Atman, a Sanskrit term meaning "vital breath, soul, " began as a farmhouse and over time became a holistic center developed by Maurizio, who created and cherished it with the intention of leaving us all an environment where peace, silence, and nature bring the Wayfarer back to simplicity. Shortly before leaving us, he managed to complete "his labyrinth, " designed with a large central space to encourage encounters and the sharing of a journey.
It is also illuminated in the evening and features a brazier for sharing individual or group meditations and walks. Our center, with its 7 rooms, 2 apartments, and 2 Mongolian yurt tents, all equipped with the utmost comforts, is ideal for tourists seeking a relaxing, nature-filled vacation without sacrificing comfort. It also welcomes holistic groups who wish to spend a few days together following a path of personal growth (e. g., yoga, meditation, mindful breathing and walking, etc.).
At Atman, you'll also be accompanied by 432 Hz music and mantras played throughout the paths and plants. With ample parking available for guests, the center is set in a 40, 000-square-meter green area with large outdoor spaces for walking and/or exercising, amidst blueberry groves, olive trees, lavender, and plants of all kinds, from which we also make some of our homemade products: lavender and rosemary essential oils, and jams. Furthermore, even at night, with no light pollution, you can enjoy moonlit activities or simply lie down on our comfortable loungers and lose yourself in stargazing.

My dream was to manage a holistic agriturismo, where visitors don't just come to sleep and have excellent breakfasts made with natural products, but above all to experience a place born in peace and silence.
Guests find an atmosphere where they can reconnect with themselves, participate in meditation sessions, relax with crystal bells, or simply read a book from the many we recommend.
We are on a hill, 5 minutes from Lake Garda and close to the cycle path along the Mincio River, which connects Peschiera del Garda to Mantova.

We stayed in the Yurt, an extremely positive experience for both us adults and my daughters. We really enjoyed the greenery and tranquility of the place, the spectacular breakfast, and the extreme kindness of the lady who prepared it. A place to come back to!

A place that deserves its time to be enjoyed. Truly an oasis of peace. We stayed overnight in one of the two yurts on the property, good breakfast and everything perfectly taken care of.
