Bedizzole is a town in Brescia's large and great province that can boast an absolutely unique location and atmosphere. Its position makes it the gate to Lake Garda, Italy's largest lake, with which it shares the climate and the lively and dynamic atmosphere without, however, all of the traffic and crowds that characterize it especially during the summer.
Agriculture still plays an essential role in its economy and this explains the good degree of preservation of this area, which is the last outpost of Valtenesi, that is to say the hilly area overlooking the lake's banks in the province of Brescia.
This is a land that produces great wines (protected by the Garda Classico DOC mark), an extra virgin olive oil whose superior quality is renowned the world over as well as superb cooked and salted meats, cheeses, flour, truffles and honey: a complete range of food products that play the starring role in many wine and gastronomical events held during the year.

Breakfast is an important meal that helps us to face the day with the right energy. Agriturismo Macesina offers a buffet service rich in "ORGANIC" and "ZERO KM" products, both sweet and savory.
The bread and salt focaccia are made with our flour by a trusted baker located in Bedizzole.
The cookies are also produced with our flour, prepared in Odolo by the baker Benjamin Bazzoli, who has received multiple awards as best Italian Baker.
The pies are made in house by my daughter Elena.
Jams and marmalades are produced by a farm close to us, and the honey is an apiculture product of Boni of Bedizzole, which has received many "Golden Bee" quality awards.
The meats are from Marchesini di Bedizzole farm and the organic cheeses are from Cammino di Nuvolera farm.
The fresh milk is chosen from the Centrale del Latte di Brescia, which also supplies yogurt and butter.

The farm consists of 18 hectares of land, mostly contiguous, almost all owned by the family for several generations. For some years now, we have cultivated an olive grove here, planting 500 young olive trees of the Leccino variety with Pendolino as pollinators; the olives are still picked by hand and taken to the mill to maintain the quality of the olives and achieve an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
Other plots are dedicated to growing corn for producing typical Lake Garda flour for the local “polenta”, along with the alfalfa much appreciated by a herd of cattle in Padenghe del Garda. In February 2018, we began planting the vineyard, and soon we will have the wine of Macesina respecting production rules of Gardesan DOC wines.
The rest of the grounds are used as meadows for cultivating hay and grains on a rotating basis, in accordance with the principles of correct agricultural practice, because the earth is a loan to return to our children.

We are a family of 4 and liked our stay very much! The family room with separate bedroom for the children was spacious and very clean. The farm is in a calm village and was/is very well taken care of! The breakfast is with local products, really nice! Roberto and the whole family are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful structure, super clean and comfortable in every aspect, immersed in a wonderful and well-kept garden, complete with a panoramic pool that we did not use only because it was cold. Instead, we gladly used the Turkish bath available to guests. Mr. Roberto and his family are very kind and welcoming. A highly recommended place that we will definitely return to.

The Agriturismo Macesina is a very well-kept charming property, with meticulous cleanliness, a breakfast with homemade products, and a fabulous garden with pool. The father and daughter managers are kind, polite, and professional. The area is very quiet and relaxing, just a few km from Lake Garda.

Large, clean and full of comfort structure. Stunning pool, abundant and excellent breakfast! The only flaw: you cannot have lunch and dinner meals. Friendly and very helpful manager. I highly recommend it to those who want to relax.

I had the pleasure of staying at this Agriturismo Macesina, just for a few days, with my family and we were all impressed by the place, which is simply enchanting. Agriturismo Macesina is splendid, everything is well taken care of in every detail, from the pool to the relaxation area, also including the gym. The property is located a few kilometers from Sirmione, in a strategic position to reach other locations around the lake. Moreover, the owners are exquisite, friendly, and welcoming people. Fully satisfied with our stay, we recommend Agriturismo Macesina to everyone.

The agriturismo Macesina is a gem just a few minutes from Lake Garda. Charming structure, services and hospitality really top-notch. It's a shame that the stay was abruptly interrupted for reasons of force majeure, I will definitely try to go back!

Using the B&B Day offer (stayed 2 nights for the price of 1) and the positive reviews on various sites, I stayed with my wife in this beautiful structure for 2 nights. The farmhouse has been completely renovated and they have created 5 very spacious rooms and 1 apartment. We were the only guests and the owner, Mr. Roberto, who was very kind and whom we thank for his hospitality, reserved the green room for us, with a living room, a very spacious bathroom and a bedroom that I would say is original due to the 2 windows located on either side of the bed. He showed us around the structure, which took a total of 7 years of work to complete, and I can assure you that it is really very beautiful and equipped with all comforts. There is also a swimming pool, a relaxation area with a Turkish bath, a wine tasting cellar, and private parking in the courtyard with a code-operated gate. We also saw the falcon lodolaio on a tree not far from the agriturismo as it has nested in the structure. I highly recommend this agriturismo for both the structure and the kindness and warmth shown by the owners.
