Great location close to the city center and hospitals, clean and spacious room. Welcoming host and clear in explaining the structure.

It shouldn't be called Bed and Breakfast, but just Bed since there is no breakfast. It's bad to leave without breakfast and especially without coffee. The bidet drain was visibly leaking. Excellent in terms of location, close to the Polyclinic and the station. The manager and the collaborators are very helpful and welcoming.

La colazione dovrebbe essere prevista perché, come dice la parola stessa "bed and breakfast", di colazione si tratta! Quanto meno segnalatelo subito o meglio ancora, abbassate il prezzo, perché pagare una camera 80€ è veramente troppo. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Per le mie esigenze molto comoda la posizione, vicina alla stazione dei treni, e nello stesso tempo vicina al centro. Però il livello della struttura, per quanto le stanze fossero pulitissime ed appena ridipinte, lascia un pochino a desiderare. Nel bagno c'era cattivo odore. Poco attraente insomma in generale anche l'entrata l'androne e l'ufficio del gestore, privo di documentazione sulla città di Pavia per informazioni generali, c'era comunque la mappa della città. Gli asciugamani per il viso li abbiamo dovuti chiedere, quelli per il bidet neppure c'erano, l'acqua calda non c'era al mattino, e per la colazione in camera solo bicchieri di plastica per tè e tisane. Approntare un angolo colazione fuori nel corridoio forse sarebbe più carino, con tazze di ceramica magari.

Colazione non fornita. Asciugamani da viso e da bidet non forniti per mancanza. Il primo giorno camera non pulita e letto non rifatto, cestino non svuotato. Camera rumorosa, non insonorizzata. Si sentiva l aeratore del bagno dei vicini, lo sciacquone, la tv e parlare nella nostra camera. Insomma sembrava di stare insieme a loro. Chiave del cancello e del portoncino d'ingresso difettose.

Esperienza negativa, da cancellare per i seguenti motivi: Letti non rifatti, asciugamani non disponibili (abbiamo usato quelli sporchi per 3 giorni), sapone non disponibile, camere fredde e rumorosissime, pareti sottilissime, aspiratore bagno rumorosissimo, armadio senza grucce, pulizia quasi nulla e assenza di personale di riferimento. Io però ho pagato con euro buoni!

Torneremo con più calma per poterci godere maggiormente il soggiorno. Quella mia e di mio figlio non è stata una visita di piacere a Pavia ma tutto è andato a buon fine. La nostra non era una stanza bensì un mini appartamento nel quale ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La zona è strategica vicino al Policlinico San Matteo, alla stazione e ad un ottimo ristorante. Grazie alla cordialità ed alla gentilezza del signor Mauro. Un saluto ed un arrivederci !

Ottima struttura, posizionata in luogo strategico. Camera bella, confortevole e soprattutto molto pulita. Proprietario molto gentile e cordiale, disponibile ad aiutare e venire incontro alle esigenze e necessità dei suoi ospiti. Assolutamente consigliato.

Ottima struttura vicina all'ospedale San Matteo e al cnao. Servita da mezzi pubblici. Molto accogliente, ben pulita e gradevole. Il proprietario è una persona eccezionale, molto cordiale.

Nice location, clean, friendly staff but there was no 'breakfast' even though it is called a B&B. Otherwise a very pleasant place with friendly staff.
