm 37 years old and has always had a passion for nature and animals.

My previous studies in foreign languages and my 10-year previous job dealing with tourist information, tourist promotion and welcoming tourists helped me to make my passion come true!
That's how in 2010, in the wonderful territory of Lake Iseo and Franciacorta, where I was born and which I love so much, I officially opened my farm. We grow 5 kinds of berries and decided soon afterwards to open a few rooms for tourists who want to visit our territory. The "agriturismo" is small but pleasant and family run, offering B&B service and the possibility of buy our products and those of nearby local farmers.

The room and bathroom are spacious and well equipped (mini fridge, hairdryer, armchairs). Convenient parking. A practical canopy at the entrance of the room, where we left our bicycles covered (they were also available to put them in their storage). The table breakfast is varied and excellent. Very courteous and helpful. Everything was perfect, we had a great time.

Very clean and comfortable room, located near Lake Iseo, the Torbiere del Sebino Nature Reserve and the numerous wineries of Franciacorta. The host was very hospitable and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

The location is along a busy SP road, causing a lot of noise, especially if you have the room closest to that road. It's a beautiful place, tastefully decorated, with a lovely garden that is a bit further from the busy road. The breakfast is fantastic, the table is set in a cozy way and full of goodies. The hostess speaks good English, so a friendly conversation is possible, her welcome is warm. The location is within walking distance from the lake. They were wonderful days at this location.

Very beautiful and relaxing structure, also convenient for those traveling with a dog. The owner is very kind and helpful, also in recommending restaurants where we can have dinner with our dog. The location is convenient as it is 15/20 minutes from Iseo. About 10/15 minutes from Cantina Barone Pizzini. The breakfast is generous and offers products of their own production such as jams and juices that are really very good. In the immediate vicinity, there is a restaurant/pizzeria called Sofia e viola that makes a delicious pizza. It is definitely an excellent solution to spend a few days on vacation.
