Description

A Casa di Agnese.

Terraced house located near the Trenord station of Bollate Centro (600 mt) of which the family that lives there offers a double room and a single room.

Guest bathroom with linen, hair dryer, double sink, spacious new shower and toiletries.

Homemade and genuine breakfast prepared from the consolidated experience of the catering and small catering manager: tarts, shortbread biscuits with coconut and chocolate hazelnuts, homemade muffins but also savory cake slices, small pizzas and fruit scones most appreciated by the customer.

In summer breakfast can be served in the small private garden.

In the attic there is a small relaxing lounge with a bookcase and sofa and a terrace equipped with deckchairs.

Ample free parking in front of the apartment.

Proximity to the Rho Exhibition Center (15/20 minutes by car). Connection with ring roads to easily access the main Linate and Malpensa airports, which can also be reached by public transport via Trenord and the underground.

Possibility to reach Milan Center in a quarter of an hour by train (frequency every 15 minutes), and the neighboring towns by bus (stop 200 meters from the house).

Municipal park equipped with games for children bordering the house and a 100m bike path that allows you to reach neighboring countries or enter the Parco delle Groane for a pleasant walk.

Supermarket, pharmacy, pizzerias, bars and other shops are located in the street.

In the municipality of Bollate there are two cine-cine cameras, a well-stocked central library, two swimming pools and other sports facilities.

We were guests for a few days at Mrs. Agnese's, a wonderful, helpful and attentive person. We had to leave at 04:30 and she made us find coffee in the thermos, tarts and pastries made strictly by her for the journey and from here you understand everything. She pampered us every morning with her pastries and her donut that my son immediately appreciated. Clean room and bathroom, complete with everything in a house that I immediately liked (small single-floor houses) for the family atmosphere, a few steps from a beautiful park and 10 minutes from the station. I will keep it in mind every time I happen to come to Milan. Highly recommended.

Mrs. Agnese welcomed us with great kindness and availability, making us feel comfortable right away. The house is very beautiful and welcoming. The room is tidy and clean. The bathroom with a large shower for pure relaxation. Last but not least: breakfast. Truly exceptional in terms of goodness, abundance, variety, and quality. Giving a perfect score is an understatement. It is completely evident that the owner's great passion ensures that everything is taken care of in the smallest details. I stayed at Casa di Agnese for a training course and the B&B was 3 km away from the training center. Being hosted in this B&B is a bit like staying with a family member: Agnese is a very kind and pleasant person... and an excellent dessert chef. The breakfast is really great and plentiful. Structure located 15 minutes from the train station, very quiet place, the interior is comfortable, excellently clean, equipped with a large bathroom where you can take advantage of the services offered. I stayed one night with two friends on the occasion of a dear friend's birthday. Mrs. Agnese was nothing short of perfect, from the moment of booking, very kind and helpful. The B&B is very nice, the bathroom large with a nice shower and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was superb with products made by the hostess.

Wonderful structure, very close to Bollate Centro station from where you can reach any nearby area of interest. Courteous and kind welcome, maximum privacy and abundant breakfast, tailored to every preference. Maximum comfort and presence of all the necessary services for a good stay. My colleague and I are happy to have chosen the B&B “A Casa di Agnese” for our Milanese stay.

We stayed 5 of us for one night to visit the EXPO. The house is very nice and Mrs. Agnese was very kind and helpful, and above all she prepared a varied and tasty breakfast (ad personam) for us. The train station (Bollate Centro) is a 5-minute walk away, and from there you can practically reach anywhere. Finally, I must say that Mrs. Agnese offered us an excellent price compared to other B&Bs I had seen, which, taking advantage of the EXPO period, had proposed decidedly high prices.

I have just returned from my stay at A Casa di Agnese and I am here to write my review. It was our first experience in a Bed and Breakfast for me and my wife, and we were extremely satisfied. Agnese is very kind and always available to advise you on how to move around best, especially for those like us who were visiting Milan for the first time (so she advised us on public transport with tickets and schedules, etc.). The room and the bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast was perfect, just as seen in the photos. Everything was delicious and above all genuine, prepared by Agnese. The area is peaceful, just outside the city chaos of the big city and very close to the station that allows you to move around as you wish (with Agnese's help)! Our experience at Expo was beautiful, and thanks to Agnese who welcomed us so well into her home! Thank you, and it will definitely be our reference for a future return to Milan.
